Charmante maison construite dans les années 1930 située dans le quartier historique de Wilson Park. Il s’agit d’un emplacement idéal, facilement accessible à pied de l’Université de l’Arkansas, de Dickson Street, du Walton Arts Center et de Wilson Park, ainsi que du sentier NW Arkansas Greenway, idéal pour faire du vélo, de la course à pied ou à pied.
Les invités profitent du breezeway pour prendre un café le matin, se rafraîchir l’après-midi ou se retrouver entre amis pour un bonnet de nuit. Le balcon de la suite principale à l’étage est un endroit très calme dans les arbres pour commencer votre journée ou vous détendre en écoutant les cloches du Vieux Main.

The house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay tremendously! Everything we needed was available. The location was perfect and was easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again! It gets an A+ from us!

This house was full of unique touches. In fact, the entire upstairs was totally unique and wonderful! I really appreciated the Christmas tree and fireplace! The location was perfect. I highly recommend it.

Perfect stay!
My bridesmaids, their partners, and I stayed here for my wedding weekend and it was fantastic! It was a beautiful home with plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable and spend time together. It was the perfect location, close to everything that was going on throughout the weekend and an easy walk away from campus and downtown. Marion was a wonderful host, she made sure we were comfortable, and went out of her way to help us recover some personal items that we left behind. All around an amazing experience and place to stay!

We truly enjoyed our weekend visit with our daughter and loved the Cottage. It was very clean, had plenty of space and has a great location. The park and trails they have in Fayetteville are just a minute away. Thanks for sharing your Cottage with us.

Razorback Greenway bike ride
We came to Arkansas to ride the Razorback Greenway to celebrate my husbands birthday. The house was adorable and so close to everything! We literally walked to dinner and then rode straight to the trail. The house was perfect for the 8 of us and we loved sitting out at night in the breezeway and visiting. Marion was very helpful with food options and was extremely hospitable. Highly recommend this adorable home!

Marion was so great to promptly answer questions I had and a superb hostess! House is so quaint and she has the cutest decorations! All amenities (kitchen, bath, General household) were at our fingertips.
House is in a great location if you plan on visiting the campus. Easy walk to the football stadium and Bud Walton Arena. If our daughter commits to UofA, we will definitely be frequent renters!

Originally from NWA, this was the perfect setting to meet up with our children For a family Christmas. The location was perfect, especially being close to the park and the square at Christmas. Our hosts were wonderful, with so many personal added touches to create a warm, inviting lovely home for our Christmas reunion. Highly recommend this place if you are traveling to NWA.

Property was perfect for our stay. Marion provided a warm welcome with a congratulatory note and a bottle of wine for my daughter on her upcoming graduation. Check in and check out were flawless. Her home accommodated our party of nine. I definitely recommend her property.

Great for 3 generations of Razorbacks
We had a family gathering of three generations of University of Arkansas Razorbacks, including one of our grandchildren who is currently enrolled at the university . The house was perfect for us. The owner was very good at communicating and asking if we had questions or needed anything. The facility met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect and close to campus. We walked the campus to the football game and back with no difficulty. Highly recommended.
