Quiet and peaceful location with well-maintained units. The pool is small, but I went for the beach, not the pool. Access was easy and I was impressed by the serenity of the entire experience.

The pool is too small for the number of guests that stay.

extremely loud people above us all night, til 6am.. was stressed on the check in that every one is quite at night,no one answering the phone when calling. did not sleep much. also was told it was a smoke free property. was not.

Location was nice. There was plenty to do near by . Ton of shops and restaurants.

Beds were unbearable main bed was so hard I had to sleep on couch. Second night we tried to use pull-out bed and it was best I could tell broken. There was a hole where your head is and a bar in your ribs. Just terrible.

When we walked in it had a bad odor,lifted up cushion on chair and it hadn’t been cleaned,bathroom tub had nasty stains on it,mold spots all over shower liner, cracked floors and walls around shower and tub… Pictures not the same in person as on internet… Very disappointed 🤢

Blood Stained Sheets Found in Bed- we booked 7 days at the Breakers in Hilton Head with Vacasa. Words cannot describe how disgusting it was for me to have slept on blood stained sheets for 5 days (see picture). This was fresh blood from the previous renters that the maid service failed to change the sheets. My wife became sick to her stomach after finding the blood stained sheets on day 5 of our vacation. The blood had even soaked through to the sheets to the bed cover. I'm not sure if someone can contract Covid or other illnesses from this type of contact with fresh blood stains. This was a FAILURE by Vacasa to property clean the unit prior to our arrival.

The proximity to beach is great.

It is very small, very loud and the cost is high for what you get. You can hear the upstairs neighbors every move all hours of day and night. The ceiling is so thin you hear them snoring. There are also characters in the parking working on cars. We packed up and moved to different condo as soon as one was available.

All good. Only thing we had a problem with was washer and dryer did not work properly.

the murphy bed was not comfortable. perhaps a thick mattress topper would have helped. also a light near the shelves on the right side would have been way helpful!! and a light near the sofa other than the ceiling light would have been great for reading.

The room was dirty and nasty. We pulled a huge hair ball out of the shower drain. I mean huge! Carpet was nasty and dirty. The door handle to the deck was disgusting. I didn't look at the sheets for fear I would have found something I didn't want to know about. The owners of this gross rental need to know. The deck is rotting and the paint is peeling. It's a lot of money to pay for a filthy room.

We went out for breakfast at nearby restaurants. The location of our room was exceptional.

I was very satisfied and my wife and I enjoyed our week.

No Elevator. I see that they are putting one in but that didn’t help me 😊 Room wasn’t as clean as I expected but it wasn’t dirty by any means. There was no frying pan in the kitchen Lots of water damage visible

How close it was to the beach.

Property appears to be very old and in need of updates. Not sure how well it is taken care of (ex. Rugs in room very dirty, light switch covers on crooked, tv box in living room broken).

The location was great. We liked walking to the restaurants and shops! And we could not have asked for better weather.

We thought our unit was beachfront, not parking lot front. The 2 “beds” were horrible! They were Murphy beds, the mattresses were thin and extremely uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch!! Our blowup bed is much more comfortable! I was very disappointed. The kitchen was not stocked well, there was plenty of cabinet space to allow for more things, such as plastic tea pitchers and more pans, bowls and cooking utensils. The outside areas, except for the pool are not well kept. Walking anywhere around the complex was a hazard as the concrete walkways and parking areas were busted up. The outside of the units and the stairs could use a new coat of paint. It felt rundown. Staying 4 nights and paying close to $1000 with taxes and added fees for uncomfortable sleeping arrangements did not provide us for a relaxed getaway! We have been coming to Hilton Head for years, usually twice a year, but would not recommend the Breakers, especially our unit.
