Beautiful 3BR/2BA Townhome on the Mountain: Bus Route & Wifi
Ce magnifique condo 3Br // 2Ba peut accueillir jusqu'à 7, et est situé sur la montagne à Quail Run. Les unités Qual Run sont regroupées autour d'un cul-de-sac privé, ce qui rend cette option d'hébergement beaucoup plus semblable à une résidence privée qu'à une location de vacances.
Notre maison de ville est très ouverte et lumineuse avec une belle vue sur la montagne depuis le balcon supérieur. Cette unité est très spacieuse et environ 1600 pieds carrés. Il est très bien aménagé avec des planchers de bois franc, comptoirs en granit, appareils en acier inoxydable et une cheminée taillée dans le pin tordu. L'espace salon / de divertissement à l'étage est complètement séparé des chambres. Il est entièrement équipé avec une cuisine complète, une salle à manger, trois télévisions à écran plat, un lecteur DVD, une machine à laver et un sèche-linge, tous les draps nécessaires ... et un sèche-cheveux. La chambre principale, avec sa salle de bain principale communicante, dispose d'un lit king-size. La 2ème chambre contient une reine et la troisième chambre contient un lit superposé avec un lit double et double. L'unité dispose également d'un garage pour une voiture chauffée, et beaucoup d'espace de rangement pour les skis. Situé à côté de la navette gratuite, il est un court trajet en bus à la base de la montagne et The Silver Bullet Gondola.
Cette unité est pas un temps partagé et a été soigneusement entretenu et maintenu. Quail Run est très calme, comme plus de 85% des unités sont occupées par le propriétaire de l'année. Cette unité est seulement l'un des trois situés dans le bâtiment.
Steamboat Springs est connu pour le ski fantastique, sources minérales chaudes, et une atmosphère animée occidentale. Shopping, restaurants, et la vie nocturne sont des attractions toute l'année. L'hiver offre la motoneige, le ski de fond, et une montagne avec plus de 100 pistes de descente et 20 remontées mécaniques. L'été offre rafting, parcours de golf conçu par Robert Trent Jones Jr. et Keith Foster, et plus d'un million d'acres de nature sauvage dans Routt National Forest pour la randonnée, l'équitation, le vélo et la pêche. Had a great time and the place fulfilled our need perfectly. Place was clean, plenty of space as advertised.
Only note - Garage was a little smaller in height and length than expected. Can fit an SUV/sedan without a topper easily, not a full size F150 though

Townhome is as advertised and a perfect fit for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The garage is a nice bonus for skis and gear, as well as the 2nd living room as an extra space for the kids. And communication with Eric is fast and easy. Would stay again.

We stayed at this condo with another family for a ski weekend. Great layout for 2 families, well appointed kitchen, overall wonderful place. It would be nice if you could walk to the slopes but it is very easy to catch the free bus from the condo and get to the mountain in 8-10 minutes. Definitely recommend!

We spent a week at Steamboat and we were pleased with the support and assistance from Eric. He provided valuable information to help make our vacation the best. The townhome was roomy and provided lots of storage. We enjoyed the hot tub after a full day of skiing. The townhome was easy to get to. It’s close to everything. We were able to drive or take the free bus to all of our destinations. Loved having a garage to park the car in. We hope to return soon!

We had a wonderful biking weekend but the condo itself is not accurately reflected by the description. It's a spacious "fine" condo for a weekend, but isn't really "open and bright", "nicely appointed" or "well maintained". Needs new carpet, a deep clean, and better finishes to meet the description. Schmootz on the duvet cover. The price was probably right and Eric was an uber-responsive, excellent host.

Great place to stay! Quiet neighborhood with a nice hot tub, close to a bus stop. All rooms were very comfy and living space was much bigger than the pictures. Nice views of the mountain from the balcony too.

Location was good and near the slopes with plenty of space for four of us. If you are looking for an extravagant mountain retreat, this is not it but if you're looking for a space to put your head between runs that has a well stocked kitchen, this is a great place. In addition to hitting the slopes, it was also convenient to snow tubing, dog sledding, ice fishing, downtown shopping, and ice skating at Skeeters for our week in town.

This is a well cared for property in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient to the ski shuttle stop. We also enjoyed the large community hot tub. We will stay here again someday!

We rented for a ski weekend. Getting to the bus stop was easy. The house is spacious and we found what we needed in the kitchen for dinners. Owner was great about communication. Bring shampoo/conditioner/bath soap with you.

My family of six stayed here over the holidays. This condo was perfect for us and we had plenty of room with teenagers. Upon arrival, everything was very clean and welcoming. Eric reached out to us before we arrived and was great with communication. We would stay here again!

We had the best family trip to Steamboat for Christmas/New Years! My husband and I stayed in Eric's condo with our two kids (ages 12 and 10) and it was perfect! Eric was incredibly responsive, from the booking (he called right after we booked it to confirm) to the check in (he even checked on our flight for us making sure we got in safely in the storm) to answering any questions we had during the stay. Above and beyond any attention/responsiveness we have ever experienced on VRBO!
The condo was wonderful. Very clean, well stocked, very comfortable beds, warm, high end appliances. We skied 7 days in a row and it was incredibly convenient to Steamboat, just over a mile away (and on the shuttle stop). Since we are early risers we actually drove each morning and parked in the free lot since it was so close and easy. We cooked breakfast and dinner each day at the condo (doing lunch out) and the kitchen had everything we needed and more.
There's a hot tub shared by the condo community that we used after long days of skiing which was a treat. The condo has a gas fire place that comes on with a flip of a switch and provided all the warmth you'd need! So cozy after a day of skiing.
Close drive to the historic town (2 miles) and even closer to grocery store, Walmart, gas etc (1 mile). So convenient!
We can't say enough wonderful things about this condo and Eric the owner. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Relaxing in Steamboat
The property was located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The master bedroom was lovely. The owner, Eric, was very accommodating to our needs. The property had a children’s playground which we used a lot for our 17 month old grandson.

Great location to the ski area and convenient getting around. Use of the shuttle was easy. The condo was roomy and comfortable for the six of us and we enjoyed turning on the fireplace after skiing and relaxing. Very well equipped in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

GREAT host! Perfect for families
This is the second year we have stayed at this property with our friends and small children. It has a small TV area the kids could hang out in that was still close enough for the adults to be in the main area. My kids LOVED the bunk beds. The location to the gondola is only a few minutes drive. Since we had some kids and LOTS of gear we parked vs taking the bus which has a pick up within walking distance. The hot tubs was never busy and perfect to just hang out after a long day on the slopes. Eric is a great host who was very helpful and accommodating. Highly reccommend!!

Communication with Eric was great! Check in process, seamless. We had a great time in Steamboat and this place made it that much better! Ease of access from main thoroughfare made getting to town not a problem. The location is quiet, has friendly neighbors and exactly as advertised.

Enjoyed our stay here. Unit was clean. Kitchen well stocked. Comfortable beds. Although there is no A/C in the unit, we were able to keep it cool by keeping windows open at night and closing them in the morning. The fans helped also. Eric was super attentive, connecting with us before hand and checking to make sure we found the place ok the evening of our arrival. It was a great base for all our hiking and rafting.

This townhome worked perfectly for the group. We specifically sought out a home with a garage to store bikes, so we loved having that feature. We also found all of the rooms spacious and loved having the grill on the porch! Kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, pans, plates, cups, etc. Thanks for a great vacation!
