Cette charmante unité en bord de mer est juste en face de l'océan! Il y a 5 unités dans le complexe, et elles partagent toutes un patio, une terrasse et une plage semi-privée. Chacune des unités a une cuisine complète avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine et ustensiles, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et cuisinière. Ils ont également une connexion Wi-Fi, une télévision et un lecteur DVD. Il y a aussi une laverie commune payante. Après un bain de soleil au soleil toute la journée, vous pouvez monter votre unité de climatisation murale qui est disponible dans cette propriété spécifique.

We stayed in Unit 1 it was great. Everything there you needed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great view of the ocean and watching the morning surfers. I’m a beach walker so was disappointed that couldn’t walk the beach, water was always right up to rocks. Great place we hope to return some day. Parking on the street was never a problem.

The place is a perfect little rental right on the ocean. We spent 8 nights in it for our 35th anniversary and perfect. It was great having our own area to hang out all day. The sound of the waves and cool ocean air were amazing. We had a couple of maintenance issues and Beachfront took care of the issues immediately. I highly recommend staying in this cottage.

We stayed in a middle unit a few years ago and decided to take a last minute trip here to see family. We moved from carlsbad to AZ so we love this location and to be on the sand and view the water is heaven. When you have lived near the ocean, you do understand what the salt air does to property so just understand the property is not rusty, it's just been kissed by the ocean air.

Finding somewhere right on the beach is gold dust! Remember nothing is perfect, the air con unit is in the main room and the bedroom doesn't cool down enough. However, the management company are super nice, the location is to die for and I would go back again in a heartbeat.

I really enjoyed this cozy oceanfront rental during the weekday offseason. There was plenty of street parking. The location is far enough away from the noisy strand/pier, but still close enough to ride your bike or walk to. Can't get any closer the ocean! In that area, it's very important to have a private beach area because they have a lot of high tide days when you can't walk on the beach. This unit had it's own generous beach area, where the other units have to share a smaller area. The rental had everything I needed. It was clean. Beachfront Only communicated very well & even offer a texting feature for assistance during your stay. I would rent this affordable location again. My family stopped by one day and loved it as well.

October 2021 Stay
The interior was very clean, we had a great time would definitely come back. The only issue was the private beach area. Someone left a shoe and two piles of dog crap I had to clean up the first night. The cleaning crew should pay attention to it, and a quick 5 minute rake of the sand would look a lot nicer. The propane fire pit knob doesn’t work, the only way it works is by turning the propane tank valve on and off.

When I originally booked my reservations on 8/17/2021 it was for the location P807-1 Oceanside St. (Res Conf #RES-50520).The office called me a day later and said the reservation for this location would be under construction from the owners of the property at the time of our stay. So, we would like to upgrade you into 1615-1 Oceanside Street. At that time, they asked me to pull up the attachment to see it, said it will be no extra charge, and the price would be the same as my original reservation. At the time of our arrival, which was the evening around 6PM on 9/23/21, we were extremely disappointed. The advertisement showing the rooms you have online is nothing like the place we were upgraded to. I would hate to see the original place I was going to stay in if this was an upgrade. The upgraded place in the advertisement was very colorful and looked modern and newly furnished. We were pleased that everything was clean and in order though in the upgrade. The smell and the appearance went hand and hand; old and used. Our neighbors at the condo expressed their disappointment in their accommodations as well and they asked us if we were misled by advertisement because it's not what you think you’re getting. Here’s what we experienced insteadA. The shower should have had a better shower curtain that wasn’t flapping and spraying water over the entire bathroom floor. I did mention this situation in the text I sent you. I also I texted you several times on different matters. I thought I was keeping an open communication. But I didn't get a reply on the curtain situation.B. Our bed was as hard as a rock. Our bodies were sore each day sleeping in it. Not acceptable at all and they need to dispose that bed.

We understand that was outside of their control but they could have cleaned it up before we arrived. Also there is absolutely NO SAND, just rocks and cobblestone by the beach access. Literally, a complete opposite of the pictures they posted. When I complained they said I didn’t read the fine print. To my understanding, due to climate change, there is never sand down by that beach at that location anymore. They really need to update their pictures. Other than that it was nice and my kids had fun despite not being able to play beach front like we originally hoped.

The ability to cook (haha as if, it’s vacation!) and stock the refrigerator was great. We also thought it had everything we needed; location, YouTube tv & WiFi.
It is right on the beach. There is a shared beachy/sand yard and also a private one. Though small it is, the real beach lies just beyond it. The amount of beach depends on the tides but the crashing wave are nice to experience at night. The only thing I can think of that was needed was ceiling fans and a upgrade on the bed mattress.

Weekend Staycation
We are Oceanside locals and decided to do a staycation. This property is great and well equipped. We were happy with the location and had plenty of room on the property to spread out. Our 4 yr old was happy to be able to play in the sand in front of our unit. (#1) We are familiar with the location of this property and were aware of the beach access during high tide. We utilized the tide chart and planned our beach time during low tide. If you are looking for a property that has 24/7 beach access, you'll want to head north towards the pier or farther down south. We had a great stay and would recommend this location to our friends. The views are beautiful and the unit was very clean.

For what we imagined, our family was a little disappointed. We thought we could walk down to the water from our house and play on the beach, but that wasn’t possible. The tide was extremely high and there were huge rocks blocking access to play in the water. We ended up driving about 7 minutes down the rode where we were actually able to play in the water and enjoy the beach. Although, the view was amazing, it just wasn’t what we were picturing. Overall, the house was great! Plenty of room, comfy bed. The kitchen was equipped with everything you can think of! We had a couple cleanly issues. There was a used condom under the bed, which luckily our toddler didn’t find. Also, as we were doing the laundry, we noticed a pretty big mouse running along the stairs. Management assured they would take care of that. I’m not sure we would stay at this location again. We still enjoyed our vacation!

Beautiful oven view
The checkin/checkout process was super easy. Communication with the property manger was easy. Cleanliness of the place was great. Was exactly what the pictures and description said. Beautiful views. Damaged property was reported and fixed within hours. Definitely will rebook this place. Would highly recommend it. Went during the week and was not crowded at all. So we got to enjoy.

Our stay was overall good. Cleanliness could have been better.
When I booked the property it looked liked you could go out to the beach from the condo, but you couldn’t. There was no beach there to walk on it was just cliffs and rocks.
Neighbors were a all night party fest for 2 days straight with loud music until after 7 am, drinking and loud noises.

Great place unit 1. The only thing I would add is a mop and vacuum. There was a broom but for as much sand that comes in I wanted to clean the floor constantly and the broom wasn’t good enough. Also the washer machine was hard accessing the soap. It needs to be put further back. Other than that our stay was amazing

Very private right on the beach! My family absolutely loved this place! We will definitely be back. Having out own little private beach was absolutely amazing! We highly recommend this place

What an adorable place. So close to the ocean yet so far away from all of the crowds. There isn't much of a beach to walk on but that was OK for us because it meant privacy. We brought our dog and he loved having his own private beach patio. The inside was so cute and comfortable. Loved having a kitchen with all of the things we needed so we didn't have to eat out every night. Also, the windows...wow, when closed you could hardly hear anything outside. We will definitely be coming back.
