This was a clean and quaint walk up apartment with an amazing location. The stairs are very steep so make sure everyone is able to manage a steep stairwell. The location was within walking distance of anything you may need and the AC was cold even on muggy days. The property manager owner is also super responsive.

This is an excellent spot within a couple minutes walking distance to all that downtown offers. We literally walked everywhere all weekend including to the state park/pier. The entire process was simple and easy. The unit has all the necessities needed. Both A/C units kept it nice and cool. Our stay was quiet and comfortable. This is one of many very nice older properties located on the gorgeous streets of downtown Grand Haven and while I believe there is a law office located on the lower level we never crossed paths or had any disturbances of any type. It was also so nice to have private parking spaces in the rear of the building. Great stay and would definitely stay here again.

this was the perfect spot for me and 2 friends to enjoy a girls' weekend. we were so close and could walk to everything - the beach, downtown, the channel, the singing fountain, live music and more!! such a cute summer town!!

The apartment was actually bigger than the pictures suggested. The owner responded back quickly when I reached out.

Kitchen was missing hot pads. It would have been nice if the bathroom & bedroom doors shut all the way. Overall we enjoyed our stay...thank you!

Location is amazing and the property size if perfect for a couple. We love people watching from the front porch and being able to walk to places.

My husband and I spent the weekend here for our anniversary. It’s a good sized apartment, not fancy but clean and comfortable. Good location close to downtown. Bathroom door doesn’t really shut all the way but other than that everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay

This property has never disappointed us. You can not beat the location and anything you need is right there. Owners are also wonderful!

It was the bare minimum at the place. It could have been decorated a little nicer. Little things were missing like waste basket in the toilet area. No plug in the bathroom. Shampoo and conditioner would have been nice. Just the little things to make it feel like home. The key was not left. They came and dropped the key right away. We didn’t check the key, but when we came back it was still the wrong key. It was not a big deal, but a little money back would have been nice. The location was perfect! So it made it worth it to be there.

The space is clean and cozy- close to downtown and about a mile walk to the beach. The only thing I would recommend is mentioning that the apartment is up steep stairs which was no problem for our family, but if my parents came- they would struggle going up the stairs. I would have also have liked a toaster, but otherwise it was great.

The accommodations were good. The house had a wierd funeral home vibe, actually is a lawyers office on the 1st floor with 2 apartment style rooms on the steep, creeky steps to the 2nd floor. Its a very old house, and the renovations were obviously cosmetic to cover up issues. Worst things were no outlets in the bathroom, showerhead was about 5' from the floor, and the major issue i had was there was a deadbolt on the exterior door, but it DOESN'T actually function. Overall, the location to ALL downtown activities including the beach and lake more than overcomes the issues we had.

Great Lcation!

The property was in the Historical Downtown area and very walkable. Nice Downtown with good eating places. The listing on VRBO was accurate. It was very quiet at night and all utensils and supplies were provided. I was in Grand Haven for a specific reason and would stay there again.

This nice little apartment was just as listed. Clean and close to downtown. Only a few blocks from the musical fountain and waterfront. We enjoyed morning strolls along the water with coffee in hand. Be sure to check out the bread store and the toasted pickle!

Just some negative experience with doors to the toilet and bedroom- we couldn’t close them, was so annoying, when you had to tell everyone that you going to the restroom and it’s will be busy .

This property was perfect for the 4 of us. It had everything we needed. It’s nothing fancy but everything was in good working order and was in the perfect location. Close to everything. The owner even allowed us to store our bikes inside the entryway.

Super close (2 blocks) to all that Grand Haven, MI has to offer. Very clean and quiet building. We did not have to use our vehicle the entire time we visited, everything is that close! Our 1st time in Grand Haven and we will definitely be back.

Easy steps to renting through VRBO. Better than a Cabin or a Tent. Safe, clean, quiet location in middle of Grand Haven. Access to everywhere. Will stay here again ASAP.

It was nice being so close to town, We could walk every where, Even walk down to the water. Alan the owner was very nice & I talked to him a couple of times and he always asked if we needed anything. Our plane going home, Didn't take off until later in the evening & He let us stay longer, Because no one was coming in for a few days

Nothing fancy but clean, in a great location and priced reasonable.
