Large backyard and good beach. We had a lot of older teens and they loved the volleyball net and beach sand court. Housing was not luxurious but was adequate to suit feeding and sleeping needs... good beds and good air conditioning. Small kitchen with no real indoor eating area.

Nice clean cabin like house that had pretty much anything you need. Plenty of space. On a nice lake. Owners were very nice.

Early in the season, but beautiful property. Unfortunately we were not there to relax and enjoy the lake, that was our fault.

Ed was a gracious host and communicated well. He even texted the next morning after a severe thunderstorm to check on us. It was an extremely hot week, which highlighted some shortcomings with the property, as it forced us inside most days. Pros: the big yard was great for the kids, especially the volleyball court. It was a lifesaver that the house was air conditioned. The lake is beautiful. There were lots of athletic gear provided, including bikes. The kids loved having the bunkhouse as their play/sleeping area. Cons: We had 4 couples but only three bedrooms. The bunkhouse was not insulated and even with the two small window units Ed provided running constantly, it has often unbearably hot in there. The water front was mucky and weedy, not very conducive to swimming. The only water craft available was row boat. There was little room indoors for eating or sitting. Poorly functioning door knobs in key areas were a problem, especially for the kids. Dim lighting made it hard for reading or playing games. We would recommend this rental for groups that can comfortably fit in the house. Use by larger groups like ours (8 adults, 6 children) leaves you dependent on favorable weather conditions.

Lovely long weekend. Host was great at check in. Property had all we needed. Outside was tye best. Fishing was the best! Definitely stay again.

Love the space, close to Andes Tower Hill. Perfect for family, friends or a small retreat.
