Amazing location with attentive, lovely staff. Excellent food and super comfy beds! Room 102 is the pick!

Only cold water so probably would never use the bath but it looked lovely! From room 102 you could sit in the bath and see the surf!

We had a really nice stay . The staff is extremely friendly and the food was amazing.

The dog outside of the house was barking during the night which made us sleep less than we wanted :-) But that is just a small thing . The stay was really nice .

The location was amazing, right on the beach and steps to some nice little beach cafes, the pool was a perfect way to cool off, the staff and owner were all so lovely, room was spacious and clean and bed was so comfy.

We had a few ants in our bathroom. Breakfast juices were watery and pancakes were dry but these little things could be easily fixed. Otherwise everything perfect!

We loved being down opposite Shipwrecks surf break and staying in a more traditional balinese style hotel. Staff and food were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Will be back.

Prachtige locatie met zwembad aan de zee. Mooie ruime kamer met buitenzitje. Geweldige keuken met ook voor het ontbijt heel veel variaties

In de zee voor het hotel zijn zeewierplantages, meer naar het noorden wat dat gebied alleen maar groter, waardoor je niet direct in de zee zwemmen kan. Maar 60 meter naar het zuiden kan je al wel in de zee zwemmen. De lakens werden wel netjes recht getrokken, maar na 4 dagen nog niet verschoond

Staff at Pemedal were just beautiful and chef incredible. Awesome food and great location for us.

Fishing village so couldn’t really swim in ocean. Lots of sharp rocks on the floor bed so couldn’t walk out in beach.

Comfortable accomodation with good breakfast. Long way to our ferry in Mushroom Bay. Pool good but needs missing tiles repaired. Nice staff and nice location overlooking the beach.

We were approved a check in between 11 and 12 but when we arrived about 1.00pm our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait. Not sure why we were approved if they couldn’t provide it.

The views ,particularly at sunset,were amazing.Our room provided a beautiful ever-changing vista. Breakfast & food generally was carefully prepared & presented. Staff tried hard to be helpful.

The location was exceptional. We didn't know what to expect as it didn't come up as a beach front location but it was right on the beach. Beautiful views and slept with the sound of the ocean

If I am being super picky the fish was a little dry for dinner one night. The rooms could have better lighting.

The place is good overall and the staff were very helpful. Some things to improve though. Bali is dirty with rubbish around but not much our hotel can do about that. I think someone needs to sort this out and tidy the place up a bit. Don't know what Bali used to be like but I think things have changed. The beach is not like the picture. It's a raised area above the shore but you can get to it easily enough. However, the beach/shore is full of boats! You can't swim very easily. You can dip but not swim. Too many ropes and boats and if you go further out the risk of props was too much for me. Also, it seems that the whole shoreline is surrounded by seaweed nets and poles which makes swimming and even dipping more of a challenge, especially if the tide is out. I suppose not a hotel thing but did spoil my enjoyment. This goes for pretty much the whole island from what I could see. The rooms were a bit dark and no one cleaned the room until we asked, and we were there for 8 days. Same with towels. And the bin was never emptied during our entire stay! Bit of a shame really. Did happen when we asked though. The "high street" keeps you on your toes with lots of scooters constantly which can be a pain but it's life here I guess. It's mostly the tourists of course. I trust the locals far more. I did like the place generally. I think better than a lot of other options in the area. Did have two nights where a group arrived and took over the speaker and pool and played rubbish loud music and I think staff were too intimidated to stop them. Can't blame them I suppose but not great for the rest of us. The diving around the reef was amazing with lots of fish and turtles. We won't go back but if you get a good deal I would say do it.
