Being in downtown , clean , nice customer service , having someone at the reception talking my mother tongue , no disturbance

Not having hair dryer in room, not putting enough tea bags and other amenities for 3 people, no especial welcoming to kids, and wrongly charging us for car park ( we didn’t have a car). However, later they corrected it.

Lunch was fantastic!! Very tasty menu and wonderful staff. Our bellboy was wonderful. His name has slipped my mind but worked day shift both on our arrival on Monday and again today September 6th.

The only suggestion I have is that a mirror could (should) be installed in hallway that lights up for makeup/hair/outfit. When room is booked for 4 females it is very difficult to all get ready with mirrors only in bathroom and behind bathroom door. Not enough space for 4 in bathroom.

rooms are a bit run down as is most of the hotel, elevators were slow and smelled like spilled beer. I've paid much less for much nicer hotels.

Location is great central to most eateries and shops. As individuals, you might have some staff that are helpful snd go an extra mile to insure your comfort. The room was large.

Housekeeping was sloppy and scheduling it horrendous. At times the room was inconsistently cleaned, some folded the fold out bedlinen, others didnt. The bathroom sink ran onto the counters leaving them with pooled water. Housekeeping never cleaned the sunk tops because the water always remained with my cosmetics wet. I had to ask for a new box of tissue, I finally purchased my own in the supermarket next door. Hendricks food was redundant and tasted blah. It was better eating out. Only 2 elevators for 31 floors. Being able to go downstairs around check out time was the longest wait ever.

Excellent location for tourists, nice breakfast. Very friendly personnel, namely Rodgers was extremely helpful. Really nothing to complain about.

The location can’t be beat. Comfortable bed. Nice soaker tub. Rooftop pool (didn’t use it but I could see it from my window and it looked pretty great). Yummy complimentary juice in the lobby was a nice perk.

Vancouver is just so ridiculously expensive, but that’s not really the hotel’s fault.

Location was perfect for Orpheum Theatre access.

Gym was a bit lacking but just opened up. Needs better attachments to the lifefitness cable machine and nothing for Leg work.

The team allowed us to check in early after our long flight. The bed was so comfortable, the gym and pool were great, location was amazing, room was so good with blockout curtains & perfect air conditioning.

The breakfast was expensive for a very average buffet.
