Beautiful ocean views and great access

Noisy neighbors

The view is beautiful! The condo is in a great location, was very clean, the bed and the condo was comfortable and cozy. It is a wonderful property for the value.

The kitchen was missing a few small items, such as pot holders and cork screw. The toaster did not work. All minor inconveniences.

Location was nice but we are more accustomed to the beach being closer and hearing the waves crash on the beach.

I guess I we were expecting a little better accommodations for the price we paid for off season. The bathroom I think was the worse. I took pictures but I dont see a way to attach them. There was rust all over the shower head and dirt in the corners. There was no trash can in the bathroom either with little counter space for toiletries. The bedroom floors felt very weak and would literally sink in some when you walked across the floor.

Nothing! The grounds were not maintained, construction and unsafe, holes at the bottom of the stairwell. Unit was not clean, smelled horrible, dirt, dust and bedding was stained. Called management and they seemed unfazed about our concerns and we had to go to there office the following morning. We had to pay to stay in a hotel, because the on call manager was also unconcerned with the issue. We did get refunded, but poor customer service! I would never stay with Vacasa! As a property owner, I’d be very concerned!

The view

No sheets and only two pillow cases for pull out bed! Called two times and was assured the bed linens would be sent and they never were! Never seen so many bugs in my life on the trails to beach Was like a nightmare!!! Should put skid patches on stairs Mother in law almost fell!! Dishes were greasy! Had to put them in dishwasher Before use!

Great location. Comfortable bed.

WiFi never worked, never had anyone come to fix it after reporting it. Not enough linen. Elevator out and several spaces of parking taken up for construction.

Location! I loved the fact that when the air conditioner broke they fixed it the next day. The bed I was excellent.

Not as clean as it could be. Everything seems old and worn out. Toasters on it’s last legs, pots and pans, from Goodwill. floors seemed old and worn out.
