Perfect location for visiting Petra. Clean and comfortable rooms but the best part of our stay was the staff: friendly, welcoming and willing to help with everything. They made our life easy and problem-free: they arranged taxis for good price, nice dinner and good chats!

location is great! walkable to both Petra and Tourism street, although the walk is all downhill so maybe take a taxi back! staff are all amazingly friendly and helpful. highly recommend the home cooked dinner for 1 night of your stay, it’s delicious, although not vegetarian if that’s what you need breakfast is delivered to the room in the evening so you can put in fridge and eat very early before racing to the Petra gate for 6am

We loved the dinner, which was very big and delicious. And the staff was very friendly. The hotel owner has treated us very good, we felt like at home, he also arranged a cheap taxi back to Aqaba for us. We would return any time. The hotel is near the visitor centre, like 10 - 15 minutes by walk.

Zaid is the most hospitable person we have ever met. His friendliness charmed us. He organized a surprise birthday party for my wife, it was a party to remember. If we ever return to Petra, we will definitely book this accommodation again. The accommodation is close to the entrance to Petra, which is another big plus.

Breakfast was local. They were very kind to bring it to us! Location was perfect! Not far from the petra entrance. The host was very helpful. Facilities were excellent. The heat in each room was perfect, if you visit in the cold months. I highly recommend this place for families or groups. The price for a whole apartment was way better than any hotel. Had hot water! They brought us extra towels. Beds were comfy! Extra blankets provided. Plenty of places to plug in for electronics (phone charger, baby sound machine, etc.)

The full bathroom floor did have water after a shower. Maybe provide a squeegee.

The bed was super comfortable, as well as the AC that was working perfectly. The breackfast was also very good and plenty.

The owner was wery pleasant and the breakfast was perfect and tasty. Facilities are reall good.

Zaid is an exceptional host. Always here to help, inform or chat over a tea. He helped us in many ways and offered us many services (organizing laundry, giving us a ride, complimentary tea all the time, juice upon arrival etc), and all this without charging any supplement! The appartment was really big, very comfortable for us (travelling with children), breakfast delicious and very generous. We also ate delicious food cooked by her mother in their restaurant at the top of the building. We had a fantastic stay in Juniper House, thank you Zaid!

The furniture was a little bit old

We really like the welcoming "ceremony" upon arrival. So the check-in process was very friendly, we received all the information we needed. We also had dinner in the roof-top, home-style restaurant of the apartment building, and breakfast (takeaway option). Thank you Ammar so much!

Inappropriate and stupid bed arrangement where the master bed was put in the living room, and the second bedroom had two single beds. If our son needed the bathroom, he would go through the living room (master bedroom!!). I raised this issue with the host but he was not helpful and his younger brother disclosed anger signs when I was trying to clarify that this arrangement is silly. There was no proper shower in the property, and no wash basin in the toilet, but it was far away in the living room, bedding and pillows had blood spots on it and had no clean cover. A dirty plaster was seen in the bathroom. The breakfast was given to us the evening before and was not nice to eat such cold food in the morning. The TV was kit was not working neither the sockets and plugs designed for it. I don't recommend this property at all!

Traditional Jordan breakfast, good dinner on demand . It's a really quiet place with good position if you have a car. Otherwise it's necessary to walk 1 km with a quite hard climb on the way back. The host Zaid and Mohammad are very kind and friendly, at our disposal forany request.

The host Mr. Zaid was very helpful and welcoming. He went out of the way to assist us in every possible way. He helped us make the booking at Wadi Rum which was very helpful. Zaid is the best host.

One of the best places ever, if not the best We started with a great reception with cold juice with the owner Zaid and he was very friendly helping us with anything we needed, he also planned our itinerary in Petra and arranged for us a wonderful Wadi Rum trip We received the apartment and it was very spacious, comfortable and very clean, the air conditioning is great. You can also have an excellent shower, then he prepares us a local dinner prepared by his mother and was in their signature restaurant with a great view, certainly not forgetting the conversation we had with Zed after dinner while drinking tea. And Zed, who was very helpful and also had a lot of fun and laughter, the breakfast was also very nice and kind. We are lucky that we chose this place and for sure if we come back again we will choose Juniper Thank you Zed and all the staff
