Le rez-de-chaussée a une grande pièce qui s'étend sur la largeur de la maison et offre une vue presque du sol au plafond. La grande cuisine a 2 réfrigérateurs et beaucoup d'espace de comptoir pour les familles qui aiment cuisiner ensemble. Il y a une grande buanderie et vous trouverez 2 chambres à coucher king, chacune avec salle de bain attenante (une s'ouvre également sur le hall).

We have vacationed in Gulf Shores every summer for almost twenty years and have stayed in Southern Grace beach house six times because we like it so much. The home looks exactly as pictured and is beautiful and spacious. It is in a great location, well stocked, and has everything we need. Two full-sized refrigerators, upstairs and downstairs full-sized washer and dryer, and a separate ice maker are awesome. Great response from the rental company.

We thought the location & layout of the house were awesome! Steps to the beach & not crowded being far enough in between public access points. Walmart deliveries groceries so that was huge plus as well, we didn’t have to fight the traffic.

We had a great time! The property was perfect for our family! Everyone had a bed which was good because we were exhausted after being at the beach all day! Being able to watch the ocean from the property to relax a little was heaven! The property was clean and well stocked! Thank you so much!!

Very nice house with everything you need . Beautiful views of the ocean and beach was not crowded at all. A wooden walkway to to the beach would be nice it was a little bit of a work out carrying your chairs and umbrella through the thick sand. Not as young as we used to be 😊

Loved all of the space with 6 bedrooms. 2 washer/dryer sets & 2 frigs. Very nicely decorated and new condition. We sat a lot on the balcony outside the master for the view. September is a great time to be there with mostly adults out on the beach.

We have been doing out annual trip for 15 years now and we all agree this was the best house we have stayed in. We had 13 ladies and we are very comfortable. Plenty of bedrooms and places to sleep without bunk beds! The 2 refrigerators was so nice to have on top of an ice maker. I think this is the first year we have not had to make multiple ice runs! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Southern Grace is a nice vacation home with a beautiful view. We did have to deal with AC repair guys replacing a unit on our first day there, which was a bit of a hassle. I would also say some replacements need to be made on the bedding. Several beds had stains on the sheets and comforters. A walkway from the house over the dune would be a plus too! The sand was so hot thru there you could barely walk on it. Other that that, the stay was great. The staff at Gulf Shores rental were friendly and quick to provide us with anything we needed. I would definitely rent from them again and I would stay at Southern Grace again!

The house has a huge RAT, that was seen multiple times by family members . On our first night he (the rat) enjoyed a loaf of bread, cookies and a few day snacks . He needs to be attending to, trapped or shot but removed from the premises.

We stayed her last year and rebooked for next year. We like to quiet beach a lovely home. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked 5 nights for 15. There is plenty of space for everyone. The beach supply room has tons of items. The main deck table and chairs are showing their age but it was the favorite spot for morning coffee and dolphin watching. We sat outside a lot! Enjoyed our stay so much.

Everything was perfect! We were in town for wedding week for our son and needed lots of space for our 5 grown kids and their significant others. Having 2 full size refrigerators helped as I knew there would be leftovers from all of the events during the week. The kitchen is very well stocked. The storage closet has everything you need for the beach. The views from the porch are gorgeous and the house is far enough away from the high rise condos that beach is not crowded- we were there during a spring break week and enjoyed our time sitting on the beach peacefully relaxing after a year of wedding planning. The home checked all the boxes for us.

We had a fabulous family vacation at Southern Grace. The house was large enough to give everyone a bit of privacy when they needed it.
The double refrigerators were amazing! We usually end up keeping drinks in a cooler and running out for ice, but not this time, we had plenty of room. Bonus for the separate ice maker and washer and dryers on each floor.
Mice were not an issue for us as some other reviews stated. I reached out to the property management company prior to coming and was told the issue was resolved and it was.
Everyone in the group said their beds were comfortable. Could use a curtain or blinds on the door going out to the upstairs porch, not everyone wants to be up at first light on vacation.
The kitchen dishes and supplies were perfect for cooking and eating in.
We really enjoyed our visit, except for the biting flies, this was our first bad experience with flies and we vacation somewhere along the gulf every fall school break.
Highly recommend you check this house out.

This was a great house. Loved the location and the fact that most of the bedrooms have a bathroom.The floors and one of the beds was sandy on arrival.BUT, it had mice. They knew there were mice and didn't inform us. We told them the mice were getting our food - we called multiple times during our stay and nothing was done. But the most upsetting, was rat poison was left out where my 1 year old could have gotten it and we were not warned. DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU HAVE LITTLE KIDS

We gather with extended family every year and this is our first beach vacation. It really was perfect. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect - between a public beach access and the canel. We had very little foot traffic along our little beach area. We did notice several groups jumping fences on adjoining properties or walking from somewhere down the beach and they set up pretty near us, but they were friendly and we didn't want to shoo them away. The kitchen is full of everything you need to cook. Two washers and dryers allowed us to keep our towels clean. We spent hours on the beach and decks. We decided on the last day to rebook the house, but it was already booked so hopefully we can find a spot just as great as this one. Thanks! It was lovely.

This house is very comfortable and set up to feel like home with a beautiful view of the water, The deck is a perfect place to start and end each day, located close enough to shopping and activities to be convenient but far enough away not to be a bother.

Beautiful house with a great view and direct access to the beach. Would have given 5 stars however there were a few concerns. The carpeting is filthy, spots everywhere. Needs to be replaced throughout the condo. Would be better off with no carpet! Kitchen was pretty well stocked with the exception of glassware - wine & on the rocks glasses would be nice. The grills need replaced also. You have to wash the bath towels that are provided prior to leaving but you are charged a house cleaning fee? Double fridges and ice maker is awesome. Great supply of beach items! Loved the swing underneath the house. Would return to this house if items above are addressed.

We have stayed here the last few years and will return next year , however this year we had an ant problem on the kitchen counter and there was a lack of deck furniture. There were only three chairs for the table and one was tore and one was ready to break. other than that we always enjoy our stay and have a great time.
