Bienvenue au Paradise Beach Club sur l'océan Atlantique! Le magnifique bâtiment récemment rénové et bien entretenu est aussi proche de la plage que possible! La grande piscine chauffée surplombe l'océan. Le complexe a été construit juste à côté de la digue afin qu'il soit plus proche de l'océan que tout autre bâtiment du comté. Il est parfaitement situé sur une belle plage calme et pourtant très proche des commerces et des restaurants.
Ceci est un deuxième étage, unité en bord de mer directe donnant sur la piscine et une vue panoramique sur l'océan Atlantique. La cuisine a récemment été rénovée avec des comptoirs en granit, de nouvelles armoires et ouverte pour révéler plus de la vue sur l'océan. Le grand balcon est parfait pour cette tasse de café du matin en regardant le lever du soleil!
Magnifiquement décoré avec un goût haut de gamme. La cuisine entièrement équipée est bien équipée. La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes confortablement. Il y a une grande télévision à écran plat HD de 55 pouces dans le salon avec une télévision supplémentaire dans la chambre principale. Une spacieuse suite parentale offre une vue sur l'océan, un lit king-size et une salle de bains privative. La deuxième chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen et un lit jumeau avec salle de bain séparée.
Nous sommes à dix minutes au sud de Cocoa Beach et à une heure à l'est d'Orlando. Passez la journée à Disney World et revenez à la plage la nuit!. Satellite Beach possède d'excellents restaurants, un centre de tennis de classe mondiale à quelques minutes et un golf à proximité.

This unit has a great view and this is a good property with a nice pool and beach, with a grocery literally out the back door. As for the unit, beds were comfy and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were shotty, packed with tons of cookware and table service but absolutely no setup. Didn’t even have salt and pepper or coffee filters. Bathrooms come with a slim bar of soap - you’ll need your own shampoo. There was broken furniture - a dining room chair and a fan. We visited families in other units that were much more up to date and much nicer than this one.

Stayed in this condo for a month. Right on the surf spot RC’s. Surfed outback when there were waves. Fished when it was flat over the rocks and in the trough. Had fresh dinner from the Atlantic Ocean. Grilled and hung out in the evening over looking the ocean. Saw beautiful sunrises daily. There is access to a pool directly outback. Everything was perfect.

Loved the closeness of the beach! Well stocked kitchen. The couch was comfortable but a little low and king bed pretty tall! I've got old joints, so those 2 things were a little annoying, but not a reason to not stay here, just personal preference.

We have stayed at this property many times in the past (although not this specific unit) for long weekend family trips. We love the large balcony and how quiet the property is. It's also nice that the pool is right on the ocean! Check-in and parking are easy and the units are clean and spacious.

Amazing Beach Vacation
Easy beach access, close to everything. Got to see a rocket launch right from the balcony. Got fun military helicopter fly by’s. The pool is amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and amazing views!
This property was a perfect place for us. The view and proximity to the ocean was amazing. The king sized bed was very comfortable, and the place had pretty much everything we needed (although an extra roll of paper towels or napkins and maybe tissues would have been helpful). Either way, The host was very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend! Would love to return!

The condo was perfect for us with room for more. It felt like home in every way, with the added bonus of an ocean view! It had everything we needed and then some. The pool was great and the beach was a walk down the stairs away. Satellite Beach seems to be a more laid back area than others further north, which was just what we needed. The resort seemed very family oriented - just right for us, we loved listening to the kids playing. Bill, our host, called us on our way down and he assured us the place would be ready on time and gave us a heads up on a little electrical issue (remnants from a transformer issue) so we were prepared. We'll be back! Thank you Bill and Denise!

Great location
Great location right on the beach. Well maintained and clean unit. Some type of electrical problem did knock out our living room power one night and took out the internet and Mother Nature took out the power for the entire property the next day so cut out a night early and went home.

Oceanfront condo
Older condo that has had updates and remods, clean and ON the beach. The surf was "loud" and so nice, door & windows closed and it was quiet, or open up and listen. Condo is rebuilding the seawall so there is some temp fencing along the top of the seawall that took away from the view and some intermittent noise, but fine. WiFi and TV didn't work well, but that just made us go outside. Relaxing stay, nice safe area.

Beautiful Property and Location
Property is well appointed with nice furnishings, granite counter top, and well decorated. We watched a SpaceX launch from the deck, and enjoyed the view from the Atlantic, including some nice sunrises. The beach location was great. Minor problem with microwave latch was quickly repaired. Good communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

1st Experience in VRBO
This was our first experience in a VRBO and have some recommendations for others. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, everything was clean, and the living/dining view to the ocean was great. This would be an excellent place for a family with children.
However, we wished we had asked more questions up front and looked at reviews since we were two family couples plus toddler. Views are from the Living Room and Master Bedroom. The second bedroom is next to the exterior stairs facing the parking, so it was not ideal for another couple wanting to experience the view too. It would have been nice to see a floorplan of the unit and overall building beforehand.
Most of the VRBOs we have heard about stock kitchen basics such as salt/pepper, a few spices, variety of tea/coffee choices, and packets of mayo/ketchup/mustard. This one did not have anything. We had to buy it all the next morning because we had arrived very late at night. There were no extra rolls of TP or paper towels either.
One of the closets had some sand toys and boogie boards to use while there, which was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the beach, and the pool.

Unit was clean and provided all the basic essentials needed including beach chairs etc. Communication with owner was excellent. Thank you for working with us on our special request! Great location on the beach!
We were a family of five staying in this comfortable two bedroom unit. There was plenty of seating at the dining table. The living room seating was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to watch movies together at the end of the day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed to make breakfast and dinner.
Although the furniture was very nice, I wouldn’t recommend this unit for a family with small children. Our nephews came by for dinner, one year old and two year old, and we were constantly worrying about what they were going to knock over or where they were going to bump their head. The dining table is glass with sharp corners and there are several glass lamps and other items around within reach of a small child.
The views were perfect. Watch the sunrise from bed in the master bedroom or the living room balcony. This was a great location. We enjoyed eating at Goombay’s restaurant and the Wicked Pineapple. It was convenient to have Dunkin’ Donuts for a fresh coffee right across the street along with Publix for anything that we needed.
The owner was quick to respond with any questions that we had.
I highly recommend this unit.

Great stay on the beach!
We really enjoyed staying here. The views of the ocean from.l the balcony and master bedroom are superb! We loved listening the waves at night. It was really convenient of how close the pool and beach area were. We found ourselves back and forth from the pool and beach more than expected, which was great as the kids were able to cool off in the pool quickly.
