the breakfast had a lot of options and was very delicious. The rooms where great and the beds very comfortable.

A simple salad for in the afternoon was a bit expensive, as was a glass of wine in the evening.

It was in a great location. Near park and restaurants.

The walls are paper thin. You hear everyone’s conversation. They should give ear plugs. Also the door to the toilet n shower slide but the bottom of the door bangs. The bottom of the doors should be hinged too. The banging was so loud you could hear when other rooms used washrooms.

The location makes this wonderfully walkable

The pools are small, the hallway decor is unsightly-no carpet.tile coordination

Insgesamt sehr frequentiertes Hotel, in der Lobby daher oftmals eher unruhig.

Extraordinary view and room. Best pillow I have ever slept on. Perfect location - walks through Stanley Park, the Sea Wall and over to Granville Island. Close to fabulous restaurants. Will be back!!!

Disappointed that the pool was not heated high enough to swim in it during cooler temperatures and the sauna was the same.

一点小小的建议如果室内泳池的水更洁净一些会更好

房間大 還有陽台可以開起來觀察周邊的風景 挺好 飯店有很多公共設施可以用SPA Bar等等 電梯間很多人穿著浴袍走來走去 大概是一樓有游泳池的關係 小朋友蠻多的 要注意魔法攻擊 其他都還好

The indoor pool and hot tub seemed a bit dirty.

I really like the location of the hotel, the views, hot tub.

We paid for a Deluxe Guest Room with the Harbor & Mountain View, and they definitely put us in a less expensive Premium King Room with Marina and City View first (I can compare the photos on booking and their website). When we asked for clarification at the front desk, we were told the level of the room we got was the same we paid for and offered as an option to wait 2 nights until another building with a better views opened. In 2 days, our new room in the tall building was exactly what we paid for, though still feel that we were slightly cheated first. Also, the outdoor pool was closed throughout our stay due to the cold weather. That was unfortunate. And the heater in the room did not do a good job of heating the room, so we got a little cold.

Key cards stopped working mid trip. Had to go to front desk to get new ones

Geoffrey at front desk was incredibly helpful getting us breakfast to the room in 10 mins while the buffet restaurant had a 1 hour wait. Way to go Geoffrey at front desk!!

1 hour wait for buffet breakfast due to shortage of staff to wait tables at 10 am Friday Dec 29th — switched to room service after discussing with front desk Geoffrey who cared for us directly in 10 mins !!

Room itself was not ok. Sheet with stain and not working telephone. Not all the lights where working. Looked that they had single glass? So it got damped in the morning. The coffee bar in the hotel was great but service tot that great. Stressful and rude waiters. Hotel staff was ok.. but I stayed also in a other hotel during my stay. There the service was better. I found it here impersonal. Just put a very good doorman I’m place. One that make you feel at home. Here it felt Inpersonal. They did gave us a other room and where flexible regarding to breakfast. Due to medical reasons we couldn’t come down to have breakfast.

the hotel is beautiful and we had a harbour view which was great. The staff were exceptional. Great pet friendly hotel!

They could have hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels etc.
