Very nice room and bathroom good restaurant connected to it

Great!

The restaurant was understaffed. They closed early and locked the doors. There was a lacrosse team who took over a elevator. Layed on the floor and wouldn’t move.

The room was excellent. It was spacious for my family of 5. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Not a huge deal, but the cable was hit or miss on the TV. Netflix and Amazon wouldn’t load.

It's a good location

So I actually stayed in a Holiday Inn Express two nights later for work and it was so much better! A real door for the bathroom, better temperature controls, free breakfast. The pillows on the bed at the Marriott were horrible - I thought about folding up a towel to get some actual support - Holiday Inn actually gives you both hard and soft pillows that are labeled. $17 for an insipid breakfast on top of $200/night for the room? Marriott is completely out of touch. Also the TV supposedly had netflix etc but couldn't connect to the internet, it was too hot or too cold, sliding doors on the bathroom are the worst, and no shuttle to the airport? Come on. Last time I pay extra for a "nice" hotel, that's for sure.

pillows were too soft and offered no support. my head would sink right to the mattress even stacking multiple under my head. Only complaint. Loved the rest of it.

TV channel availability was spotty even after storms moved through.

I got a great nights sleep. Clean place & consistent. I’ve stayed here a few times and am willing to bet I’ll be back in the future.

Great location away from downtown Minneapolis with easy access to all of our Minneapolis/ Medicine Lake based wedding events. The free on site parking and multiple highway accesses were much appreciated as we could reach downtown within 10 to 15 minutes

Without room servicing and lacking a basic stock of TP and toiletries and towels, we needed to ask desk for supplies as they were discovered. Room was huge and space really appreciated, but draperies were dated and hard to open and close as hooks missing and plastic rods not efficient way to open

Very nice, staff was accommodating when we had an issue with the room they moved us immediately to fix the issue.

It was clean

Our first room air conditioning didn’t work so they moved us to a different room and the extra lock in the door was broke. We couldn’t use the pool because of all the kids in there and they were running around everywhere without parents

This property is located in a good spot close to the airport and places we need to get to when visiting. The property is very pleasant and offers the amenities we look for when traveling
