Location, it was in a quiet area. Room was clean and comfortable.
There was a lot of trash laying around outside. Pool/outdoor area needed attention the entire stay and was small. Hotel charged me even after I pre-paid through booking.com (double charged). I had to call back several times to get it resolved and took upwards of a month to remedy.

Love the restroom with spacious shower and appropriately placed grab bars, wall mounted dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash inside shower stall, large vanity counter with free Kleenex and hand lotion.

I checked out and forgot my favorite throw blanket on the bed. When loading bags into my vehicle I noticed it was missing. At that time, the cleaning lady appeared and handed my husband the throw. I was so grateful and appreciative to know there are still honest and thoughtful people in this world. I wish I had gotten her name.

Fresh, crisp bedding and comfy mattress. Overall cleanliness of entire building.
Easy check-in with friendly staff. As seniors, I’m happy she put us on the top floor with quiet surroundings.
The shower curtain was too short which I didn’t notice until finished showering. Consequently water dripped onto the floor causing a puddle. It took two towels to soak it up.
No recumbent bike in the exercise room.
