Rooms are very neat and clean and the staff are very cooperative and good customer support 😄

Tea and coffee need more to be improved. (Especially famous for Coorg coffee). Otherwise all is fine 👍

the service was bad. I asked them to do my laundry for 3 days and they kept on saying yes yes but they never came to pick it up. continental food menu was not available.

We booked the suite which was very nice. It was all clean and best thing about this hotel is that it is located at the heart of the city, which makes it very convenient for travellers to catch up on special visiting locations quite easy to access. Manjunath was extremely helpful. I would thank him for making our stay pleasant by personalised service & following certain special requests. whereas other staffs were very kind and helpful too! The morning breakfast was good too. I would definitely recommend and would again stay at this hotel if given a chance.

The reception needs to be more active as several follow up requests were delayed and had to remind them repeatedly to get it done.

Asked the reception to send someone for laundry Service 3 times on the phone and n one showed up. On the fourth time went directly to the reception and told them and they finally sent them. Room service needs to be improved on. Also breakfast was no good, basic indian breakfast and the beverages was always water, tea, and coffee (no juices available).

location of this property is good in terms of connectivity. extra large beds and rooms washrooms are big in size and decent parking if fine. toiletries provided are not good towels etc are not provided until we ask bed sheet are not much clean. staff is dumb food is pathetic Second washroom in suite room was not functional . Short Power trips keeps on happening frequently, that impacts the lift connectivity and lot of beep noises.

The extra large super comfortable bed and the room size. Close to the bus stop, bike rentals and hotels.

Preethi did not provide us room as per our booking ,they said they dont have received any booking from booking.com. What I have to do..... .At night 10PM I have to wander from hotel to hotel in search accommodation . Very bad experience.
