Direct Beach Front - 4BR/4BA Newly Renovated - Huge Beach Front Deck, Sleeps 14!

We have stayed in this house 2 summers in a row. This is an unbelievable, perfect beach home!

The house was clean and had a great layout for our families to stay together
10.0 / 10.0
Amazing house for our 3-family get together! Great location and just far enough away from town to avoid the craziness. Come prepared with the essentials though - sponge to wash dishes, extra toilet paper (only 1 roll per bathroom), paper towels/napkins and if you're lucky the can opener we had to buy will still be there. Also the towels are a bit thin, so be prepared to do laundry. Even with all these details in mind, I would still highly recommend the house to friends and family simply because of the location and view.

We had a great stay. The house seemed newly updated/ amazing kitchen. Great views and communication from management. Amazing beach views!

This place was a dream in the best location. You just can't beat Pensacola Beach and with this house, you are right on it. The private boardwalk was an added bonus and the house, in general, was very accommodating. If you like to cook on vacation the kitchen is stocked which is nice. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Great stay first week of August in Pensacola. Property is exceptionally stocked—from dish ware for 20+, blender, and all kitchen devices you may need. Additional ice maker (similar to an Opal) is almost worthless—you will definitely need to purchase from a nearby vendor if stocking coolers which should be expected.
Very open floor plan with four bedrooms (2 each side) each with own bathroom. Nicely updated, received no complaints from anyone about bedding/linens.
Huge deck with bbq(didn’t use, I don’t bbq with propane!) and seating for the whole party.
Nicest surprise was tons of beach gear secured in the garage—kayak, surfboard, boogie and skim boards, chairs, and tons of little kid stuff too(didn’t use).
Enclosed shower in the parking area made clean up a breeze after returning from the beach.
Overall, one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at in P’cola. I highly recommend LazyDays beach service for chairs /umbrellas and other paddleboards or kayaks. They put them out by 9 and retrieve them for you at the end of the day.
We were here at the end of the summer, so the next-door public access wasn’t ideal, but not much of a crowd for us so not a problem.
Only issue we had was the oven has trouble closing—rests about 1/2” open unless delicately placed fully closed. Nice range though with 8 burners if I remember correctly.

This property was perfect location- just far enough from town for an exclusive fun family time, but just close enough to run into town for activities and restaurant dinners!
Love that it’s directly on the beach and has a nice big open cement area under the house too! All the rooms were just what we needed, and great details with the renovation! Fully stocked! Kitchen had everything we needed!!
We would stay here again!

One of the best family vacations ever! This house was perfect for us!
8.0 / 10.0
We rented this house for a family wedding and took our adult children for the weekend. The house is lovely and very accommodating. There is a problem with the large stove. I have a commercial grade stove, so I know how to operate one. The large oven in this house can not be turned on without setting a timer which is not normal. There is a green binder in the kitchen with directions on how to operate the stove, so be aware of this problem. We were not aware of this problem and so we had to call maintenance. Once they came, they showed us the binder and taught us how to turn on the oven.
Also, there is a public access to the beach right next to the home. We were willing to pay the expense of this home because of the convenience of walking right out to the beach. We did not give a lot of thought to the fact that the public beach access is right next to where you would set up for the day on the beach. On Saturday, we were forced to move down the opposite direction of the public beach, because of the crowds, and the type of crowds that set up within 3 feet of us. Obviously, we were not expecting a private beach, but we had not walked through this possibility.
Overall, the house is lovely and the 4 bedroom/4 bath was perfect for us and our 3 children.

Just steps away from the Gulf is the highlight of this house but the inside is fabulous too!! This house has everything! Well stocked, plenty of seating to enjoy the view. Clean, bright and very spacious! The deck is huge and perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. I give this property an A++ and would rent it over and over again! Great for families or groups of friends!

Beautiful Beachfront House
Great house with plenty of space and a beautiful deck looking over the water! We loved being able to have the kids run right out onto the beach. House is also very well-stocked with dishes, pans, games, and books.

21st Birthday Bash
Rented this property to celebrate my sons 21st birthday with family and friends. It was nice and roomy for our group of 10 and being on the beach was an added bonus. Great spot to enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning with the sunrise and sit on a cocktail for sunset views. Would have been nice to have an overhang for the deck to provide a bit of shade (which would help with the heat coming through the windows) but that's very minor considering how well the house was furnished (kitchen and bedrooms). I would stay here again.

Amazing!!!
This property was everything we imagined and more! The in suite rooms were perfect! Everyone had their own bathroom and tv! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need to prepare any meal. I loved that all the rooms opened up to the big living area and kitchen with an amazing view and direct access to the beach. The garage had chairs, floating devices, fishing rods and everything you could want. You won’t be disappointed!!

Beach Backyard
Overall everything was great. The only thing I wish the deck space was updated there is a lot of wear and tear on the house and furniture..

This house checked all the boxes!
Your house was perfect for our 7 adults and 4 children. Only 20 minutes from the airport... 4 bedrooms with attached bathrooms... all on one level... right on the sand for all our children's gear... fabulous kitchen for entertaining... outside shower for sandy bodies... close to the grocery! We had a wonderful stay, and hope to do it again!

Beautifully renovated beach house with amazing view
We enjoyed our week at this beach house so much! We were there for a friends and family reunion, celebrating the 4th of July and enjoyed the amazing Blue Angels! The layout of the house was great for everyone and just beautifully decorated and updated! They are not kidding when they say fully stocked kitchen - we had plenty of supplies! Originally I was told there was no secure storage on the ground level, so we did not bring our kayak. But upon arriving, we rec'd the garage code, so there is storage on the ground level! We were bummed since we left our kayak back home (7 hours away), but we managed any how. Also, there is a kuerig machine. That was one other minor missed detail I asked about. Overall, I would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thank you!!

Excellent Stay
Really enjoyed the house and it’s location. Was excited that home was exactly as it was presented in the listing. Kitchen was awesome with the large gas oven and tons of room for our big family to cook meals. Beach was everyone’s favorite and we spent every day playing in the most perfect sand we’ve ever been to.

Family Christmas 2020
We are so happy that we chose this house to have our family Christmas! It is very spacious and set up perfectly. I love the neutral decor. The view is amazing of course. I look forward to renting this house in the future. Thank you for letting us stay.

The pictures are accurate. The house is quite nice on the inside. The views are special. The deck is relatively new and made of a composite material that will last far longer than wood. The appliances are quality. The plates, bowls, knives, & spoons are better than in most rental units. All of this I rate 5 stars. The issues I have related to safety and property management: some are minor, some are major. The biggest was a major natural gas leak. This was caused by sand in the gas meter’s regulator: sand that gets blown in during hurricane force winds. Hurricane Sally hit the area some 11 days before our arrival. It is likely natural gas was leaking for all that time. Luckily for everyone, I walked the property upon arrival.Safety inspections are pass/fail. This property failed badly. On this metric, the property gets 0 stars. The 2nd major issue was that we were told that the property had “no damage” from the storm (false) and that the TV & internet were working. When we arrived, the TV & internet cable was lying on the ground. The cable was not long enough to reach the connection on the telephone pole. The cable tech speculated that the cable was yanked out of its connection during the hurricane when the winds were causing the utility pole to sway back & forth. (The only reason the tech arrived in less than 24 hours was because I called the cable company and knew how to ‘phrase’ the issue in such a way as to bump it the priority level.)Once the gas company tech arrived, he was able to fix the leak. Once the cable guy arrived, he was able to splice in an extension and better secure the cable to the utility pole. Once the maintenance people arrived, they were able to address other issues (broken hurricane shutter, an electrical short, broken railing wires). Vinny – the maintenance guy – is extremely nice. He gets 5 stars. I did not pay a large sum of money to rent the place for me to call the cable company or sit around and wait for repair people all week. I can play general contractor at home for free.I’ll let the reader decide if, after arriving to find all of the above, to decide what type of response they expect from the property manager: apologetic or aggressive & hostile. I’m sure the reader can guess which type I received.

Nice house for family trip to the beach.
Beautiful beach, nice house. Easy process to book and strong communication with property management. House has a few quirks, the professional grade oven/cook top could use instructions, one master bedroom has no closet or dresser to use other than a makeshift contraption placed in a walkway, etc. Great beach front with short walk to the water, however it is next to the public access for the community which can create congestion on the beach.

Really great property
We had a great beach vacation, staying in this property. Just steps to the water, short drive to restaurants and shops, great space for a group of our size and the open concept was perfect for hanging out together. Love that every room had their own bathroom and the finishes/amenities were great. The management company was super easy to work with and the text concierge was very responsive and helpful. Great overall experience.
