Notre condo est directement sur le golfe du Mexique et la plage n'est qu'à quelques pas derrière le condo. Emerald Skye est une faible densité (seulement 37 unités). Même en été, la plage n'est pas bondée comme les grands gratte-ciel. Le condo est idéalement situé au cœur d'Orange Beach et à moins de 1/2 mile de trois épiceries et deux pharmacies.
«Notre petit Get-A-Way» est parfait pour un couple ou une petite famille. De plus, puisque le condo est situé au deuxième étage, vous n'aurez pas à attendre l'ascenseur. Profitez de la vue panoramique sur le golfe depuis le salon ou le balcon.
Dès que vous ouvrirez la porte, vous saurez que ce n'est pas un logement locatif ordinaire. Nous aimons le condo et le traitons comme notre deuxième maison. Le grand balcon est confortablement meublé pour se détendre et profiter de la vue. Nous avons même une table pour deux pour des dîners romantiques!
La copropriété est très joliment meublée et décorée. Le coin salon est très confortable et dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces et d'un lecteur DVD.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée d'armoires sur mesure et d'un four à micro-ondes sur la plage.
La chambre est privée du reste du condo et dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision à écran plat de 32 'et d'un DVD.
Les lits superposés du couloir sont parfaits pour les enfants et peuvent être séparés du salon par une porte escamotable.
Emerald Skye a une piscine chauffée (mars - novembre), une aire de pique-nique avec des barbecues au charbon de bois et un joli coin salon côté plage pour s'asseoir et lire ou profiter de la belle vue. De plus, nous donnons accès à notre débarras au rez-de-chaussée, qui contient deux très belles chaises de plage et un parasol.
Une salle de fitness est située au rez-de-chaussée. Il est équipé d'un tapis roulant, d'une machine elliptique et d'un vélo stationnaire. Une gamme complète de poids à main et banc est également disponible.
Ce logement est non-fumeurs, sauf sur le balcon. Désolé, aucun animal n'est autorisé.

The condo was an older unit but it was very well maintained and spotless clean. The location is perfect. My biggest accolade of this stay is the communication of the owner. He checked in as we arrived via text. He then checked in a day after we settled in. In todays electronic world we really enjoyed knowing that someone cared about our stay and was available if we had a situation. Thank you for the awesome experience

We loved this rental. We ate out a few times and the rest of the time we stayed right there, enjoying the beach, sitting on the balcony and reading books. Having cushions on the chairs on the balcony was wonderful. The kitchen had everything one could need to cook with. The bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet in the complex as a whole, which was very nice. We will be back .

We had a very relaxing albeit short trip to the beach for spring break. The condo was exactly as described. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked for our needs. Squishy cushions on the deck made it absolutely cozy to sit and watch the ocean waves and people watch. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed before and after check in. He communicated with us and we were able to avoid any hiccups that occurred on the trip. We will be renting this condo again if we come back to this area.

Charmingly decorated beach condo with the best views on the beach. Starting with golden sunrises and ending with flaming red sunsets- every day was a gift! Watching the surfers, beachgoers, herons, dolphins, ospreys, pelicans, choppers, jet fighters, etc., from the spacious balcony, offered up hours of entertainment. Walking the white sand beaches, searching for seashells, biking the Gulf State Park, swimming in the ocean ( or pool ) filled our days.
Richard, our host, was a pleasure to deal with and very timely with answering any questions or concerns. The condo has everything you need to feel right at home. The people in Orange Beach are friendly and welcoming and filled with Southern hospitality. We didn't want to leave and really hope to return.

Perfection! Quiet, smaller building with view of beach and gulf off of balcony. So clean and updated. We didn’t want the glitz and shine from a huge place, but still felt we had the same treatment! The beach chairs and umbrella were ideal and so easy to get to!! The powdery white sand is gorgeous and we loved watching and hearing the waves from our balcony.
We would recommend this VRBO and are so thankful we found it!! Would definitely come back!!

Awesome experience for first beach trip in 20 yrs. Extremely clean and very cute decorated condo, plenty of room for our 3 member family with the absolute best view ever of beach, ocean and pier from next door along with a dolphin that enjoys the pier area every morning and evening. Condo had a wonderful smell was very equipped with everything you could possibly need with everything in working order. Beautiful safe area for family, the downstairs closet has all kinds of water/sand toys, chairs and umbrella for the beach. Elevator was always working and accessible. The renter was helpful throughout the process, made sure everything was ok when we arrived and very responsive to questions. Will definitely stay here again if we visit the area! Bonus, the beach was not crowded at all in front of the condo!

This is the third year in a row that my husband and I have stayed at this fabulous condo off the beach! As always, we enjoyed every second. The view is spectacular and there are plenty of places to eat close by. We will be returning next year of course!

For the past 3 yrs, we’ve rented this condo in May and August. The condo is equipped with everything you need and is very clean. We love the direct access to the beach, the use of the chairs and umbrella to avoid the cost of renting them and the cozy, homey feeling of the condo. The owner, Rick, is great and I would highly recommend this condo for your vacation!
