Bienvenue à notre nouvelle inscription dans la section Maritime d'Annapolis. Cette propriété de bord de mer haut de gamme entièrement rénovée est vraiment unique en son genre, complètement aménagée et prête à accueillir votre groupe ou votre famille en 2019. Nous disposons de nombreuses places de parking gratuites non autorisées et nous sommes à quelques minutes à pied ou en bateau-taxi du centre-ville, de l'académie navale des États-Unis, de l'église St Marys et du club de yacht Annapolis. Eastport est le foyer de la culture maritime d'Annapolis et abrite de nombreux restaurants cinq étoiles et le musée maritime d'Annapolis.
Si vous recherchez un endroit idéal pour un groupe de mariage plus important composé de plusieurs familles, nous répondons à vos besoins. We rented this house with family for a wedding weekend in Annapolis. The house is very nice, well-appointed, and very comfortable (even my 80-year-old parents liked the house, and they are grumpy about everything!). Our favorite part of staying at the house was coffee on the deck in the morning overlooking the water. It's a pretty easy walk from the house into downtown Annapolis (a walk we did several times). The neighborhood is very quiet - so if you are looking for a party spot in Annapolis, this house is probably not the best fit for you.

We are a group of ten friends who get together every other year somewhere in the U.S.. This trip brought us to the city of Annapolis. The home is close and convenient to both Annapolis and D.C. and in a charming neighborhood. We were able to walk into town with ease.
We enjoyed being able to all sit all together in one room comfortably. The kitchen is well-appointed and the back lanai is lovely. If I ever returned to the area, I would like to return to this home.

This house was perfect- location and layout were convenient, home was well maintained and had all needed amenities and little extras to make our stay easy. The property and view were very pretty and we enjoyed sitting on the patios/balconies overlooking the channel. The family wants to plan our trip back already.

My friends and I were so impressed with this rental property. The main floor was open and great for chatting while cooking dinner/breakfast and the bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. The check in and out process was so easy it almost felt wrong! I would recommend this property to everyone, but I think families specifically would love this

We were hosting an out-of-town speaker and his traveling companions, and the home was just what we needed! The sleeping arrangements were fine and the views amazing, but our favorite part was the ability to gather all of us (10 total) in the living room for some great conversation. We hope to be able to host the same speaker here again next year!

We were in town for a wedding at the Naval Academy and this house was perfect for a crew...3 couples and a baby. We all had our own spaces and a common spot to come together. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.
Megan arranged to have a portable crib and high chair delivered and it was waiting for us when we got there.
The location was great...we could easily walk into Annapolis or Eastport but were far enough away from the hubbub to enjoy the peace and quiet of the creek.

Stayed here with large family, all adults. Great stay, everything was clearly marked and property was in a great location. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Brought our own kayaks and loved the easy access to the dock and bay. Plenty of spaces to sit and relax. Would come back and stay again!!

We enjoyed our trip so much - the house is stocked with everything you need and Main Street is a short walk. Very comfortable - we were 5 friends who went to college again staying for a weekend reunion. Highly recommend!

The home was very well furnished. Kitchen appliances are excellent and pots, pans, silverware, dishes, etc, are good quality and plentiful. The neighborhood is quiet with a nice view out the back. Parking is very limited. The owner stresses that only two cars can park in the driveway. For a house that can accommodate 10 people, that can be a problem. All-in-all, am excellent place to stay.

The house exceeded expectations. The floor plan and furnishings were ideal for our large family weekend. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and close to the action. We would definitely stay again when in town.

Great space to spread out in. Plenty of room for the 10 of us! Within walking distance of Annapolis historic area. Loved it!

House was great but far from professionally cleaned. Dog hairs everywhere. Kitchen floor dirty. Hairbrush found under the bed and a medical tablet in a drawer. Thank goodness no children with us to take it. Kitchen trash container was filthy and so were kitchen baseboards. Also for 5 day stay only 1 set of towels provided and when I called to ask for more towels, I was told to do laundry. Then when we tried to use the grill and it did not work- the prop mgr offered no solution. Stayed at many Vrbo properties this was the first one that was not clean and with such an unaccommodating prop mgr.

We visited Megan's home to attend a family wedding in November. It was a great space for our 10 guests! We especially appreciated the spacious living area on the main floor where we did not feel on top of each other. The home was well-appointed and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Being on the creek was awesome, but we'll need to return when it's not so chilly to enjoy it fully! Parking was a bit of a challenge with 10 adults and 2 parking spaces. However, there was ample street parking nearby. We'd recommend a stay here if you are looking for a quiet retreat nearby to all Annapolis has to offer!

This was the perfect venue to host our family for our daughters wedding at The Naval Academy this September (wish I can include photos!). The location is peaceful and in walking distance to lots of restaurants, breweries, and downtown. There is plenty of room for people to have their own space and it is clean and organized (everything labeled). Highly recommend this home and hope to be able to return soon for some R & R.

Perfect Family Weekend
My family was in town for a wedding and this house was the perfect place for us to spend time together in an absolutely beautiful location. The house is just as seen in pictures and is very well stocked. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans, utensils- anything you need. The location was wonderful and we enjoyed taking the water taxi directly from the back yard into town. Communication with the host was easy and she was very responsive to any questions we had her anything that we needed. I cannot recommend this property enough!

We were not allowed to check in before 4pm. Only 2 cars may be parked in driveway at any time which is fine. The garage is off limits.The communication on that emphasized contract cancellation and not the plentiful on street parking or strange driveway layout.
