I would like to mention two employees of the restaurant, Mr. Suvam, and Ms. Ria, who made ita wonderful experience, not least with a wonderful impromptu birthday celebration.

A lot of remodeling is going on upstairs, and it should be easier to book a spa session. The massage session itself was excellent.

Excellent location, high class service, super delicious food. Shout out (for exceptional work) to Roopa, Paltu, Alvin, Vijay/Shruthi and Abhishek.

Nothing major, though during my stay the fitness center was under renovation.

BF was very nice and meets the standards.

Cleanliness of utensils like Electric Kettle and Cups provided in the room.

The lock on the room door was broken & the AC vent was falling apart, ac was so cold wasn't able to change the temperature. Room smelled extremely musty.

Everything is good but air conditioning is not working I am staying 2 days finally 2 nd night 3 am change the room

Outer appearance of the building was fantastic. Lobby looked great. Breakfast was good. Location was accessible.

Timing of the swimming pool doesn't fit our timings. Need to go out before the mentioned timing and while returning evening the pool was closed. Missed swimming. Had been the pool opened after 6pm, would have enjoyed a lot.

We had a wonderful stay at the Fortune JP Palace, Mysore. The property is aptly located in the city and very close to the major attractions like the Mysore Palace and the Zoo. Also right behind the hotel is a shopping mall if you are looking to go for shopping. The rooms are spacious and well maintained and the food at the restaurant is good. The breakfast buffet spread is also quite decent. The staff is really courteous and helpful. Special mention to Mr. Ramesha, the Head of Security who guided us very well to visit the various attractions of the town and the best timings to visit those attractions!!!

The breakfast spread was great, loved it. The staff was incredibly helpful and since I arrived early, were ready to let me check in early. Overall, a very good experience.

We loved the hotel.The view of Chamundi Hills,Palace from our room was very beautiful.Food was delicious in both restaurant and at room service.Employees were very respectful and helpful.The facilities were amazing.Great location.We had so much fun in Fortune JP Palace hotel.
