It was so nice & clean. The staff was super kind and attentive to any requests or questions we had. The continental breakfast was WONDERFUL!…Such a good, wide variety of breakfast items were available. The staff was so attentive & quickly refilled any breakfast foods that were eaten up…..especially the LARGE STRAWBERRIES!!!! YUMMMMMM! Good coffee too!

Staff doesn’t look up when you enter or exit the property. I’ve been Marriott member for over a a decade and this was strange. No acknowledgement or knowledge of who’s in their building. 4 night stay and not once did a staff member look up from their computer when we entered or exited the building. “Have a great day” or “ Hi”….no eye contact. 2 nights of having to call in the middle of the night due to slamming doors on our floor. Night manager said no one else was complaining. I’m talking wall shaking slamming repeatedly for hours before I called at 2:30am the last night. Stayed 4 nights with no housekeeping for extra towels and we were emptying our trash in the dumpster and asking for a few extra lotions and TP. Is this new?

Nothing, the Owner cancelled our booking made through booking.com. we stay here about two times per year but not sure we will again after this experience.

The Owner evidently was able to provide our reserved room to someone at a higher price tge day of our scheduled arrival.

Location great. Kids liked pool. staff great

You can tell it is a newer hotel. The lobby and breakfast area were updated and spacious. The rooms were well cleaned and comfortable. My son loved the pool. Great stay!

I stayed for 5 nights and my room was never cleaned. I completely understand not every day but it stated that after the third night it was to be cleaned and it wasn't. I found little bugs on the floor of the bathroom as well.

The slick modern design was pretty cool to see, very comfortable. The bathroom was the biggest hotel bathroom out of the three hotels we stayed in. The front counter person named Aiden was super polite and cool to talk to, this was resfreshing.

The only problem I had was just a top sheet of mine was little stained but not horrible, but that can be fixed by requesting new ones. My family and I were just staying one night so it wasn’t a big deal cause it was my bed and we would be back on the road by 7am
