The room 304 was descent with comfortable bed, nd room was clean
The room 304 ,The bed sheet were smelly, the charging plug was very far from bed, nd the worst was the washroom there were no shower nd when i pop there was a leaking pipe of flushing , nd the hotel doesn’t provide you slippers nd plz don’t use there branding soaps they are just useless nd also i was able to here noise from my neighbouring room.

Room no 106 was dusty and not cleaned to satisfaction. I don't think room was sanitised.
TV recharge was done after I brought to their notice.
Breakfast facility is not available. Connected Hotel opens only after 11 am so we have to depend on outside food for breakfast.
Windows are not sound proof and being on main road it can be noisy at times. Very small bathroom.
I have a meeting close by so I decided to stay here. It is ok for me.
They give you one bottle of water, two small soaps and one body wash.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommended

After booking room online, hotel owner was asking for extra money otherwise he said he will deny check in. When I demanded for written denial for check in said he will not give it either. Person at reception also don't want to talk to customer care representatives when I contacted customercare. Surprised to know that customer care was not able to contact hotel manager directly. Customer care was offering alternate hotel but again I have to have use cab ti travel which will add to my cost.
I have never experienced this kind of situation ever. I won't use or recommend this portal with kind of experience

They charge extra 500 rs more than the booking amount and otherwise they will cancel. The rooms are small and not as in the pictures. The behaviour is also very bad. Stay away. Strict No for families. Locality also bad.

Staff was really courteous. But they provide only 1 water bottle of 1ltr per day. Also I asked staff to clean the room on second day, they said they will clean, but they didnt in 4 days of my stay.
