large clean cabana style rooms , the pool was large and the staff very helpful especially the manager Dev.
Please remove all builders rubble along pathways away from sight as it does not leave a good impression.
The Island at the pool ...... and restaurant need improving with a bit more care in styling.Milk, Tea and coffee in the rooms please.

in this property most likely view is lagoon attach with the hotel and pool size it’s huge.
in resort you should improve the food variety and the taste it’s so poor as we are vegetarian we are fade up because we stayed there 2 nights so for us it’s difficult to survive vegetarian food there as well as the variety of food as I know it’s 3 star property in the morning buffet also poor but as per mr Amila end he puts his effort and services 100% and the staff also so friendly.

The staff at the hotel are excellent and are realy helpful. Especially shivanthi who was really helpful and the kitchen and support staff were very helpful although working with less Staff than usual. Credit must be given for their hard work and professionalism. We'll done to the staff at amari hotel
It was a difficult time for the hotel as the covid situation and closure had impacted on some facilities. There was no working wi fi in my room.however the very attentive staff set up a temporary router for me.

Large and spacious resort. Kept clean and tidy. The swimming pool is a salt water pool. Clean. Ladies have a separate section. Food was great!
Since we just came out of a month long lockdown it was understandable that a few things were not operational. No fuss.

The room's were fine.
The pool water is required to be circulated and treated to be clear water. Could not see the bottom of the pool, as the water had very poor quality.
Water should be presentable and at the same time be pure and clean. Otherwise the swim is not fresh.
The room hot water was not working.
There should be a larger selection of TV channels to view, as children require cartoon channels etc.

I loved the girls only pool and the way they treated my pet girl nyla (kitten ) such kind hearted staffs ever i seen 😍😻
Its more realxed stay than expected best place for pet lovers 😻

Easy commute to the airport, only about half an hour.
Shishas were a nice touch too
Beach used by the locals for their boats/fishing, not really a tourist area, no restaurants or anything, but it was nice to see, locals were friendly and it was nice and quiet
