Bienvenue au CHÂTEAU DE SABLE - PARADIS DU TROISIÈME ÉTAGE! Récemment rénové en 2014 et redécoré condo au troisième étage dans la tour 4. Cuisine rénovée - murs enlevés, comptoirs en granit, nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable avec cuisinière à plat et nouveau réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons. Nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Condo entier carrelé. Granit dans les deux salles de bain. Nouveau canapé-lit 2016.
Vous allez adorer ce condo très spacieux de 1375 pieds carrés - beaucoup plus grand que la plupart des condos sur la plage! Toutes les chambres donnent sur l'océan. Aucun combat pour savoir qui obtient la chambre avec une vue magnifique! Les deux chambres ont des baies vitrées avec une porte privée sur l'immense balcon avec de nouveaux meubles de patio. L'une des plus belles vues de Panama City Beach!
La chambre principale a un lit king size et la chambre d'hôtes a deux lits queen size - nouveaux couvre-lits design. Chaque chambre a une grande salle de bain avec baignoire de jardin surdimensionnée (le maître a une baignoire à jets) et chaque salle de bain a une double vasque avec un grand miroir. Grand dressing dans chaque chambre. Chaque chambre a un nouveau 32 'HDTV et lecteur DVD.
Le salon a un canapé-lit queen de qualité commerciale. Matelas très confortable (conçu par des professionnels pour ne pas sentir les ressorts). Nouveau téléviseur HD 55 '. Fauteuil inclinable et autre relaxant.

We love Long Beach Resort because both bedrooms have ocean views, big bathrooms, and balcony access. The entire condo has floor to ceiling windows with amazing views and a huge balcony. The location is perfect and the lagoon pool is beautiful! The booking, check in/out process, and communication with the owner was extremely easy. We had a wonderful vacation week!

Me and my family loved this condo. The beds we're very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked , and the chair service made going to the beach more enjoyable. If you sleep with a box fan, there is no need to bring one. Each room had one that was a big plus. The view was "gorgeous" in all 3 rooms. Tammy was a great host , communication was great. I can't wait to come back next year.

Everything about this condo was perfect in our book! From the size of the condo, to the location, to communicating with the host. The balcony is the bomb. High chairs and low chairs. We were afraid 3rd floor wasn't "high" enough, but it was wonderful with a tremendous view. And this view can be seen from both bedrooms and the living room. The pools were not right under our balcony, so it was quiet at night, even with the condo's pool next door. The lagoon pool is SO pretty. It was still a little cool for us, so we didn't actually get in, but we enjoyed the scenery. The property is well maintained and well secured. The kitchen is stocked to the point of we didn't have to purchase anything else during our stay, other than the food we bought. The ONLY thing about this condo that was less than perfect was getting in/out of the showers. The host has taken great security measures by installing hand rails, but anyone that has back, hip,leg, or balance issues should take a good look at the height of the tubs and how far over you have to step to get into the shower. I just thing this should be noted for others considering renting this unit. The jetted tub in the master is a very nice addition. The beach chairs provided were a very nice addition also as we like to be closer down to the water. We used the beach chair service also and that a super nice adddition by the host providing the onsite chairs. We will definitely be returning to this unit!!

Everything about this was perfect. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The owner was so responsive to texts. It was so convenient to have the charging ports next to the bed. That is a detail that many rooms do not have. Being on the third floor, it was super easy to take the stairs if we were going to the car. Just a great great experience I cannot recommend this condo more!

Our stay was amazing! The condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The views were stunning, and the condo was very clean. The elevators were fast, and the location on the 3rd floor was perfect for taking the stairs as well. We will definitely stay again!!

I’ll begin with the communication with the owner. She answers immediately and texted us to let us know we could check in early. Absolutely gorgeous! Pics don’t do it justice. Balcony was breathtaking. Beach service as well as chairs/toys in the closet. All dishes/utensils, keurig, coffee maker, and working laundry room. Beds were comfortable. Starter bathroom and kitchen supplies. Ice maker! If you wish to skip the elevator, the condo is two steps from the top of the stairs. Parking is fabulous! Everything is close by. I will definitely be using Tammy again. Thanks again!

We spent several years trying to find THE place that we'd come back to year after year. We found it in this condo. The location is fantastic, the condo exactly fits our needs, it's on the 3rd floor so we can take the stairs instead of the elevator if we want, the view is great, and it's in walking distance to WalMart (the store and the liquor store), Putt Putt, ice cream, Ripley's, to-go frozen margaritas, and souvenir stores. We plan to book every year. Tammy is great with communication too. You won't regret renting this condo.

My family and I visit PCB every other year as a tradition and have always stayed at the Shores of Panama. We decided to try something different and were delighted with this gorgeous condo. We have 3 girls ages 8-17, and the bedroom with two queen beds was perfect for them. My bedroom was beautiful with a very comfortable bed and plenty of room. We loved having access to the large balcony from our bedrooms. The beach is MUCH less crowded than other places as well. My kids were able to play football and soccer with plenty of room to run around. Tammy was so easy to work with and got us into the condo early. We highly recommend this condo and plan on coming back again!

We have been staying at Long Beach for almost 2 decades. We found Tammy's condo because the one we usually rent was booked. We are glad it was. This unit was more updated and we were able to check in early due to us having an early morning flight. Tammy was really easy to deal with and made the process even easier. We will most likely book with this unit for our annual family trips to the beach.

Well done with everything you will need. Outside balcony is a great place to sit, sip and watch the seas. The beach is great for walking and the selection of seafood restaurants (all fresh) are what we came for. Highly recommend this 3rd floor large 2 bedroom ,2 bath condo will return!

This condo was beautiful and everything about our stay was exceptional. Easy to check in, easy to find, close to so many wonderful places to eat and a beautiful beach! Loved having the floor to ceiling windows to enjoy our view from inside since it was chilly while we’re there. My family and I definitely want to stay here again!

I had a great stay at Tammy’s property! She was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. The condo was clean and equipped with just about everything you could ask for. We loved going to the beach and then to the pool. We were close to plenty of restaurants and Wal-mart to pick up groceries and last minute needs. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is wonderful. The views exceeded my expectations. The condo is very clean, cute, updated, and fully stocked. The ceiling to floor windows in both bedrooms are amazing as well. Loved the lagoon pool as well as the smaller pool. Tammy was very easy to work with. She called when the place was ready so we could get in early. The view from the third floor is perfect. I hadn't been to PCB since I was a kid and it was a great first return.

The location was great! You could even walk to Walmart if needed! The view was amazing! Never had to wait for the elevator so that was a plus! Parking was easy, much better then a parking garage! We have stayed in PCB for many years and this was the best condo we have found! Thanks for a great vacation experience!

The condo was spacious, kitchen has everything you need, from regular coffee maker and a Keurig to pots and pans, to blenders and crock pots. The bedrooms are large, beds were comfortable and the view amazing! The balcony was our enjoyed thoroughly, from coffee in the morning, to watching the sunsets. Thank you, Tammy!

Long Beach Resort
We’ve stayed in several condos in Panama and this was our favorite. You have several pools to choose from and none were crowed. The beach had a calm family friendly atmosphere. Not overly crowded like so many other condos. They were doing so work on the outside of the building that did close the pool closet to us for a few days but the other pools were close enough to enjoy. We loved that the beach area and the pools were not packed. Tammy had everything in the condo we needed plus some. We had an issue with a smell in the condo and she had the problem taken care of within 30 minutes. Checkin was so easy. Tammy personally called when the condo was cleaned so we could get in asap. We really enjoyed our stay at Long Beach Resort and will be going back.

Great place to vacation
Wonderful location, beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. Pictures are true representation of condo. Tammy was a very good communicator and made sure to check in with us on several occasions. Despite the overwhelming heat, the condo was cool, clean and amenities worked perfectly. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Enjoyable Vacation
Loved staying at this condo. Freshly painted and cleaned. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of beach accessories. We have stayed at Long Beach before but never in Tower 4. We think we like this Tower the best. Seems to more quiet. Tammy was so welcoming when we talked to her before check-in. We did not have any issues we needed to contact her about. Will love to stay here again.

Wonderful stay
This property is right on the beach with an awesome balcony that gives a great panoramic view of the beach and gulf. The beds were super comfy and Tammy, the owner, responded immediately when we had a couple of issues. The bath towels were real quality and the beach was fantastic along with the included beach chairs. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and dishes to prepare and eat our meals and being within walking distance to Pineapple Wiley’s was a plus. We couldn’t have asked for a better time.

We had the best time for our spring break. Tracy’s condo just made it that much better. The location was perfect. The condo was clean and had the perfect view. We will definitely Tracy again!

Beautiful!
Tammy’s spot at Long Beach is wonderful! It is gated and the beach was so controlled - not crowded while others were. The third floor location is ideal, we almost never took the elevator so we never had to wait. The balcony is definitely the selling point for the condo. However my favorite spot turned out to be right by the window in the master. Beautiful and sunny - perfect for reading in the morning.
