Gazon artificiel dans la cour arrière, herbe verte à l'avant. Il y a un mobilier de jardin extérieur confortable dans la cour arrière et deux bascules sur le patio dans la cour avant. À environ 1 mile de l’hôpital Mayo, de la 101 North, à environ 5 minutes de Phoenix Open et de Westworld (Barrett Jackson, Spectacle d’Arabian Horse). We had a lovely stay at Janet’s house. Nice neighborhood. House was clean. The pool was really nice. Furniture and bedding were comfy. Nice big family room with sectional and tv with cable. WiFi was good. Communication was easy and very accommodating. No complaints at all! Would happily stay here again.

We loved this home and will definitely book it again for our next visit to Scottsdale. The yard and patio were perfect for relaxing and playing with our dogs and we enjoyed our walks throughout the neighborhood. This was our third VRBO rental in the last 15 months -- the first two were in Del Mar, CA -- and this Scottsdale home was, by far, the cleanest and had the best furnishings. Highly recommend!

The home is in a quiet well kept neighborhood and is close to Kierland shopping and restaurants. We were there during the extreme heat, so too hot to use the outdoor space but stayed very comfortable inside. Janet’s quick response and the instructions made it easy for us once we arrived. We felt at home immediately!

We enjoyed our long weekend at this lovely home, despite the Scottsdale temps being over 110 degrees. The pool was nice and the back yard was private, quiet and fun for the doggies. Cable television on all 3 TVs was a plus. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all that we needed. Communication with the property manager was perfect. One note for future stays: the chandelier in the living room is quite low. If you are more than 5 feet tall, don't stand up from the couch too fast without looking! We hung a clothes hanger from it as a reminder. Haha! All in all a wonderful, relaxing stay and we hope to return.

This was our third time staying at this home and it won’t be our last. The location is fantastic for us. 7 minutes to Desert Ridge shopping and entertainment area, as well minutes to local stores should you need to pick up last minute supplies. The home has a well stocked kitchen with most anything that you will need.
The star of the house for us was the pool area. The water temperature was perfect for the typical Phoenix summer heat.

This was our second stay at this property and it was great both times. Both trips were for medical procedures; one at Mayo and one at the Joint Replacement Center at Scottsdale. The location was perfect for both. We really liked being able to bring our dog. Janet was a wonderful host.

We stayed at this property January 28 to February 27, 2023. Property was just as described! Lovely home, great backyard, pool heated, beds and furnishings comfortable! We’ve been in many rental properties before and Janet’s property was the best stocked kitchen I’ve experienced! Neighborhood was quiet, safe and close to all activities we enjoy! We absolutely loved our stay!!! The house was ready for us early (so grateful for that) and we loved the basic spices and such that were already there for cooking. We stayed over Christmas through NYE and the location was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet, so fun to walk around and see everyone’s holiday decor and the cactus. There is a Fry’s, gas station, Walmart, and lots of fun shopping close by. The pool was heated and amazing - 84 degrees is perfect, even when it’s 60 outside. Swimming in the pool on Christmas was such a blessing! The backyard was fun with fruit trees, cornhole and comfy couches to read a book. We loved the variety of games and 2 seating areas so some people could watch TV while others read a book. Lots of extra pillows, blankets, and towels plus a ton of pool toys! One of the best things is the pool fence was put up before we got there, such a relief as we have a 4 year old who is just starting to swim. Janet is very fastidious with pool safety & had the right doors and locks. We had one small issue with plumbing, and she had a plumber out to the house the next morning - amazing communication and attention!!! We loved this house and will definitely be back!

We loved the backyard and spent a lot of time out there - eating at the table, reading on the cushioned furniture in the shade, sunning in the lounge chairs, and swimming in the nice pool. Beds were very comfortable. We had a great stay!

We absolutely loved the accommodations. There was room to gather, or spread out and spend time alone with a book. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need to cook a meal or enjoy take out. Loved the location and felt completely safe as we were women traveling alone. Furnishing and beds were very comfortable. Will definitely look into this place again if in the area.

The property was perfectly located for our needs; just 5 minutes from the hospital. The house was as depicted and in a quiet neighborhood. Having a completely enclosed backyard was a plus for our dog. Janet was the perfect host. We had couple of minor issues and she solved both promptly. We would definitely recommend this property and Janet.

It was our first time in phoenix and we had a good time, this home was the perfect rental for our stay.
Kitchen was very well equiped, lots of goods were there.. salt, Coffee even soap, shampoo and aftersun.
I would've given 5 stars, there were only 2 negative points, we've stayed in July at 110°F the AC was everywere perfect in exception for the master. It was not as cold as in the rest of the House. The owner gave me a temporary solution.
The outdoor area needed a bit of a clean up. The outdoor pillows of the seats needs a clean up.
BUT overall, it was a very nice House and we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Family Stay
We absolutely enjoyed our 2 weeks stay at this house (4 adults and 1 dog).
It is a very nice and clean home. The kitchen is well-stocked from spices to cookware. Family meals were a blast. We had plenty of towels and detergent. The heated pool is wonderful, and the outdoor space always offers shade in case you want to get out of the sun.
Janet was super easy to communicate with and answered any of my questions very quickly.

Perfect home to Wind Down
"My family of four came to Scottsdale to enjoy the sun. This property did not disappoint. The home was beautiful and spacious. Air conditioning worked awesomely and the amenities of this property had everything we needed. Very close to nice restaurants and shopping. The pool is the best feature of this home. We enjoyed this pool every day we were here. Super clean and at the perfect temperature.

Mid-town quiet & relaxing poolside
Typically we stay north of town (Cave Creek area) but we were all impressed by this quiet mid-town home. Two adult daughters really enjoyed relaxing and working remotely from poolside even though temps were near 100F. Large trees surrounding the very private pool area and generous patio afforded welcome shade throughout the day.
Bedrooms and baths were very nice and clean, Plenty of room for lounging both inside and outside. Kitchen worked well for prepping meals and large dining table (6+ seating) was a real plus when local relatives stopped by for dinner one evening.
Overall a very nice, clean and accommodating home!

Guys Golf Trip
There was 4 of us, and this property was perfect size. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard in the pool and also hanging in the sitting areas where we could just relax and catch up. Would for sure stay here again.

Comfortable, convenient
Our family of four visited in mid-April and had a variety of activities in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Sedona. The neighborhood was quiet with nice sidewalks for walking the dog and the kids. Easy access to groceries, food, and shopping. We made good use of the pool and back patio daily! The host was quick to respond to questions during the booking process and while we didn't need anything at all during our stay, I believe it would have been just as easy to be in touch with her.

My adult siblings and spouses came from Ohio, Oregon and NC to meet here for a week. The house was perfect for our reunion. Very clean, well appointed and a great location.

Great Getaway in February!
We enjoyed our stay in this rental in a great location! The house has a very nice layout for 2 couples or families with kids, with separated sleeping areas and nice common areas. The big screen TVs in two rooms (not including the master bedroom) provide options for viewing while working in the kitchen or relaxing in the larger front room. Although we didn't use the fireplace, it is a nice feature.
The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. The view of the McDowell Mountain range as you walk down the street is really nice. And the heated pool is a bonus! We really enjoyed our time by the pool both during the day and evening!
Janet was available to answer any questions and pleasant to work with before, during, and after our stay.

Scottsdale getaway
My family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. Pool area is very nice, and maintained temp even in cooler winter weather. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and we had plenty of room to spread out. I do wish there were a few more bathroom towels, and one sink in the primary bathroom was slow draining. Aside from that, we were very happy with our stay and the homeowner was very responsive with any questions.

Sunny vacation
This is are second stay at the property. The last stay was the week covid started in 2020. Janet the manager was great she worked with us on a partial refund since we left early to return home.
The home is wonderful. Great layout, nice sized rooms, tall ceilings, clean, nice pool, great neighborhood and a great manager. The home will be on the top of our list next time we visit Scottsdale.

Great location: easy access to the 101, very near Desert Ridge shopping, and a quick ride to Scottsdale. Home was beautiful. Pool was a nice bonus. Completely smooth no contact check in. And a nice touch with bowl of chocolates near the front door. Will definitely stay again when visiting family.
