From walking in to condo, it immediately smelled so clean. As we walked around looking at everything it is a super cute two bedroom two bathroom pet friendly condo. We loved everything about it. The pool was very nice and relaxing. It was a decent size so you don't feel like you're right on top of other people..Especially since it was double red flags the whole week except for the last day to get in at the beach. The 2nd bedroom didn't have a TV in it, the other couple mentioned would have been nice to have one in there.. Overall we Loved it!!

Location is very convenient to most attractions.
It was annoying having a family of wrestlers in the condo above us. If not for that it was a great stay. Kitchen had some miscellaneous utensils, no potholders, and had blender but no blade, so if you’re going to do a good deal of cooking you may want to bring what you need. If you’re going to use the pullout couch bed I would suggest bringing an air mattress.

The condo is in a quiet safe area. Good for walking dogs. It is located close to shopping for groceries or anything you could want. The downtown area is historic and quaint.

The condo neighborhood and neighbors are very friendly and nice. The condo is located very close to the shopping center and to Walmart, Publix and Aldi.
The condo was clean and comfortable. I really liked the layout of the condo (I would love to own one) and was perfect for our needs for travel baseball.
Nick was very nice and responsive. He let me know of a small mishap before I got to the area and stayed in contact with me till things were resolved and we had a nice time during our week stay.
Nick’s place is dog friendly and right by the dog walking area so you don’t need to go too far.

This well-kept, first-floor condo was in a quiet, secluded development. I was in the area for a week for some advanced flight training, so I needed a place to study and relax without the beachfront prices. The location was close to everything we needed, set back from Highway 59 (McKenzie Street), the main road through Foley. Gulf Shores and Orange Beach were only a short drive away with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and access to the beach. It was also near, but not too close to the small municipal airport where I was flying out of most days and right up the road from Jack Edwards Field at Gulf Shores.

The property was as pictured. It met our needs. Suggest sharper kitchen knives and an additional soft seating in family room. But we made it work just a little uncomfortable. Price was a good value. Bathrooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Thank you

Met our needs! We needed a place to stay with our dogs, while we finished our townhouse renovation. I appreciated the little extras - spices in the cupboards, laundry detergent, paper plates. The owner sent multiple emails prior to our arrival, just reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed, and provided his contact info in case something arose. Nothing arose. It all worked out great. Thank you!

Condo was very clean and very tastefully and comfortably decorated and furnished. Size and layout were perfect for our needs. Owner was very attentive to questions prior to arrival as well as when we asked him something soon after arrival. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Nick was super helpful and let us book right away and saved the week for us. This condo is beautiful and super homey and cozy. We felt right at home and the location is prime! Very very close to tanger outlets, OWA, Lambert's, Walmart and so many more places. We enjoyed our trip so much and are so blessed for Nick allowing us to come and enjoy his property! Nice place with a great location for what we needed. Lots of restaurants close and a Walmart very close. Beds were comfortable, very clean, had everything we needed. Nick answered my call and text quickly. Only complain was needed either a bigger trash can or leave a few garbage bags for the guest. Overall we would stay again.
