My friends and I went to Maui for a quick 2 day, 1 night trip. Lisa was very kind and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated all the small touches that made the apartment feel like a home away from home.

We had a great stay. Everything was wonderful. Loved the location - the beaches were SO close!

Lisa definitely added the special touches to make it more comfortable here. The pool was warm and the hot tub was super hot. Great spot and great host. You are welcomed with a goodie basket full of Maui treats that were delish!

Kam II beach is beautiful and the proximal location to the beach was great. The condo was certainly very spacious and comfortable although the mattress in the master bedroom was much too soft for my liking. The condo was indeed in the corner of the complex closest to the beach but the ground level location made the whole unit extremely dark; it received no natural light. If you stood on the small patio, on a chair to look over the shrubs, maybe you could see the beach. Additionally, the street level location resulted in excess noise and minimal privacy. Parking was also an issue although that could be an anomaly related to the busy Thanksgiving weekend. Certainly a pleasant stay but a little disappointing.

This home was so very beautiful and CLEAN! The photos that are provided in this listing don't capture just how lovely and cozy this home is. The pull out sofa bed was actually SO very comfortable as well. I love that the check in process is so easy, no need to meet anyone, you can just input the door code and begin your vacation. The parking pass was very easy to get and the staff was so very welcoming and nice. Me and my girlfriends flew in from Honolulu for a quick work trip/vacation and couldn't have chosen a better VRBO property to stay at. It was perfect for us 6-7 girls. We had so much fun swimming and relaxing at the pool, so nice to have access to a clean pool and hot tub. We were provided so many beach towels and shower towels to use which was VERY nice. You are provided Tide Pods and dryer sheets to do laundry if needed. When we return to Maui I would definitely book here again. I wish I was able to meet the owner of the property as I had received all her/his messages but did not really know how to "send a response". She/he was very informative and made sure to send me the code as the pool code was updated (which I appreciated a lot). Thank you so so much for welcoming us to your home!

This was *right* next to the water and many fabulous restaurants. Lisa was so extra helpful before we came and the place was great with everything we needed.

The location was fantastic and the condo was wonderful. Everything we could ask for!

This was my first time using Vrbo and I was skeptical. I was worried we would arrive at our destination and wouldn’t actually have a place to stay. Once I arrived, I quickly learned the only problem was myself. I am in my 50’s and new to using apps and codes and my phone for everything I do. I had everything I needed except for the door code. The owner of the condo responded immediately and we were in within minutes. She was amazing and courteous and very patient with me. Condo was better than described and we had the trip of a lifetime. There is no need to search the island for a beach because the one directly across from our room was amazing (from surf to sunset). Quick note …. Beds were comfortable and the furnishings were impressive. Loved every second. Thank you…. We will be back.

Great communication from the start. Accurate posting. Easy check in. Everything you need for comfortable stay while still being clean and warm and not full of clutter. I would stay again and recommend!

This property was exactly as described. It is directly across from the beach. And this beach is not as crowded as others. Easy to get to and easy to go other places from. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great property steps from the beach and close to local eateries. Amenities were perfect and Lisa was easy to communicate with. Easy access to shopping and grocery with 2 miles.

Lisa was fantastic to communicate with. We had 5 women in our group. The house was in a great spot-food, beach, cinnamon rolls!! were all within walking distance. The house was comfortable, we couldn’t hear neighbors above or next to us which was amazing. There was one ac unit that cooled the house and fans to place in rooms keeping the house a perfect comfortable temperature. We loved the beach chairs available to us, morning chats on the lanai and the two bathrooms were great for our group! Lisa is very thorough with instructions/house rules and really set us up for success! Overall it was a 5 star experience. Thank you for opening your home to a truly memorable and fantastic girls retreat!

Location & Amenity-wise it was perfect! Except…. It really needs new mattresses.

The condo was awesome. Lisa the host was so helpful and always returned my questions promptly. Having the beach right across the street was great even though we went to other beaches also. We were a 3 generation family of 6 and the space was perfect. The remodeled kitchen is beautiful. The condo is within walking distance of restaurants, shaved ice, and shops. All the beach supplies were great. we just rented an umbrella and snorkeling gear.

We have stayed at the Maui Banyan 3 previous times and had always found the rooms clean and well stocked with towels, toiletries and toilet paper...the necessary essentials for our entire stay. This trip, we booked a suite for a 3 week stay for 4 adults. Upon entering Room F202 we found that the suite was not completely cleaned. We met their cleaning staff and she said she was running behind. She assured us that the suite was cleaned but we found it to be dirty...so much so that we had her wipe a couple of cob webs from a wall and lamp. The floor was filthy, we had to wear shoes or flip flops otherwise our bare feet or socks became brown from the dirt. We also asked if she would be coming the following week to clean and restock supplies since she only left 5 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels...her reply was that she would come clean but it would be at a cost to us! Shouldn't the owner be cleaning the suite each week? Every other condo I've ever rented for more than 1 week have come in to clean at no extra charge. There were a few other issues with the condo: a cupboard without a handle and the sliding doors to the lani were not in good shape making it very difficult to slide open. The air conditioner in the bedroom had a bad smell coming out of it when in use so we had to continue to spray it with Lysol disinfectant for the entire length of our stay. There was no AC in the main bedroom and the ceiling fan in that room did not work properly. The couches, beds and all of the linen need to be replaced. When we contacted the owner of the unit she would not listen to any of our concerns and basically indicated if we didn't like the unit that was just too bad for us. It is very disappointing that a condo owner like her wanted to charge us for basic cleaning and essential supplies (which we feel we already paid for)during our stay. Needless to say we won't be booking through her again. We do want to add that the location, grounds, pools and staff at the Maui Banyan were wonderful. We love Maui and didn't let this condo experience take away from our visit. .

Highly recommend this condo. It comfortably accommodated my family of 8. Great location - right across from the beach, and walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. Lisa also provides many amenities, such as large beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and a couple of coolers. Lisa was quick to respond to questions as well - thank you Lisa for a wonderful stay!

The condo was very convenient to everything! We walked to shops, coffee, restaurants & especially the beach directly across the street. It was easy to get to the highway to go to Lahaina, Iao State Park & the Road to Hana. We had a great experience & would suggest this unit for families!

Our family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed the great location in Kihei. The walk to the beach was easy from this condo and the pool was close as well. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and gave us/ great recommendations for snorkel spots and restaurants! It's nice that the condo has beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, and boogie boards. There is no central A/C - there are two window units, but they did the job of cooling the condo down well. Overall, we enjoyed the condo and had a great stay!

Comfortable elegance. Lisa has outfitted this home away from home with loads of little touches, and communicates so well, you truly feel like an honored guest getting to stay at a friend’s house. The kitchen in stunning! The cooler for our Road to Hana was genius, and the chairs were perfect to watch the kids boogie board across the street. The beach, btw, was not a pretty but don’t play beach - it was the perfect rolling waves, sandy bottom, lush sand, scenic sunset beach - with crazy easy access! The perfect family rental to enjoy Maui.

Loved Lisa's place. We really planned on doing more in the Kihei leg of our trip, but mostly hung out and took short walks from the centrally located Kihei location! Easy access, beautiful accommodations, and stones throw from the beach and shave ice. What more can you ask for?

I booked my employees to stay there while on a business trip, unfortunately they never made it to the beach, but they liked the space and the all the great conveniences of home such as laundry, and the full kitchen. They would like to stay there again if they get sent back.

We had a great experience in this condo. It's main draw is location. Just as advertised, it's across the street from the beach and walking distance to a few shopping centers with restaurants, shops and a food market. We had a couple minor maintenance items that came up, but were resolved the same day. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean.

Great property in a wonderful location. This 2 bedroom condo is in the Maui Banyan and is literally across the street from the beach. Our party of six, ages 9 to 79, had an amazing Thanksgiving. The property is very clean, well stocked and Lisa has done a great job of updating the unit. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, the beach and it is easy to get to other parts of the island. Highly recommend.

A little dated in some areas, but the kitchen was great. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the condo for 3 nights and 4 days. The condo is beautiful! Lisa does an amazing job stocking this condo and making sure you have everything you could possibly think of! The kitchen is extremely well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, glasses, cheese graters, paper towels EVERYTHING! There is large beach towels as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. There is even a hair dryer and washer and dryer and ironing board etc. There is also extra bedding and pillows if needed. The AC unit works well and there is fans and ceiling fans in all of the rooms. The pools are close and the beach is very close. Lisa provides coolers, chairs, boards and even life jackets for the beach! She has thought of everything! There is restaurants galore and shopping just steps away from the condo! I highly recommend this condo! It was well worth the stay! Thank you Lisa for making our stay amazing! It was our anniversary too! A experience we will never forget!

Just got back from Kihei and this condo rental is amazing! Exactly as advertised, great location and so nice to have beach amenities to borrow. Had a few questions and Lisa answered us very quickly despite time difference. Condo accommodated our party of 6 very easily. Would recommend to anyone!
