Overall was nice stay, need more kitchen towels and clothes to wash dishes. An extra set of sheets for the futon would be nice , only one set provided.

We enjoyed the space with 7 people- one being a3 yr old. Wish the weather was better but the days we did get to enjoy were wonderful. The beach at this location was the most cleanest and beautiful by far that I have been. It is a very quiet family zone. We loved that we could keep our beach supplies close and walk. The only downfall I think we needed a broom to probably keep the sand outside better- this was the first Vrbo that we didn’t have that.

Nice overall experience. Will recommend to others and will stay again.

We absolutely LOVED it! The view from the balcony…as advertised. We had everything we needed. It was the perfect vacation.

We were grateful to have such a nice, safe place to evacuate to on such short notice as Hurricane Ida approached New Orleans. Though unable to enjoy the property as much as we would have liked, it was a clean, comfortable space. I appreciate management’s flexibility, working with us on short notice.

Condo needs some TLC

The property is beautiful and the condo is just steps from the beach - you can see the beach from both balconies. Very safe and so quiet!!!! Beds were comfy and condo had everything stocked that we needed.. condo needed some updating but overall very pleased. Also property management was wonderful and made the process a breeze!!! Great communication!!! Thank you!!!

Nice little getaway... No frills or luxury, though. Deco is bland, Location is great! We had no working TV in 1 bedroom, no toaster working and blinds broken in living room upon arrival. We called the next morning and they sent repairman within an hour over to fix things. The website needs updating since it says no hairdryer and there are 2 in condo. Furniture needs updating, very uncomfortable.

Location was great, a little TLC and the place would be awesome. However, will not stay again and would not recommend in its current state. Read a few neg reviews of the cleanliness and thought we would give it a shot anyways. Place was pretty gross. We washed all the linens upon arrival and tried to air out the stench of mildew as much as possible. Main tv didn’t work, and none of the outlets in the kitchen were working. Washer had mold built up and shades and sliding door screen were broken and torn. Called the property management company at to let them know about the outlets and TV which they ended up sending a maintenance guy. He couldn’t fix anything on the spot. (We didn’t care, as we spent most of our time on the beach. We just didn’t want to be held responsible for anything.).

This was a last minute stay for us, the condo was the perfect size for a small family. Location was great! We would definitely stay there again.

Cute little place, check in and check out was very simple. The beach is about a 2 minute walk.

I really loved the pictures of this unit. Don't let the pictures fool you. As soon as we walked in the place smelled of mildew. When we opened the washer and it smelled even worse. There was mold and mildew inside the rim of the machine. Front loading washers need to be left open after being used. That wasn't it though. There was pair of men's underwear left inside. We also had to clean the rim of the washer that had caked on stuff that I can't even put into words. We were so afraid the linens were not clean that we ended up washing all of those as well. I feel the price of the unit should be lowered for these none issues. I would never stay at this unit again. At least not for $125 a night. Not worth it at all.

This complex is perfect for a small group of people 8-10. It is quiet and very clean. Perfect location to stay

We had a great stay overall, the walls near the bed were a little dirty and most of the linens had some spots and such. But this was the only complaint! Perfectly stocked kitchen and super short walk to the beach. The only really bad thing to happen was our canopy frame and chairs were stolen. So don’t leave items unattended at the beach! Still had a wonderful experience.

Condo was convenient to the beach and the pool. Someone before us put dirty dishes away in the cabinet. The shower in the hallway bathroom is not made for an adult. It is probably a 32 inch shower and if you drop your soap you will have to leave the shower to pick it up. If you try to turn around in the shower, you hit the water valve and change the water temperature. Sorry about this review but everything else was nice except the shower. Please replace it and make it useable. The second bathroom has a full size tub with a shower.

The location is perfect for our family beach trip. Low-density complex meant uncrowded beach. Minutes from everything.

Reviewer Comments: Didn't realize there would be 23 steps to the condo which isn't easy for a senior.....3-4 times a day eventually did me in and ended up with having to have an MRI because of the hip. Would definitely mention steps leading up to condo. Appreciate the $10 given as washer was broken and we used the laundry room before heading back home.

The layout was great and had all the comforts of home. Just a few items to note. The larger bedroom which most would consider the master has the 2 queen beds with an attached bathroom. The smaller bedroom has the king bed with no attached bathroom. The bathroom off the living area does have a second shower but the shower is the smallest I have ever seen at about 3 feet wide. I had to turn the water off to open the shower door to wash my feet. This unit worked well for my family and we had a great time.
