We liked the location, the view, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. Liked having a washer and dryer. Communication was good and registration (picking up key code was easy).

Maybe stick with a few coffee filters or state the type of filter needed. More trash bags needed and more towels (especially hand and wash cloths). Also, the master bathroom floor was a little slimy. Could have been a little more flexible on check-in and check-out.

No food was available. However plenty of restaurants across the street in the square.

We arrived at 9 pm and had never been there before. It was hard to figure out where to park and what elevator is best to use near my room. Also nobody said what floor we were on. So you should let visitors know what entrance, building and floor #, to go to.

we had to go to the Vascara office, and get into a lock box. Had to use our cell phone flashlight to see!

The location was perfect for us as we did not have a car. Everything we needed was at this property or just across the street. Great place for families, too. Shopping, restaurants, live music, groceries and bike rentals were easily walkable. Pool Bar Jim’s was great. The beach was fantastic!

I wish the pools would have been heated. The comforter for the extra bed needed washing. There were 3 of us in our group but only 2 beach chairs provided.

Location and view are excellent. Amenities are very good.

several small annoyances like one bedroom door wouldn’t close, the shower nozzle was falling off (I fixed with a kitchen knife) and the external sliding door in master bedroom would not close tight so there was a gap allowing sound in.
