Very good front desk and breakfast help (Ernest). Breakfast was better than other motel breakfasts, with corn taquitos or "tornados" & salsa. And they offer at least one regular (not sugar-ladened) cereal: Cheerios! (Bran Flakes would be good option, too! Area is quiet in general. Awoke to the Mockingbird. I didn't like having to carry our heavy bags up and down the stairs. The newly-renovated room APPEARED elegant enough. Th AC worked well for the front seating area, while the back bed area stayed stuffy, even with the bathroom fan on to try and move air through. The king bed was comfortable, but the fluffy-LOOKING bed pillows "deflated" to nearly nothing when we sat up against them or slept. The kitchenette's stove-top appeared so fancy, but neither of us could figure out how to turn it on if we had to! (And we have our own fancy stovetop). But no worries because there were NO COOKING PANS, utensils, or dishes of any kind. What a sham, a PRETENSE of Helpfulness! But yes, the large fridge (and having a microwave) was appreciated. No outlet in the dark toilet/shower room for my nightlight (we hate turning on the bright room light just to go at night. But that's exactly why we each carry an extension cord.)

I really like how they text you and let you know that room has been cleaned and ready when you get there. The staff was really friendly. I just wish they had a better selection of breakfast but what we ate was good.

The receptionist was very sweet and the room was beautiful with a kitchenette. 10/10 highly recommend.

Good staff

It seemed like it may not have been in the best neighborhood. Not being from Louisiana its hard to know the areas when making reservations. It was conveniently located & very clean.

My stay at BW Laplace Inn was amazing. Rooms are nice and the bed was comfortable. I wanted to get in the pool but it was a little to cool outside. I definitely will be staying again.

The hotel was newly renovated. Stayed 4 nights in the king room with kitchenette. The room was spacious and had new appliances (microwave, full size refrigerator, electric stove top). All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for food and activities. Continental breakfast was fresh and hot every day and included a waffle maker, toast, muffins, eggs, bacon/sausage, yogurt, fruit, milk, juice bar, and coffee/tea.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, hot breakfast. The bad part is they don't promptly refund your deposit. It's been 22 days since checking out and I haven't received my deposit, ridiculous!

Uncomfortable bed, noise all time of the night, loud music, people standing in front of your door talking loud not respecting the fact you are sleeping

This hotel was a nice clean hotel. Looks like they remodeled the property extensively (new beds/new pillows/ new showers/ toilets/ fridge). Hotel was perfect. We stayed here 3 nights. I would recommend this hotel however the only thing I did not like was the hotel put a 100$ hold on my debit card. Upon checkout, my card has a pending charge of 240$. I already paid Expedia in advance for my 3 night stay!!!! Oh god I'm scared as hell that I've been double charged. But I wanted to let yall know the actual hotel was very nice just beware about the hold situation.

The hotel was very accommodating kudos to staff and cleanliness will definitely stay again and recommend to friends! 2 thumbs up for Adrian and Ernest!

They stay was better than expected and peaceful. Price point was a little off versus driving 10 mins more to next available occupancy.

New building. Stovetop and full refrigerator. Best breakfast out of 6 hotels we stayed in this summer.

The rooms were awesome and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. The onky things the rooms didnt have was an iron but for everything offered that wasn't a problem. Ms. Adrienne (forgive me if spelling is wrong) and Earnest are top notch and I hope they know how pleased we all were.

Everything about this hotel was awesome!!

The pictures on Google does this place no justice. The staff was very friendly upon my arrival. The room was better than I expected. I got the King suite..I love everything about it. It has two televisions in case you have kids and don’t want to watch what they are watching. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good as well

I was very impressed with this hotel. It looks like a new hotel. The rooms were so clean. They don't have elevators, but that's the only thing I would add.

Just refurbished and awesome staff

The property was closed for remodeling. Parking lot was empty and all buildings were empty. Yet they still accepted my reservation.

Hotel was completely closed. We need a refund.

Got to the property to check in and they’d been closed for a while for refurbishment. Had no problem taking my money for the booking though
