We had a fantastic time at this clean, well stocked property. For reference, our family of 5 traveled with 3 grandparents in tow. There was plenty of room to spread out to read or relax watching one of the many TVs located throughout the home. We enjoyed the large, clean pool as well as access to the community pool which was often empty. There are more than enough beach chairs to take back and forth from the beach. My teens loved having a little more privacy in the back bedrooms of the spacious home. My mother in law and parents appreciated the en suite options. The golf cart was a fantastic added bonus! We used often to get back and forth from the community pool as well as the beach most days. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, glasses/plasticware and utensils. The grill was clean and well maintained. There is a smallish yard next to the pool if you have littles that need that extra space to run around. My parents loved sitting on the back patio as well as the several rocking chairs on both the upper deck and front porch. We've rented several homes throughout Destin over the years and this one is easily the nicest and best maintained we've had in a long time. Create your own family memories at NO REGRETS!

The house was very spacious and had room for everyone. Our 3 year old guest loved the pool and riding in the golf cart to the beach . She didn’t want to leave. The house was very nicely decorated and the kitchen was very well equipped. The outdoor grill was a plus and convenient to grill all of our seafood. Which by the way was delicious. There are a lot of shops and grocery stores very close to pick up what you need. All in all it was a fantastic stay at No regrets

The house was perfect for a family gathering. Plenty of room for everyone with the 5 spacious bedrooms. Plenty of Master suits to choose from. House was very clean and pool was a plus with the kiddos. A quick 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach. House is very up to date with nice fixtures, appliances, TV's, etc..... Owners took care of every need. We would recommend to any friend or family member.

Property was clean and well maintained. The easy access to the beach was a bonus. The check out process was simply and easy compared to other rentals. We will definitely be back. Loved coming back to a great pool after a day at the beach! Great outdoor furniture.

The house was amazing and the pool/outside was perfect! Also the Destiny East community was very nice. Easy walk or short drive to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back!!

No Regrets was a wonderful family vacation setting. From our first inquiry to checkout the process was easy. Prior to arriving we received our codes and rules. When we entered the home everyone remarked how clean the unit was. It is a beautiful home with an awesome pool. No surprises, the cost was what was quoted. All the amenities were as described. We had a couple minor maintenance issues, we text and problems were quickly resolved. Appreciated the texts when the maintenance team was on their way.They actually went above & beyond helping us. The day before we were leaving instructions sent for our easy checkout. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

We came here for a bachelorette party with 9 girls! This house is everything you need & more! Everything was a quick golf trip or cheap Uber. The pool and hot tub was AMAZING! Patrick, Mitch and Christy were the absolute best with communication, etc…. Highly recommend!!

We had a beautiful and relaxing stay. It was a group of 9 women and the house was more than enough room. Loved the pool area and the short golf cart ride to the beach! We would definitely rent here again!!

Our stay at this house was wonderful. The house was clean and well maintained. The pool is fantastic! We did not opt in for the golf cart but the consensus of the group decided next time we would. Short trip to the beach and the crab trap is right there for some good food! Spacious but great layout for a large group. We had 13 and easily fit. The two fridges is great for extra space. Definitely the best property in the neighborhood. Would recommend

This home was awesome. We had all of the things we needed (dishes, grill, etc) for our stay. The pool I have to say was the best part for the kids!! It was spacious and we used it every day. The beach was a short walk from the home... Not to mention Crab Shack being right around the corner as well!! I would recommend some small adjustments on dusting the home and a few other cleaning adjustments but overall I would give cleanliness a 4. Even though I feel those minor adjustments could be made it didn't take away from our wonderful experience!

Great location, fantastic pool area, great layout of house, all the amenities you need. Just bring food and clothes. Minor issues with cleanliness (cold air returns are nasty), several kitchen cabinet doors are loose, several door knobs on interior doors need to be tightened. Overall great experience would highly recommend and stay again.

We really enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. The house was big and all the bedrooms were furnished nicely. The only thing was the layout. All the bedrooms were downstairs and the kitchen and living were upstairs. Was really odd.

The home was very clean, comfortable and spacious for our group. The pool and hot tub area were beautiful. There was a hiccup with the pool heat but maintenance arrived quickly to remedy the situation. The location is fairly close to great beach access. Kitchen had all necessities. Check-in and out process very simple. We would definitely book this property again for future trips to Destin and feel lucky to have found this home for our spring break vacation.

This is a beautiful clean house with plenty of room for our family of 7 and all the amenities you’d need! The owners/property managers make everything easy from check in to check out and to the amenities provided! The house is in the perfect location and a quiet neighborhood, located within walking distance or a short golf car ride to the beach. This was a beautiful property and pool. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. My entire family came from everywhere and we rented a total of 4 houses. But this was the "go to" house for everybody. The beach was beautiful and it was great to shower off outside and jump in the pool. We also loved grilling and sitting outside by the pool. The rooms were big and comfortable and accommodated all 14 of us. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Spacious and well appointed home with lots of room. The back patio, pool and balconies are awesome. The high end kitchen has everything you need and all quality utensils and cookware. No Regrets from this family!!

This property was perfect for our family. We had the flexibility to chill at the house by the pool or make the 10 min walk to the beach. The beds were all very comfortable! The kitchen is large and had all the required pots/pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. There was also extra refrigerators in the garage which was useful for our group of 14. The home has a lot of natural light. My only recommendation for improvement would be to have cleaning supplies available, including a broom. Our 1 year old dumped the remains of a box of cereal and we had no way to sweep it up. There was a vacuum, but it did not work well (might need a new filter), it blew the crumbs around and did not suction correctly. We would definitely return to this property for future vacations!!

It was great! Three generations of our family all together and we all had a great time. The property was ideal for our group.
