The property was spacious and well laid out. Coffee/tea was made available, and the kitchen was well stocked for home cooking. The beds were excellent. The guide book was clear and concise.

Parking was very tight and at times not available in the allocated slot owing to other guests being inconsiderate and parking over their spots into my parking area. Access via the back alley is very tight for cars. The bathroom had no extraction unit. Opening the small window was sometimes problematic as this allowed the neighbour opposite to see inside the bathroom.

We loved the open plan living space. Beds were very comfy and it so so clean.

We found that the towels were good quality but extremely small!! Also it could do with having a mirror in the second bedroom.

The property was clean from top to bottom and came with all essentials needed for a comfortable stay. I’m a very safe and friendly area close to all amenities.

The parking is very narrow so my car couldn’t fit in however, I was able to locate a road with free parking a short walk from the property which I was able to park there over night. also property took a little locating but absolutely fell in love once found.

Strange not having blinds at the lounge window. Parking space tricky for 5B. Difficult to get out when car parked in 5A space because of the slight drop to the right.

Excellent very spacious accomodation with everything you could need for a short break.

The only negative comment I would make is the exterior lighting accessing the property. It is very dark at the rear of the property and there are metal steps to access the flats. The only light that works is the one by the door, it could do with another two lights one at the bottom of the steps and one at the top.

Notes to find the little side road were omitted from directions, would have been handy to know. Decor is lovely, however a little tired - scuffs on the walls, paint worn from bedroom furniture, holes in the rug, gaps and cracks. No blinds or curtains in the main living space, so could risk being overlooked Towels were rather small. Freezer needs defrosting, thankfully didn't need to use it. Only two forks, not good when the space allows for four people. Could do with some proper tongs.

bright airy roomy and exceptionally comfortable everything spotless and easy to keep that way very quiet at night and beds were so so comfortable best sleep I’ve had for ages information pack easy to understand being able to cook there was easy too as everything was provided that was needed Wi-Fi and Netflix was a bonus if you don’t want to go out would stay there again definitely but would imagine in the summer months totally booked all the time

was difficult to find in the dark and was a bit dark at night at the rear of the building as I stayed in November so used the light on my phone but once you knew where you were going it was fine

Location, close to bars, restaurants, take away and convenience shop. Large rooms.

Very tired looking for a newly refurbished place. Scuffed walls, broken kitchen tap, cracked floor tiles. Lack of kitchen basics I.e. appliance manuals, oven gloves, oven dishes. No wardrobe or mirror in one bedroom though there's enough space. The bedding and towels were not laundry fresh. There was no toiletries as advertised I.e. shampoo and shower gel. Only parking for one vehicle and the free parking is up a hill in a residential street.

Two large bedrooms with comfortable beds and one combined kitchen/living room. I asked for a fan as it was hot when we were there, and they were delivered very promptly! Restaurants and grocerystores close by the apartment!

The parking was a nightmare as the parkingspace was very narrow.

TV's not tuned In to Netflix and towels to small. However both we sorted by owner the next day

We didn’t have breakfast as it’s self catering. Nice size, very clean.

There were no curtains or blinds in living room so felt little uncomfortable when it got dark, also the sun shines in and you can’t see the TV screen. Parking was an issue, the road is very narrow. So if someone was parked it was very tight to park, plus there is a dip which wasn’t ideal.

Space was very good. Property was surprisingly quiet. Sofa was comfortable. Bed in second bedroom was very comfortable. Location is excellent for local bars and restaurants. Sea is 25 minute walk through wonderful neighbourhoods. Host was very responsive to all issues raised apart from the shower issue.

Main bedroom bed had a creaky lumpy mattress that was quite uncomfortable. The shower did not drain properly which was reported to the owner. Only one tv remote worked. Parking was a big issue as the space available for the two adjoining flats did not allow for 2 SUVs. This meant we had to park outside for two of our days.

The blind in the second bedroom wasn’t working which meant the sun was waking us up earlier than we wanted.

The apartment is very spacious and modern and in an excellent location for exploring the Poole/Sandbanks/Bournemouth area. It is situated above a parade of shops (you don’t hear any noise) that has everything you need if you don’t feel like driving anywhere in the evening. There are a couple of great places to eat as well as a little shop for any essentials you need a few steps away!
