Die Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet mit allem was man brauchte. Wir müssen nur beim nächsten Mal mit angeben das wir eine größere Dusche benötigen. Wir hatten das Zimmer Zirkelstein gebucht. Leider ist uns nicht aufgefallen das die Dusche so eng und klein ist für meinen Mann. Er ist fast 2 Meter groß, da wird das Duschen dann etwas angestrengter. Für „ normal“ große Leute Psst es gut.

Alles war gut.

Ruhige Lage. Schöne Landschaftsbilder an der Wand. Gutes Recyclingsystem

Die Außentreppe zum Gebäude (36 Stufen) ist komplett unbeleuchtet. Bei Dunkelheit (zumal mit Gepäck) nicht ungefährlich. Der Tresor mit dem Hausschlüssel lag im Schatten und funktionierte noch analog. Es war ein Gefummel und ging nur zu zweit (Klappe aufhalten und Smartphonelicht nutzen und Zahlen einstellen geht nicht alleine) Persönlichen Kontakt gab es nicht; nur 2 Emails im Vorfeld, die auch vom Bot hätten kommen können. Das Badfenster war bei Ankunft gekippt, deshalb war das Bad ausgekühlt; die schwache Heizung sorgte erst am nächsten Morgen für akzeptable Temperatur. Renovierung und Einbau erfolgten vermutlich in Eigenleistung. 2 Küchenschubladen waren schlecht eingestellt und nur gemeinsam zu öffnen. Einzelne Teile der Sockelleisten waren teilweise überhaupt nicht befestigt. Die Bodenleiste zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer war teils abgesplittert und lose. Die Matratzen war dünn und durchgelegen. Wir haben sie ausgetauscht gegen die aus dem Kinderzimmer.

The bathroom had a terrible terrible smell all the time. Was it clean? Yes. Did it smell terribly which spread in the entire apartment for each minute we stayed? YES

Apartmenthaus Luise is lovely - spacious, clean and very comfortable with a nice view from the balcony (see the forest and tram photo) - which is perfect for breakfast. Easy to get to some amazing Saxon Switzerland walks and views.

Nothing particular, everything was great. (There are fairly steep steps outside. There are good rails but it's worth being aware in case of access needs, heavy luggage etc)

That it was very quiet

The apartment is in perfect location. Close to the city centre still in a peaceful and quiet surroundings. It is clean, well maintained and minimalistic but at the same time has everything that you need. Balcony was a bonus, we enjoyed our morning breakfast and dinner there. Definitely recommend it.

Noise from the bed

The facility is located in a spa town, close to the center, near bicycle paths. Possibility to store bicycles. Convenient parking available. Quiet neighborhood.

It is a quiet place with a bus and a tram stop to the national park just in a two-minute walk distance. Although, the weather was hot (27+ C), the temperature inside the attic apartment was reasonable, so we didn’t have to use the air conditioning. The recycling bins in a front of the house were super cool. 😊

The ceiling in the half of the attic apartment was too low, it was a little bit stressful to keep it on the mind. We found a hair on the sheets, although the rest of the apartment was super tidy and clean. We would appreciate a broom with a shovel (or maybe we just didn’t find it😊). Maybe, a dish washer would be nice and help to save space on the kitchen desk. When the dish drainer was on it, it left too little space for cooking.
