Cleanliness, hot water also not there. Horrible experience. Cutlery was dirty

The picture on website showed bath tub in the washroom but there was no bathtub. The washroom size was too small

The property has gone a bit downhill since the time it’s no longer under the Radisson brand. It’s very visible in the quality of rooms, leisure facilities and general cleanliness of the hotel. Even the bathroom supplies in the room are basic which you would expect only in a 2 or 3 star hotel but not in a hotel which brands itself as 4 star

The Wi-Fi was not working in hotel. Although the hotel staff informed us but problem could not be fixed till we left

worst breakfast and staffs …
we complained regarding the food they supply ,it was worst..but front office staff not even felt sorry instead she was busy giving the bills .. breakfast was worst and tea doesn’t look like tea , unhygienic

Food and hospitality of the staff. It was slightly far from the city centre but suited us as we had planned for the Brindavan Garden visit, which is slightly closer to this property
