The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful and nice, and the everything is clean. They were very accommodating. My only critique is that it can get pretty hot. They had a fan that didn't work and the AC isn't always the best. Wifi was great and the washer/dryer are amazing! We would stay here again!

We were gone most days till late in the evening, so not a big deal for us. We also had to extend by a night and it was not a problem. I liked that we were checked on when we arrived and again the next day to make sure we were satisfied with everything! Great place. We will be back...

Surprisingly, it has a great front lawn! But FYI, there apparently is another dog on property, as there were several uncleaned poops. Just wanted to let you know it wasnt my dog! I also walked my dog everyday & felt safe in neighborgood. Property was in excellent condition, nicely decorated, clean & well-stocked with necessities. Did not need to contact management. We did have a problem with the futon, as we never have operated one, but ran into a team member restocking supplies, & she gave us some hints. Definitely would recommend this property. It was close to a good friend, which is why we originally chose it. We previously had stayed in a hotel in Monrovia, but for us, this was a much better location & definitely more comfortable than a hotel. Will be staying again our next visit.

A phone call and someone showed up within the hour to take care of our problem.My only concern was the additional fees that aren't optional (Damage Protection and cleaning fee). If they aren't optional they should be just figured in to the daily rate.This isn't really related to the unit but the practice of the management company.Overall would recommend and stay again.

Everything that you could think of that you may need was available. Everything was very clean and easily accessible. If I ever come back to California, this will definitely be my go to place. for a few side comments though, I do recommend maybe an extra roll of toilet paper. The directions as to where the patio light weren't all that clear to me or my family. Also, maybe keep the laundry detergent inside under the sink... the bottle looked a little dirty when kept outside. however, those few things are very small details and aren't crucial. Nor did they take away from the stay in this wonderful home.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a comfortable home, albeit small, simply furnished and a little quaint.The entry code sent to us 3 days prior was duly amended, at our request, due to our safety concerns. Perhaps an alternative method of sending the code, without the FULL address of the unit in the same e-mail could be done for future clients. Kathleen, very kindly, contacted my mother-in-law's cell phone, while we were in the car en-route to the unit with the new code. We appreciated this.At the start of our 3 week stay, we encountered problems with the clothes washer and the response was very quick. When it was determined that the washer's control panel was not working properly, a brand new replacement was made within 48 hours. I could not find fault with this! Delighted I had a brand new washer for my 3-week stay!We had drainage problems in the kitchen sink and dishwasher towards the end of our stay. This was taken care of within the day! Super impressed that Kathleen had the resources to call upon at her finger-tips (it was after 5:00pm that day too).Possible improvements: cleaner windows, AC in living room (AC was only in the bedroom and window type unit so very noisy), cleaner patio areas, hand held shower head, more towel racks in the bathroom.

You will not be disappointed with this rental! I rent with VRBO all over the Country, several times a year and this bungalow is Top Notch. It is nicely renovated, very clean and equipped with everything you will need. It is also in a quiet & safe neighborhood. A very nice touch was the welcome basket filled with goodies and a bottle of wine. The futon in the living room is as comfortable as a bed, which is rare for futons. I visited Pasadena for my Mentee's graduation from Caltech. The bungalow is only 2.4 miles from campus, making the commute easy. Kathleen was wonderful! Often times, with rentals, you can not get ahold of the owner/manager so it was very nice that Kathleen always answered the phone. I highly recommend Deodora!

I visit Pasadena often and have stayed in various hotels around town, but never feel they deliver service to match the charges involved. So I was more than satisfied to have had use of this lovely two-room semi-detached bungalow in a small complex in a quiet quarter just a few blocks away from the many attractions of Old Town. The property was clean and the kitchen well-equipped for the kind of modest food preparation (breakfast and snacks) we do on short trips. Although there are lively families in the neighborhood, everyone seems to respect an undeclared bedtime curfew, which was a blessing for us, as we were exhausted from busy days out. I would recommend this property, highly, and will want to return to it the next time I head out that way.

My husband and I spent a week in the bungalow. When we arrived we were very pleased to see that the pictures of the space and furniture were completely accurate. The bungalow was very well equipped, and everything was in good condition. The welcome basket was a nice touch. We did not have any problems, but did have a few questions. Kathleen answered all questions very promptly. The location is very convenient. We walked to downtown Pasadena a couple of times, about a half hour walk, and seemed to be about 10-15 minutes by car from most places we wanted to go. We would certainly rent from Rosebowl Vacation Rentals again. Both Kathleen and Helena made everything pleasant and easy.

We really enjoyed the Deodora. It was in a very convenient location for us and the neighborhood was quiet. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a ten day stay. It is close to shopping, dining, and the freeways. We had an issue with the washing machine door lock and it was rectified immediately. We will certainly stay here in the future.

This place was a real delight! Super comfortable on my surprise visit from Switzerland! The bungalow, was super clean, it has everything one would need to have a relaxed getaway. Also i cannot praise the customer service enough! The GPS lead me to the wrong address (it's located on the west side of Los Robles and not the east btw). So i called at like 7 pm, no worries at all. Helena guided me where to go. As i got there i was having some trouble unlocking the door, so i called again... rather embarrassed of course. But again after a laugh we managed to get me inside. So thumbs up to the Deodora and the Customer Service.

You must see this charming bungalow to appreciate it! The listing accurately describes the rooms, fixtures, furnishings and amenities. The property was perfectly clean - everything was in its place, and nothing was overlooked. There was a great Welcome Home basket with wine, chocolates, tortilla chips and salsa! I stayed Saturday throughTuesday night, and hated to leave. My son and his fiancé live about 6 miles away. One day when they were busy I walked the 1.2 miles into downtown - a lovely and safe walk. I enjoyed lovely fountains nearby City Hall, and the Paseo Colorado is just a few moe steps. I saw a movie at Arclight, and met my son at the Yardhouse for cocktails. A few things I really appreciated about the bungalow was the obvious safety focus - there is a clearly labeled fire extinguisher in the kitchen ad a well stocked First Aid kit in the bathroom. Another plus is the perfectly assembled binder explaining everything - not only the location of appliances and devices, but how they work. I stay in vacation rentals frequently, and I have never seen a better informational binder. The dishes, pots, pans and accessories in the kitchen allow you to cook and serve full meals. The bathroom has hand soap, shower gel, Q-tips and cotton rounds! The memory foam mattress is very comfortable, and there is a good selection of pillows. I never had time to watch movies, but there was a great set-up. I did use the disc player for music. Nice selection of music and books. Next time I'm planning a trip to Pasadena I will first check to see if The Deodora is available! Kathleen was great to work with; everything went smoothly.
