Ce condo orienté au sud est plein de fenêtres et offre beaucoup de lumière naturelle tout au long de la journée.
Ce penthouse de 1750 pieds carrés comprend 3 chambres spacieuses, une tanière avec un lit, un salon de 500 pieds carrés et trois patios. La disposition est spacieuse et parfaite, enveloppant la moitié du dernier étage du bâtiment, avec une vue à 270 degrés sur la ville, l'eau et même quelques montagnes.
La grande chambre des maîtres a une salle de bains (datée mais impeccable) avec une douche à l'italienne, un très grand lit king size, des tables de nuit avec des lampes de nuit et un grand tiroir et une armoire.
La deuxième chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size, d'une table de nuit et d'une lampe, d'un placard, d'une commode et d'une télévision avec Apple TV pour vous connecter à votre ordinateur.
La troisième chambre a un lit et un lit simple. Cette chambre est parfaite pour un enfant de tout âge (pas besoin d'apporter de livres, il y en a beaucoup ici).
Il y a aussi une deuxième salle de bain (datée mais impeccable) située au large du couloir principal.

This is a beautiful property, and the location is perfect. It is near Science World, the Village, and is 1 block from the seawall. The views from the 15th floor are amazing. Our host Eli was SO easy to get in touch with, both before and during our visit. The condo was well-furnished, with everything one could ever need. We would stay here again

Spacious penthouse property with gorgeous views of False Creek and downtown Vancouver and all of the comforts that make a home a home, including air conditioning and blackout curtains, which were a Godsend on our first couple of days there as Vancouver experienced unseasonably warm temperatures. My wife and I loved having our morning coffee on on the deck adjacent the dining room, and one evening our family of four cooked dinner with groceries purchased from Granville Market, dined on the other west-facing deck as dusk settled on the city, and played a card game as dusk gave way to night. The home is located within walking distance or a short Uber ride from many of the city’s must-see sights and award-winning restaurants. Although we found Vancouver to be safe and welcoming, the neighborhood to the immediate north of the home is one you may want to avoid, at least on foot.
I cannot say enough great things about our host, Eli. He was AWESOME! After confirming our booking, he reached out to me with a ton of helpful recommendations and suggestions for enjoying our first trip to Vancouver. During our stay, he was always a text message away, quick to respond to any questions we had, and clearly wanting to ensure we had the best possible experience in his home and city..

We were in Vancouver to celebrate our son's wedding. The space was perfect for ourselves as well as our other son and his partner. We had the groom's party over before the wedding to get dressed and the views/space were perfect for the pictures.
It is very well appointed, nothing more we could have asked for and the response to questions was very timely and helpful.

We recently celebrated a family birthday, Canada Day, and a retirement at Eli's stunning penthouse, and our three-day stay was absolutely perfect.
The apartment is spacious, filled with natural light, and beautifully decorated, exuding luxury in every detail—from state-of-the-art appliances and entertainment systems to thoughtful touches like Keurig coffee maker and Tushy bidets. We were particularly thrilled by the selection of vegan cookbooks available!
Eli proved to be an exceptional host. He personally welcomed us, providing a detailed tour and useful tips such as parking advice. Throughout our stay, he reached out via text to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.

This is all-aound the best property we've ever rented. Loaded kitchen, fantastic views from the decks of 270 degrees. Two west-facing decks offer an unobstructed view of the English Bay inlet. Two east-facing decks offer an unobstructed view toward the city. Windows galore. Metro, trains, a great park, biking and walking trails around the water--all within a block of this penthouse. Wonderful week for our family of 5. Thank you, Eli!

Property is very nice. Spacious and everything works. The lanais had awesome views as did the dining room. The host and his assistant were first class and very welcoming. The location is good and there is easy access to public transportation. The area can get a bit noisy at night with sirens. The area does have some sketchy characters hanging around but we were never bothered by anyone or felt threatened. Overall great place to stay.

My family loved using this condo to relax after long days of touristing in Vancouver. The condo was clean, bright and airy. We loved the balconies and the room to spread out at the end of the day. Our children loved the toys and arts and crafts supplies. Eli was a wonderful and welcoming host. The building was centrally located and very close to a Sky Train stop. It is kind of between neighborhoods, but it was very easy to visit all of the sites around town. The neighborhood seems to be in transition as the city is making improvements.

Our family of 5 (3 late teen / early 20s boys) had a wonderful stay in this brilliant apartment in Vancouver. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped (including the all important air conditioning), beautifully designed and furnished and with amazing views over most of Vancouver. Very well located for exploring the city either on foot, by boat or sky train. But just as important as this was the great communication and flexibility of the hosts who were helpful, flexible, responded quickly and helped us with the issues arising from having to defer the trip due to Covid - they really went above and beyond and it was much appreciated. Definitely a trip worth waiting for.

This condo was well represented by the listing. It has beautiful views , comfortable beds lots of space and a fully equipped kitchen. 5 of us stayed there very comfortably. The outside seating is lovely. The owner was very responsive. Highly recommend staying here. Close to trains walking biking etc

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Flight was delayed and we had regular communication with the host (albeit flight was delayed by 6 hours). We arrived very late but host was available for assistance and support.
Location of property was fantastic - local and very accessible for various landmark experience.

Fabulous host and property!
We just came back from our trip to Vancouver dropping of our daughter to university. Eli was a wonderful host, from beginning to end. Easy to communicate with and made our check in and check out stress free. Thank you Dave for giving us the tour and for the nice coffee and wine left for us.
It was the perfect environment for our two teenagers, everybody had their own space yet cozy enough for us to stay close to our daughter who was leaving us a few days later.
The condo was located on the top floor of the building with incredible views all around. We enjoyed the large terrasse every night which gave us beautiful family times while drinking our wine or early morning coffee.
The condo was very clean and welcoming with no clutter what so ever and made us feel at home. The living room was spectacular with all the big windows offering views of the water and a skyline and the sofas were very comfortable for the family to watch a movie after a long day.
We enjoyed walking to athlete village and found a nice liquor store and fabulous pastry shop for our breakfast. My son enjoyed running along side the water and managed to do his 10-12km day run.
Easy drive to downtown, Yaletown and Granville
We are so grateful to Eli for helping us send our daughter to university. Forever grateful for a beautiful send off!

Amazing city condo
The decks are fantastic for morning coffee and evening dinners, while enjoying the view of the cityscape and boats in False Creek. The kitchen is well stocked, and a good grocery store is a short walk away if you prefer to dine in. A lot of good restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive away. The condo was immaculate, and the hosts friendly and responsive. Without question a great place to stay.

We loved the spaciousness, terraces, views and location. Plenty of bedrooms, maybe a little tight for 3 couples. Television is tricky as is getting in and out of garage. Kitchen is extremely well equipped if you like to eat in.

Short visit to Vancouver
The property was beautiful. Very comfortable. We had a baby with us and it was easy to manage with her. The only draw back to location was how far it was to grocery store but views more than made up for it

Fabulous apartment
Overall we loved the apartment and our stay there. It was very spacious and very well equipped. Then beds were very comfortable and it was nice to receive contact with owners who were very attentive. The building was very secure and the views are spectacular. Access to the gym was an added bonus. We were really near to train and buses so travel around was really easy. The only issues were the lack of curtains made it difficult to sleep as the rooms were very bright and sunny from early in the morning. It was a particularly hot few days and AC would have been great to have. A book with some further information about local amenities such as supermarkets etc would be handy to have as we found it difficult to find supplies easily.

Great views, great location and great hosts!
This apartment was perfect for our first visit to Vancouver. The balconies were incredible at night with picturesque views of False Creek. It’s located a few easy blocks from the Aquabus, a great kids park, a Skyline station, the Science Center and the Olympic Village area. Our kids had access to tons of toys in the apartment which worked out well for down times. There was reserved parking in the building so renting a car (Hertz at the train station across the street in the Pacific Train Station) for a few days was an easy choice. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to others. You will never forget staying there!
