Only hotel in the country I have stayed that they nickel and dime you. Charge to clean your room. They don't enforce any rules in the common areas like the pool. Front desk was not friendly or helpful.

charged me a deposit because I was a local that wasn’t discussed on booking with whom we booked threw then didn’t release it I had to call them 2 weeks later to remind them to release it

The staff was very unprofessional. The young man who was working the counter nearly the entire time seemed very inconvenienced that we were there. The staff was yelling and having foul conversation while we were having breakfast. The breakfast was not stocked past 7am and the area was not clean. Well into the afternoon, the breakfast area was not cleaned up, with visible food on the counters and tables. We booked our trip to visit family and planned on taking my niece to the pool with us. We were informed upon check in that we couldn't have more than the 5 of us at the pool or we would be charged automatically a $60 fine. This is not stated on the website or anywhere else. The pool was murky. The hot tub had a yellow tint to the water. Our room was decent. I checked for clean sheets and pillows. They seemed clean. The towels in the bathroom smelled of cigarettes. Fridge and microwave were clean.

I loved that the room was big enough to play with my dog. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The location was very easy to find.

Staff very friendly!

The shower had a leak and the toilet would auto refill and it was very loud. It woke me up.

Staff accommodated my request for ground floor graciously.

Pet friendly and there was a nice sized area for taking a dog out but there wasn't a poop station and there were dog messes everywhere. Very gross.

We’ve stayed here before and appreciate the staff’s helpfulness and clean rooms. The pool area is a little run down, but overall, a nice place to spend the night.

Pool area needs some love. Clean the non-skid and freshen up the hot tub and you’d have a winning facility!!

Conveniently located. Room was ok.

Huge kids birthday party in lobby we needed to maneuver through to check in. Had to wait hours to use pool and hot tub after dinner because all the children were in them until almost 8 pm. Breakfast was cold, not even warm, like it was not plugged in. Attire of staff had a lot to be desired.

My room smelled like smoke my only complaint staff was kind and it was clean
