X-Large and luxury apartment in the old town! - All comfort -
Cette grande unité est le résultat de deux appartements, indépendants mais reliés entre eux (j'envoie les plantes pour mieux voir).
C'est l'équipement de la maison:
- la cuisine est entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur / congélateur, machine à café - moka et café américain -, grille-pain, vaisselle et vaisselle, etc.),
- Machine à laver,
- un sèche-linge
- Fer et planche à repasser
- l'air conditionné dans chaque pièce des maisons,
- Internet wifi,
- etc..
EMPLACEMENT: l'appartement est dans la rue Pepi n. 65, si vraiment central; C'est une position incroyable parce que vous n'avez pas besoin d'une voiture ou d'un bus pour visiter les principales œuvres d'art du centre de la vieille ville! Marchés, épiceries, restaurants, garages, etc. sont à proximité.
Il est très lumineux et très silencieux (je viens de mettre les anciennes fenêtres bruyantes), au troisième étage, sans ascenseur (comme la plupart des constructions dans la vieille ville, mais avec des escaliers très grand et facile à monter), dans un ancien et noble palais.
En outre, c'est sur deux niveaux (comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos et les plantes): à chaque niveau, il y a des chambres avec leurs salles de bains à côté, donc tout le monde a sa vie privée.
C'est l'équipement de la maison:
- la cuisine est entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur / congélateur, machine à café - moka et café américain -, grille-pain, vaisselle et vaisselle, etc.),

Location was safe and close to attractions. Apartment was clean, spacious and we found the best for our larger group of 14 people. Massimo was very supportive host before, while and after our stay. We stayed 5 places in our Italy tour and found this stay was the best one we all liked. Host took care of very small things too in apartment which is hard to believe.

The property is one of the few in the area that can handle large groups. It is a great spot with nice amenities 20 min or less walking to anywhere. The cleaning lady is very nice and the property is as advertised. Pros, Easy to check in and work with the owner, close to city center, good food and grocery options close by, apartments are in nice shape. Cons its on the top floor of the building.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay in Florence. We had plenty of room and the sites of Florence were walkable. A convenient grocery store around the corner helped us make some meals in the apartment. Massimo provided a lot of information on check-in but also stayed in contact to answer any questions that we had.

Property was in a very cute apartment building. Need to carry luggage up 4 floors but goes to two large apartments and Massimo even left a gift for us! Checkin was easy and communication with Massimo was swift. Very clean and lots of amenities that you would not normally find.

We had an amazing week in Florence staying in Massimo's spacious and comfortable apartment in the Sant' Ambrogio neighborhood. This area was ideal for us, being an easy walk to the center of town, but in a residential area that was less "touristy", with lots of nice local restaurants and shopping, and a very convenient grocery store around the corner. Massimo was very attentive and responsive, and made check-in and check-out go smoothly. We rented both the small and large apartments, which are connected to each other. There were plenty of bathrooms, large washer and dryer, quiet neighbors, and well-appointed kitchens. In addition, we were there during a very hot period, but the air conditioning worked well and kept us very comfortable. A very nice stay for all of us, adults and children alike.

There were eight of us that stayed in the property. We had two others that couldn’t make it at the last minute. The property was everything that was advertised. Amazing location in a quiet, authentic neighborhood. The apartments are very spacious for large groups and have everything you need to be comfortable. Lots of charm in a historic building. There is a fantastic pastry shop and fabulous gelateria very close by. Yes, there are a lot of stairs to get to the apartments but it is well worth the climb. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Florence!

THe place is very well maintained and the owner is super friendly and accommodating. The location is amazing. I came with my 3 teenager sons and they could go practically anywhere from the appartment in a very secure fashion.

I cannot say enough good things about these apartments and our host! The apartments are separated but share a common entry (great for our large group….we just left the interior doors open) and are located in a perfect area of the city with a grocery right around the corner and a short walk to everywhere! There is plenty of space for a lot of people. We shared the two apartments between 10 of us and had more than ample room. The kitchens were well appointed with cooking supplies and the bathrooms and bedrooms are very comfortable size. They were very clean and everything we needed was there. Our host Massimo was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would Highly recommend staying here!

Massimo is very accommodating and a great communicator! The location of this property is great, about a 10-15 minute walk from the Duomo and 20 minute walk from the train station. This is the perfect stay for a large group, we comfortably fit 15 between the two apartments. Massimo was very understanding of late trains preventing our original check in time and communicated all that was expected and needed very effectively via WhatsApp. I highly recommend staying with Massimo!

We rented both apartments. They were clean and roomy. With comfortable beds and pillows. Massimo met us there and was quick to respond to anything we needed or any questions we had. We were able to walk everywhere and didn’t have to use any public transport. It is up 5 flights of stair which would be good to know if you have a lot of luggage or someone who can’t do stairs.

Our entire family (8 adults and 2 children),loved the apartment (really two separate but adjoining units), which was as described and depicted, and is located within a short walk of central Florence. Massimo could not have been more helpful and responsive. It’s perfect for families or groups of friends.
