view was Fabulous!! balcony was fabulous! having a kitchen was great!

Needs some attention. floors not very clean, sticky. bedroom was dreary and small and cramped so we ended up sleeping on pullout sofa bed in living room. needs updating. broken door to laundry.,

The view was magnificent...all day long!! There is Jims tiki bar nxt door on the beach for a delish lunch, snack & cold drinks. Everything is in walking distance. We especially enjoyed the low key, calm atmosphere. The place was perfect for us & what we needed.

The dryer didn't work well. Everything in the unit seems to be for tall ppl lol. May I suggest a suitcase rack & beach towels for future guests

All the kitchen esentials where there including condiments and spices.. They provided bathroom toiletries including soaps and shampoo

The washer/dryer combo wasn’t great. Was loud when in use. It wasn’t a deal breaker. I would still stay there again.

Many places claim to have ocean views, only to find out there are many obstructions to seeing the ocean from your room. This room has a full ocean view. This part of the beach is very popular and over the New Years weekend we got to see fireworks and other activities from our balcony. The kitchen is clean and well stocked with enough items to prepare your own meals. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Another plus about the room is that there is plenty of storage space for your belongings. Bathroom was clean and nicely stocked with toiletries. Living room has a sleeper sofa and TV with many channel options. However, we enjoyed sitting on the couch and viewing the ocean and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

The only drawbacks to the room are that the walls do not block sound well. We could hear some people walking by our room when we laid down to sleep. It appears most people here are respectful of others and keep noise to a minimum, so that helps. Just a side note. This room is on the third floor. The facility is currently working to install an elevator. However, some people may have difficulty getting up three flights of stairs with luggage, etc. Once elevator is installed that will no longer be an issue. If you are ok with steps, then you will be rewarded with beautiful, unobstructed views of the ocean.

View was so perfect from our 3rd floor beachfront stay. Li has such a perfect set up and is so friendly and accommodating! Would recommend to anyone!
