The shower was passable.

No working microwave. For a room meant to cook in, this is unforgivable. Check appliances when room is cleaned. Also the beds are so noisy that anyone rolling over or sitting up wakes the room.

Smelled, garbage in hallways over following. Tobacco and Pot smell in hallways and elevators

Not charging me for 2 rooms, not having Roaches in my room

My wife and I did not have any good experience. The only thing we liked was being able to leave.

Absolutely everything. The whole place was dirty and it smelled. The rooms were the same way. We changed rooms 3 times and our issue never actually got solved. There were cockroaches in the microwave that were contaminating the food that we tried to cook. It smelled like trash and it looked like the place was never cared for. I requested a full refund , especially considering the fact that we only stayed one night , instead of two and we shouldn't have to pay for services we never used or became unavailable
