Bienvenue au Paradise Beach Club sur l'océan Atlantique! Nous avons récemment acheté ce condo en bord de mer et l'avons rendu disponible en location de vacances. Nous avons encore de nombreuses dates disponibles! Le magnifique bâtiment récemment rénové et bien entretenu est aussi proche de la plage que possible! La grande piscine chauffée surplombe l'océan. Le complexe a été construit juste à côté de la digue afin qu'il soit plus proche de l'océan que tout autre bâtiment du comté. Il est parfaitement situé sur une belle plage calme et pourtant très proche des commerces et des restaurants. Cet emplacement Space Coast est à quelques minutes du Kennedy Space Center.
Ceci est un condo de style "maison de ville". L'étage principal comprend un salon avec vue sur l'océan, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un coin repas, une salle de bain complète avec une grande douche à l'italienne et un grand balcon calme avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan, les nageurs et les surfeurs. A l'étage, la chambre principale avec une belle vue sur l'océan, la chambre d'amis et la salle de bain complète avec baignoire.
Magnifiquement décoré, avec un goût haut de gamme. La cuisine entièrement équipée est bien équipée. La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes confortablement. Il y a un grand téléviseur à écran plat HD de 56 "prêt pour ROKU dans le salon avec un nouveau téléviseur 32 pouces prêt pour ROKU dans la chambre principale et la deuxième chambre. La suite parentale offre une vue sur l'océan, un lit king-size et de nombreux rangements. La deuxième chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen et un grand placard. Les deux chambres à l'étage utilisent la salle de bain complète, douche, baignoire avec une grande vanité.
Nous sommes à dix minutes au sud de Cocoa Beach et à une heure à l'est d'Orlando, à une heure au nord de Daytona Beach. Passez la journée à Disney World et revenez à la plage la nuit. Satellite Beach possède d'excellents restaurants, un centre de tennis de classe mondiale à quelques minutes et un golf à proximité.

I have made several trips to this wonderful 2nd-floor condo and love it more each time I come. The awesome view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing and it's just steps from the pool & beach.
The decor is well thought out and the laminate plank flooring along with beautiful area rugs give it a cozy, quiet, beachy feel.
Even though the bedrooms are upstairs the outside elevator makes it accessible to everyone.
I definitely will come again.

I had to make a last minute trip to say goodbye to a loved one, and the owners were super accommodating to my situation. I was a little unsure pulling into the parking lot, but the place itself is fantastic, all the kitchen supplies (no pantry items though!), and the beach is wonderful. I was worried about both the beach not being wide enough at high tide and rocks in the ocean, and neither were a problem. We came in March. Thanks for making a hard trip a little easier!

I had one of the best vacation I have ever had. The condo is conveniently located and is cheerfully decorated. I was very comfortable and felt well taken care of by the hosts. I watched beautiful sunrises over the ocean every morning from the balcony. Walked along the beach each morning and evening and gathered shells for my collection. I even had the opportunity to watch a Space X rocket launch from the beach. You can be as busy as you want or just relax and recharge. It is a wonderful place for your next vacation.

A serene resort right on the ocean with fantastic views! This condo is close to all the fun, touristy things to do including just south of Kennedy Space Center and the famous Cocoa Beach area, and just 1 hour east of Orlando. Loved that after a day of running around we could retreat to the quiet of our condo, sit on the balcony and watch the soothing rhythm of the waves. We have stayed here multiple times and the owners are fantastic! A fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and a Publix grocery store & Dunkin’ Donuts right across the street is definitely a plus! The main property itself is well cared for. Definitely give this a 5 Star review!

We spent 4 days celebrating my 50th Birthday and it was perfect. The condo was clean, fully stocked, has amazing ocean views from the master bedroom and the balcony off the living room. We woke up every morning watching the sunrise from the balcony. The location is quiet and a short walk to the beach. We walked the beach every morning and night. There are a lot of nice restaurants nearby. The communication with Ken and Julie was very easy. We highly recommend this beautiful condo. We hope to come back someday.

Stayed for 4 days-hosts were helpful from prior to booking through stay. BEAUTIFUL ocean view from the enormous master. Nicely remodeled upstairs bath. Great to be able to separate sleeping space on second floor from shared space on first floor. Easy beach and pool access. Quiet beach- condo was well-equipped with beach accessories to use. Wifi and AC were good. Property is dated- both the condo and the office space have under-gone some nice updates.

We chose this unit after reading the reviews. They are accurate, it is a quiet beach, just steps away with a wonderful heated pool. My wife swam laps every afternoon. Excellent Property and Location
This condo was the perfect place to spend our week at the beach! The unit was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and beach are great and easily accessible.
There is a ton to do on the space coast and it is an easy drive into Orlando if a theme park is on your list. Be sure to watch the Kennedy launch schedule. We watched a launch from the beach during our stay and it was awesome!

Much needed Vacation = rest and renewal
Starting from the few steps that it took to get to the beach, to the views from windows and balcony and the comfortable beach decor on the inside, our vacation was more than we had hoped for. The condo was clean, well-stocked, very accessible from the parking lot and to the beach, quiet, and overall very pleasant when we were inside although most of our time was spent outside!

Wake Up to Atlantic Ocean Sunrises
We have stayed at this resort several times and this is our favorite location yet. You don’t hear any noise from the pool area, your balcony is a stone’s throw from the ocean, on windy days your balcony is like an extension of the beach, the property has everything you need.
Kitchen is well-stocked with great utensils, small appliances, and large appliances are like new.
Living room and dining could be a bit tight for any more than four maybe.
This is a two-story unit with no en-suite (not a big deal if it’s just a couple). One bathroom upstairs, one right by the door on main level with a shower that’s great for keeping any last bits of sand washed off.
The communication with the owner was second to none. He was very helpful and always responsive.
You won’t be disappointed with this one!

The condo was a great home-away-from-home! The two bedrooms and two baths were just right for our family of four. We were quite comfortable and found everything we needed. The condo location is perfect and nice bit of quiet away from the crowds. If you want to venture into the more crowded Cocoa Beach, it’s just minutes away. We reached out to our host once, and Ken was immediately responsive to our needs. We would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again!

Great Ocean Front Condo
The minute you walk in, you see the ocean view beyond the patio - beautiful! The upstairs master bedroom offers the same view, it’s so relaxing to fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves lapping the shore. Upon waking, the view is a gorgeous sunrise over the sea. We enjoyed plenty of walks along the sandy beach, sunbathing and watching the surfers. The condo is exactly as pictured, very clean and tastefully decorated. The sofas are very comfy with plenty of pillows, it is well stocked with kitchen utensils/dishes and beach gear. There is a good sized T.V. in the living room and one in each bedroom. There was plenty of room for three adults and no noise from neighboring condos. The host, Ken, is very responsive and accommodating. Restaurants and stores are close by. Everything added up to a great experience. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

This property was as described. We found it to be very clean and well maintained. The ocean views from the condo were amazing. Beach towels and chairs are provided by the property owner for soaking up the sun on the beach! In fact, everything we needed was provided. There is a grocery store just across the street and many restaurants within a short distance of the condo. Quick access from the Melbourne FL airport. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again in the future.

This condo is so perfect that I keep returning-3 times now. It is, and always is, very clean. The balcony view of the ocean is spectacular. If you’re looking for a quiet place to vacation to unwind and relax but still be near it all, you can’t go wrong staying at this little gem! Nothing is misleading in the property description. This multi-floor townhouse style condo accommodated four adults with ease. The home is nicely decorated and the recent renovations show the owners truly care about their home away from home. Everything about this home promoted relaxing. Overall, the amenities couldn’t be beat! While we didn’t try the on site fitness center during our stay, the short walk to the beach made it easy to take a morning stroll to take in the sunrise, dip in the ocean or just sit and take in the sounds you go to the beach to hear. The pool was another enjoyable experience. The water was perfect - not too cold and clear. Plenty of seating for everyone and you are still able to hear the sounds of the ocean in the background as you catch some rays. And the view from the balcony- well, you really need to see for yourself!The cleaning service was visible each day and very friendly. The house was immaculate when we checked in. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The location was great as well. Sitting on the northern end of Satellite Beach, it’s a short drive to anywhere you’d want to visit while staying here. Every place we tried was less than a 20 minute drive. Don’t let some of the restaurants fool you - we had great experiences each night at dinner. We’ll definitely be back for another stay!

Great for family meet-up!
My family and I all rented separate units at Paradise Beach Club for a family summer get together. 'We rented this unit and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's mentioned in the description, but just to be clear, the bedrooms are upstairs and the living area is downstairs. Very comfortable seating and a very nice TV. Balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean and was very quiet.
