Wiffi did not work, but overall stay was fine

The room was clean. The bathroom and linens were clean. The bed, not so comfortable, but passable. There was a kitchenette, but no dishes or utensils whatsoever. So keep that in mind when you see there is a kitchenette. There is a train nearby. The parking lot felt safe enough. I would stay there again if I had to work in the area again and couldn't get a place closer.

The place was not very clean. They had bugs in the bath tub. Roaches in the room. Filthy place. Worst stay ever.

We arrived early after a 14 hour drive and both of us were extremely tired. When I'd asked the man at the desk (of foreign decent) if it was possible for early check in with reservation and fully paid room all he could tell me was no, 3-o clock. Then once we slept in the parking lot until check in time and got to our room there was no sign that the room had been cleaned. To explain, there was a half burnt cigarette laying beside the bed. The toilet was broken (wouldn't flush without a new part) the vent for the bathroom was hanging by the remaining 2 wires. There was drug remenance left on the night stand. I was very dis satisfied when we decided to leave a day early and the man refused to refund us for our last day. Even tho we were well prepared to leave before designated check out time (10:30) we were ready to leave at 9am!!! Very terrible service and not even worth the cheaply priced room . I hope this helps other people to not have as terrible of a stay as me and my family had

The curtains hung over the air conditioner which made it difficult for it to cool the room.

My first stay wasnt bad. Had to be in town for two days. As a result I decided to book the room for my 3 week job I would be starting the following week. I was quoted $350/week for a 2 bed room. The day I arrived, I paid for the 1st week, was informed next week my rate is going to $420/week. I work 12 hr shifts at night. Sleep during the day. Continplating on weather or not to stay here. Its not that nice a place.

After taking 9 hrs to get to your motel, the first room was dirty, worn and no workable outlets. The second room had a table but no chair to do internet work. no requested coffee pot, no shampoo in either room. He sent us his view and I had to cancel and book him into another hotel, Days Inn. Unpleasant staff. Place is very dirty.

Horrible, no iron, no iron board, no towel delivery and room is overpriced. No customer service and check out is early at 10:30 am.

Very bad. Started to say nothing, but thought the public deserved to know. Bottom of the barrel. They said be out by 10:30am. We were gone by 6:30.

Pros: Staff was very friendly, clean bathroom, good air conditioning, cable TV, clean beds. Cons: carpet was old and stained, needs better locks, lack of toiletries Location: LaPlace, LA. Drive is abou 20 minutes to New Orleans. Motel is evidently very old but has some renovations. Nothing fancy but comfortable.

the hotel needs alot work outside but very clean room and most of all close to rent a car just 15 min.

Alhtough the staff was very nice, this motel is VERY OLD. Security is non-existent. There was only the toggle lock on my doorknob and you could see light through my door. There was no chain or deadbolt. I ended up propping my suitcase against the door for safety. Everything is old and out of date. Countertop surfaces are peeling away, carpet very old and worn, curtains & bedspreads very old and worn, just over all OLD. And price for the night was not in line for what the room/motel offered. Only reason I stayed here is because a client inadvertently scheduled a meeting the same time the BCS Bowl ended up being set in New Orleans - it was the only thing close that was available. Nice TV.
