Situé à environ quatre pâtés de maisons de la plage, dans un quartier résidentiel calme de Kihei vous êtes environ 20 minutes au sud de Lahaina et à 5 minutes au nord de Wailea. Hébergements sont très propre et bien équipée pour tout ce que vous pourriez avoir besoin i. e. ustensiles, serviettes, fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux, (pourquoi vous avez besoin d'une télévision à Maui, mais de toute façon pas sûr), lecteur mp3 de TV cuisson. La cour arrière est méticuleusement bien entretenu avec des sièges, des tables et un bain à remous. Jouets de plage étaient nouvelles et beaucoup, pas besoin de louer à la plage. Jonathan était excellent avec beaucoup de suggestions et disponibles presque en tout temps. Je reviendrais ici sans aucun doute.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It wasn’t perfect but it was a great rental for our week on Maui! The property is very nice, the house was clean, and the neighborhood is both nice and close to the beach. There was a small hiccup with the AC when we first arrived but the property manager gave us some guidance and resolved the issue very quickly. The house three doors down on the corner is a bit of a hoarders den and that diminishes the look and feel of the neighborhood, but the other homes are nice. Be aware that the backyard; BBQ and hot tub and washing machine/dryer are shared. None of that was an issue for us except the hot tub (which had leaves and dirt in it so we didn’t use it). Overall it was an enjoyable experience staying there…it was a very nice rental for 3 couples.

Nice house for 3 couples or family
We went to Hawaii after a wedding in California and stayed in here. First floor of a 2 unit house. Three bedrooms two bathrooms. Nice quiet neighborhood. Safe. Nice house with private backyard. It has a hot tub but we didn’t use it and the pizza oven was not clean so we did not use that either. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms were nice sizes for a bed and dresser. Able to walk to a few places for coffee and dinner was about a mile and a half. Overall nice house for the price.

My first bad review
The backyard is beautiful! Imo the nicest feature of this property.
Everything was filthy the bathroom floors left black marks on towels from drying up the floor. The outdoor furniture hadn't been washed in idk how long.
The beds were hard as rocks. The master bedroom has a major issue with the a/c leaking on the floor, rotting the hardwood floors.
There were cockroaches. We kept everything tidy and wiped up but it didn't seem to matter. The house two doors up is a nightmare episode of Hoarders and is probably the culprit.
The property manager was responsive when the toilet broke and when we needed access to the safe.
I would not recommend this house for the amount of money we paid to stay it was disappointing.

Good home in the heart of Kihei
We came to Kihei with family and only used this home for sleeping at night, as we all spent time together elsewhere during the day. The beds were comfortable! The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. Thank you so much!

A week in Maui
First let me say that we are truly grateful to our host for allowing us to reschedule our week in Maui (COVID prevented us from visiting last year). Our host was highly responsive to our questions and requests. The neighborhood is working class but quiet and well kept. Best part of the property was the kitchen - open, attractive and very well stocked. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. Some fixtures were dated and using the air conditioning was somewhat challenging. The low spot for us were the advertised bicycles. We're all active and had counted on the bicycles for transportation. They were neglected beyond repair. Overall we found this property a great value and would stay here again.

Ladies Trip 2021
Great space for a group of 5 ladies who like to cook. Close to the beach and frankly anywhere you’d like to go the island. There was plenty of space, the hot tub was an added bonus. Only downside was parking was tight, doable but tight. It was great to have all the beach toys in the shed, made my life so much easier and made me feel less wasteful.

Very clean and nice property that is centrally located
Overall the property was clean, centrally located to restaurants, and walking distance to the beach.
The property isn’t actually a single family home but more like a triplex, so there isn’t complete privacy in the shared backyard since there are other tenants.
The smaller of the three bedrooms didn’t have an air condition and it’s needed, particularly if reserving this property in the summer months.

Stay for Son's Wedding
Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your property. We had a wonderful time enjoying the back yard, having a BBQ and enjoying the lovely garden, trees and cool breezes! The home is lovely. The only challenge we had was trying to cool off in the house with the air conditioning being on a timer as the previous guest indicated. Unfortunately, my daughter slept in the 3rd bedroom, which was too hot for her to be comfortable. In addition, we didn't realize that we needed additional trash bags for our stay. Four small trash bags were provided for an 8 night stay, with the requirement of emptying trash daily that meant we had to grab some at the market which is a little out of the norm for us on vacation. We made it work however and enjoyed our time! If you need a place to gather and have a home base while seeing all the sites, this is a great option.

Silly AC Limits -- beware
READ FOR AC NOTE. Overall we ended up enjoying the property for our stay, but it wasn't without a few surprises. It is a combined property, like a townhome style with multiple independent homes with their own entrances. The backyard itself is shared between these properties. The AC setup was mystifying though, for a house at this cost I'd expect comfort, but the owner surely does not feel the same. They have AC, but no thermostat control, only a unique timer button that activates power to the AC for limited durations (maxing out at a 2hr increment). These in-wall switches are easy to search online however -- so AC TIP: Simply press and hold the top button to activate OVERRIDE mode which will keep the switch ON until you decide to turn it off. I'd never advocate for leaving an AC on when you are not using the home, but when you are in the home -- you should be in control. AC TIP 2 -- press the one button on the AC itself (living room) until all 3 lights are lit, otherwise -- with only 1 light lit -- you are just getting a fan running without any actual AC. You're welcome. ;)

Perfect spot to explore the whole island
With the pandemic, it’s wonderful to have a whole house and backyard to ourselves. In the morning, my husband, my mom and I would go for early morning walks and then eat breakfast at the house in the wonderful well stocked kitchen until the kids (young adults) woke up. We stocked up on a few staples at the Costco by the airport. The location was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Honestly it was 10-30 minutes to most places we wanted to see (Lahaina, airport, wailea, start of road to Hana and start of road to Haleakala etc). Lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. There was a wonderful beach a few blocks away. Don’t go to keaka beach (rocky) and walk a couple blocks more to Kalepolepo beach (by the Hawaiian whale center). It is a.shallow Hawaiian fishpond. Go around 6am (near low tide) and every morning there are a dozen giant Hawaiian green sea turtles sleeping on the rocks/shore. You can walk in less than knee high water to see them. Don’t go too close as this stresses them.
The house itself has 3 bedrooms (2 with AC). It is true that we barely needed the AC since keeping the windows open kept the place cool. But we had one day that hit 90 and was humid. I liked the option to turn it on for an hour to cool down. The place was well stocked with towels and even basic toiletries. Beach gear was so helpful to have chairs, umbrellas and coolers and even snorkel fins. We had our own snorkel masks. WiFi was appreciated. Communication from Johnathan was great. We would stay here again. It was a great find.

Our stay here was amazing! The communication with the owner was always very prompt and friendly. The house felt very private and was very clean. The beach down the street was great for little kids (protected by a rock wall).
The backyard was our favorite place to hang out. Lots of amenities as listed. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Excellent host and property
This property is just 2 blocks to the beach, is clean and fully equipped with anything you could imagine. The back yard is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee. This property sleeps 6, but would be best suited for 2 couples and a child/children. We had 6 adults and the third bedroom lacked privacy, but otherwise, the property was perfect for our group of 6. Ali is a great host, and easy to connect with. Would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful place for a family
Great kitchen, spacious living area. Large and very private backyard with lots of plants along the perimeter, a BBQ and tables.
Great to be able to use the bikes and the toddler trailer and every kind of beach gear you can think of.

Kicking back in Kihei
We loved our time at this Kihei home!There was plenty of room for our two families. It's an easy walk to the beach. We also enjoyed using the bikes to ride into town or to explore nearby beaches. The backyard is quiet, private and a great place to relax and kick back. Also, loved the hot tub! The property manager was very accommodating and communicated well with us. We would definitely return to Maui and this holiday home.

Amazing Place and Owner
Our stay was amazing. It was a perfect spot that had everything we ever needed in the kitchen, bathroom, lots of beach stuff, lots of space, a beautiful backyard with an amazing hot tub, even yoga mats and a lot more! The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet and nice. The owner, Jonathan was super awesome too. He took really good care of us and made sure we had anything we need. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone and everyone!

An Excellent First Stay on Maui!
My family (5 adults total) had a fantastic stay at Johnathans property. The kitchen was very well stocked, the yard and all it’s amenities were wonderful (we didn’t think that a hot tub in a hot place would be so great but it sure was!), and overall we were very easily able to make the house our home for the 10 days we were there. Johnathan is incredibly easy to communicate with and was super accommodating to us at the end of our trip too. Thank you so much!

Well-equipped and clean home. Great for a family.
We stayed at this Kehei home for a week in November 2019. The home is well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen as well as beach gear. We were excited to utilize the bikes but had a hard time finding safe bike routes accessible from the neighborhood. The living/kitchen area is roomy and comfortable. The only down side to this property is the 9 pm to 9 am Maui county quiet time where the usage of the backyard and hot tub are prohibited, which we didn’t realize. We would have enjoyed having outdoor breakfast and cool evenings in the backyard.

One of the best ever
We travel a lot and spend half of the year in hotels or vacation rentals. This was one of the best. Maybe the best equipped kitchens I’ve seen. John is very caring. Everything was nice and clean. And a lot of surprising extras you would not expect. Only downside are the two ACs in the bedrooms which are outdated and very loud.

This house was perfect for our needs. We needed a week's stay at a house close to the bride's vacation home. Fantastic!
Brought my family of 4 and my parents to Maui to celebrate their 50th Anniversary. The property was perfect, plenty of space and comfortable with every single amenity you could ask for. The house was very clean, well maintained and gave us easy access to the beach and other activities. John was great, answered our questions and gave us some tips for stuff to do. We will book again next time we vist!

Great for Families
Great place. Jon was awesome. Checked us in, ran us through the house and all the toys, bbq, pizza ovens and hot tub and unfortunately, we didn't cross paths again until our check out. The kitchen was stocked with nearly new or new knives, plates, cutlery and cookware. We stayed at Jons place with our 4 kids (ages 19 down to 11) and had a great 5 day stay. We were super happy to arrive back at the house at night, after a full day of activities from the beach to Hana, and just relax, cook and enjoy family time. Book it. You wont be disappointed. Hawaiian Family Vacation
Johnathon, the owner, is a super nice person. He welcomed us in and answered all of our questions. The location was close to the beach and close to a handful of restaurants and grocery stores. My family loved the house and the backyard was great to hang out, relax, and have a few Hawaiian Cocktails.
Would recommend it for anyone.

Best ever!
Perfect house to stay in. Beach was walking distance, we were super grateful Jon had the "beachware" we could borrow. The location is central to get to hiking areas, different beaches and shopping. Jon was wonderful, gracious ,very helpful and great company. Yes, we recommend 100%, we had a family of 7 adults staying here and we were all very comfortable. A peaceful neighborhood.

Great house and host!
The house was perfect for our family. It was fully stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The pizza oven was an added bonus! Jon is a wonderful host. He made sure we had everything we needed to ensure we had a wonderful vacation! Thank you!

A Rare Find
We had an amazing stay at Jon's beautiful vacation rental. Having rented many homes through VRBO for over 20 years, we have never found a place as well equipped, clean, & organized as this one. Jon is also the most gracious and generous host we ever met. Jon's place is perfect for us because it is not part of a resort. His home is in a quiet residential neighborhood in North Kihei and centrally located to all activities, beaches and restaurants. We had initially rented only the main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath because we were party of 6. However, our7th friend joined us last minute and Jon graciously accommodated us by opening up the lovely cottage located in the upper part of the house with a private entry. We cooked most of our meals in the spacious and extremely well equipped kitchen. Jon had just about every spices you may need, almost brand new pots and pans perfectly organized in the cabinets. We also used the excellent BBQ grill and baked homemade pizzas with the pizza oven that Jon provided in the backyard. Our pizzas came out perfectly thanks to Jon's help. We enjoyed our meals in his beautiful backyard which is nicely lit up with tiki torches and mood lighting. The house is very tastefully and comfortably furnished. The cottage would be a perfect romantic stay for two with the plush King bed and Jacuzzi tub. The whole place is impeccably clean. We could go on but we can't say enough about Jon's meticulous and thoughtful attention to details that makes his place such a special stay for his guests. We highly recommend Jon's place and look forward to our next stay here when we return to Maui.

Beautiful, comfortable oasis- close to everything!
Jonathan was the consummate host. We loved our stay at your place - mahalo! The house is well appointed with everything you could need and more. The backyard was peaceful and inviting and we enjoyed morning coffee, afternoons after the beach, and dinners outside. (We loved our afternoon pizza making session with Jonathan and his pizza oven!) The kitchen (both indoor and out) had everything you could need. Comfortable indoors and nice soft towels and sheets, as well.
The location of this house is perfect, very convenient jump off point to exploring Maui, especially all the S Maui beaches! Can't say enough nice things. We loved our stay at Jonathan's! My husband and I are already figuring out when we can come stay in the "honeymoon" suite. Mahalo for all Jonathan!

Exactly the spot we were looking for our family vacation
Jonathan is a great host. He is very friendly and met us as we arrived to show us around the house. He gave a us a bunch of great tips about which beaches and events to check out during our stay. Also, gifted us a fresh apple pie and gave us some excellent shampoo to try : )
The house was well kept, well equipt, and very clean. We had everything we needed to prepare meals (including an air popper for popcorn, which the kids loved). He warned us about tenacious ants, but we followed his housekeeping guidelines and had no problems.
Our favorite part was the hot tub. Just the right temp and ready to go when we arrived. There was also a grill and a sweet pizza oven, but we didn't have a chance to use either. Maybe next time.
Plenty of gear for beach-sitting and snorkeling. Provided clean towels and coolers, too. There were also bikes and boogie boards.
We followed his guidelines for keeping the place cool. Worked perfectly. Even though temps crossed into the 80s, we never had to turn on the AC.
Was a huge bonus for us, as a family with small children, to have access to the washer/dryer. So necessary!
The front bedroom worked well for the kids, even for our 2-year old, who is just getting used to sleeping outside of a crib. Our 6-year old crashed on the couch without effort.
It was a little awkward for us was not having a proper table inside for meals. We like to face each other, and out kids like to watch TV as they eat. Not a big deal, but took some time to get used to. There is a great table outside, but the mosquitos really like my wife. There weren't huge clouds of them, but they were around, as you might expect at that latitude (I didn't get a single bite, but she had quite a few).
Also, the streaming (Roku and Fire TV) were a little flaky. We chalked this up to island life and adapted.
There were enough blu-rays, games and a big lawn in the back yard to keep the kids busy as we prepared meals and got everything together for our day trips.
All-and-all, a cozy spot to HQ for our first trip to Maui. We had a great week. Thank you, Jon!

Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home with us! We came over from Oahu, and couldn't believe that we were able to score an entire 3 bedroom house to ourselves! Once we got inside, we were very excited by the modern look the house had, and the master bedroom was enormous! The backyard was such a sanctuary for relaxation, with a hot tub to share, it made the weekend one of the most romantic we have ever had! We can't wait for our next visit, and we want to extend the deepest gratitude for your hospitality and generosity. The tips on the hot spots were great, Mahalo!

My husband and I were so pleased with our stay! After a long flight, two weary travelers were made to feel right at home. What a comfortable, clean, stylish and well stocked place this is. We were both so pleased with the fact that everything we needed for our Hawaiian stay was already here - beach chairs, coolers, snorkels, fins, a little portable barbeque.
The owner John was so patient with my (sometimes excessive) questions about the best beaches and restaurants. He surely takes pride in his place and the recent remodels were a wonderful surprise. It inspired me to redo my bathroom at home :)
It is going to be rough reentering the real world but you had bet we will be back as soon as possible. Thank you for your hospitality and we are already planning our return.
