Big rooms, great location.

There was a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke detector when we went in our room and it smelled like the previous guest was smoking. Also the toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet and slid around. The screen door on the patio door was broken. The breakfast attendant didn’t check for food refills.

Great location. Good breakfast.

Terrible help at the front desk. Unqualified individuals. Over charged on my credit card.

Pool, hot tub and restaurant

The management has made us feel uncomfortable. We paid money only to discredited and invalidated.

Room was smelly. It had some questionable stains on the wall and the floor; looked like blood.

Breakfast was good,but when busy hard for one person to maintain clean up of tables and floor and make sure there is adequate food and coffee available.

Room key would not let us in the outside door. We had tried 2 doors before someone had to walk to the main entrance to open the door.

Breakfast, soundproofing location reasonable cost

Safety of the steps in to the pool, and loose rails coming in and out of pool/hot tub. If I had not been holding tightly onto the loose handrail, when I slipped on the step, due to limited amount of traction tape on the step surface, I may have hurt myself more.

Really good hotel. Nice and helpful crew, clean room with fresh remodeling, swimming pool, workout area. Very tasty breakfast with good varieties of food. Definitely will visit this place again.

Staff was very polite, loved that there was a texting option for comment or service needs.

Room was a bit more damaged than expected. All cosmetic. Did not affect the stay. Scrapes/paint missing on the walls, there’s a spot that looked like someone fell and dented the wall, door frame to the bathroom appeared to have been kicked in at some point. And the toilet seat was very loose.

as a tall person who is 6’4 I had a bad experience with that the fact is the room they put me in was a handicap accessible room. and since the room was not meant for people my height the bathroom but particularly the shower was a terrible experience. also the room had fruit flys coming out of the sink

The location was convenient for our purposes.

We did not realize the pool was a gathering place for kids playing baseball, soccer events or whatever. It was constantly filled with kids of all ages, screaming, etc. Never a time to sit a relax in that area. Apparently teams from Woodbury hold their end of the season parties at this pool area.

The room itself was nice, clean and comfy. The pool was big and good access times.

Our key cards were deactivated multiple times by the hotel staff when we were trying to get into our room after being out and about all day. We could not get in the outside access doors. The fridge also did not work, and the toilet clogged multiple times.
