OURAGAN UPDATE: Aucun dégât !! Les rénovations sont terminées !! Juste sur la plage !! Profitez des belles eaux émeraude et des plages de sable blanc de ce magnifique lotissement entièrement rénové! Nous avons soigneusement décoré cette maison avec un décor côtier et de merveilleux meubles sur mesure. Il y a trois chambres à l'étage et une chambre à l'étage principal. Toutes les chambres ont un lit king et une salle de bain privée (salle de bain au niveau principal est juste à l'extérieur de la porte). La lessive est dans le lotissement entre les chambres à l'étage. Le remodelage a eu lieu du 15 novembre au 16 mars. Mises à jour étonnantes: comptoirs en granit (cuisine, bar, salles de bains), nouvelle peinture, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, terrasses supérieures et inférieures en Trex avec rampe de câble, revêtement Hardy, carrelage en bois Marazzi, appareils sanitaires, luminaires, fenêtres, porte patio Téléviseurs HD avec Netflix, meubles et décor côtiers personnalisés, garnitures, têtes de lit personnalisées, laveuse / sécheuse, lambris, tapis (escalier, chambre principale) et bien plus encore! Une douche de pluie à DEL sur le pont arrière a été ajoutée en juillet 2016! Keurig vient d'être ajouté en 2018! L'emplacement est parfait car il est niché entre le golfe et le parcours de golf de Signal Hill dans une rue calme. Ironman commence derrière notre unité! L’ananas Willy's et de nombreux autres restaurants et attractions se trouvent à proximité. Legendary Pier Park est à seulement 5-10 minutes avec tous les restaurants et attractions de Panama City Beach. Nous autorisons les chiens bien élevés, car nous sommes des amoureux des chiens et il existe un chemin parfait le long du parcours de golf pour une longue promenade. La plage et les couchers de soleil sont vraiment à couper le souffle de cette maison de ville! Nous voulons que tous ceux qui séjournent chez nous sur la plage en profitent autant que nous, car nous nous engageons à faire tout ce qui est en notre pouvoir pour rendre votre expérience inoubliable. Il y a une marche à suivre pour entrer dans le lotissement urbain et une descente dans la chambre principale pour les clients ayant des difficultés avec les marches. **** NOTE: Nous avons acheté un condo de 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain situé à distance de marche du golfe Pier Park. Il a été complètement réaménagé selon les mêmes spécifications que Emerald Seascape. C'est ce qu'on appelle Villa Emeraude! VRBO # 1156050! Des prix très raisonnables!

4 families all under one roof with plenty of room! The location was fantastic and right on the beach! My only complaint is the bedroom on the first floor was a little warmer than the rest of the house which we aren't used to at home. My husband closed off a couple of vents in the house to force the air to our room and it did help a bit. We also put a fan in the hallway to blow some cooler air in. We usually sleep with it super cold at home. Its not so much of a complaint but just a contruction flaw and preference on our part. Everything else was great with no complaints! The property manager checked in on us via VRBO to make sure everything was ok! We even got a 3 hour early check in! We will definitely consider this place for future stays!

The pictures were accurate. The place was really nice. Walking out the back door straight onto the beach was a plus. It was amazing to wake up to the sunrising and sounds of waves. The only complaints we had was having to go to Walmart to purchase paper towel, garbage bags and toilet tissue. I want to thank the host for allowing us to stay in their amazing condo.

My family and I drove 6 hours from Alabama to stay at the beach together. This mom scored major brownie points finding this gem. Most of us had never seen the Atlantic Ocean and we had front row seats to it. Unfortunately, a tornado came through and scared the heck out of us. With all that happening, the cottage remained sturdy and kept us all safe. Our Host gave us an extra hour for check out due to being up all night with the storm. Absolutely wonderful place and we all had a great time despite the tornado. Thank u

We truly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Seascape. The location was great as it still felt private even with the couple of high rise condos in the vicinity. Great proximity to anything you could want to do while visiting PCB. Extremely dog friendly location with a well lit walking path along the golf course. Straight shot to the beach from the back deck with great accessibility. A downstairs bedroom is extremely hard to find in oceanfront townhomes and was convenient for our senior pup. Jeff and Jill were the perfect hosts. Excellent communication. We had no issues but I did have a couple of questions for them and they responded very quickly. They have the townhouse well equipped with just about everything you could possibly need during your stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this property or any property they host as you will be well taken care of.

This was a great location for our yearly family vacation to the beach! It was just a short walk out the back door to the beach and Pineapple Willy’s is just a short walk away if you don’t feel like driving. Overall, loved the place and the hosts had excellent communication!

This was a wonderful property. It truly had everything we could have hoped for; the beach was great, the house had a lot of beach items including chairs and toys, the kitchen was stocked with a lot of pots, plates, cups, etc. The beds were comfortable and it was close to a lot of stuff to do. Loved the townhouse, location, proximity to businesses & the quiet nights. My only faults I could find are the windows upstairs front & back bedrooms with no window coverings that let in so much early morning sun & no child friendly dishes, such as melamine. We hope to rent this townhouse again next year.

We all had a wonderful time staying at this townhouse. It had lots of room for 5 adults. We loved the back deck & balcony. It made morning coffee perfect. We were only there to attend a wedding but with tvs, games & lots of beach equipment there is plenty for all ages to do. The view was spectacular. Beach front is always a plus. I’ve always loved the beach off of Thomas Dr the most. Only negative thing, Pineapple Willy’s wasn’t open so I could show my 30 yr old kids one of my old haunts! Go and enjoy!

This property is the closest our family has come to being on the beach. Though the Condo is zero lot line, privacy was achieved with excellent floor plan design, and the access to the ocean front made it even more private. My family certainly enjoyed introducing the two great grandchildren to beach life.

We had a great trip renting from Jeff and Jill. The location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood. The home is cozy and well stocked. We had three families with small children and were well supplied with pack n plays, lots of room plenty of beach toys and chairs. We will absolutely be renting again!

Wow, this was the perfect location for my family who came from all over to celebrate my 50th birthday with me. The property had everything we needed. If your flying in, they do have beach towels so don’t bother wasting luggage space!!! Also, we added binoculars to the stuff already provided for our use. Please book this property because you will not be disappointed. I absolutely can not wait to come back again!!!! Perfect 4BR 4BA beachfront home has everything! All bedrooms are very spacious. Checkin was delayed due to cleaning company issues and sand was on sofas and living room. Owner was very responsive. We had an issue with the dryer, and he was very helpful! Great vacation.

We had a great stay in Panama City Beach. This townhome had room for everyone and plenty of space. The kitchen was packed full of gadgets and supplies for cooking. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. The beach location was great, secluded away from large condo units, but within a short walk to Pineapple Willys.

Family - annual get away
This location was perfect for our annual family getaway. It was off the beaten path and provided an enjoyable atmosphere. The house was very spacious with plenty of large beds and bathrooms. It was a simple, private, path to the beach. It was nice to just sit on the deck and watch the ocean. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place for Family Vacation
There was more than enough room for 8 adults, 1 child and our dog. The condo is very nice and just as advertised, clean, roomy bedrooms and good sized bathrooms. The kitchen was equipped with everything you'd want. We found plenty of chairs and umbrellas on the deck for the beach, nice surprise! We added to the collection of beach floats and sand toys when we left. The view from the master bedroom balcony is amazing. I already miss it. The best part though is the location of course. It just can't be beat. We basically had a private beach for a week a few hundred feet from our back door. It was absolutely perfect! Jeff was very pleasant to work with the entire process and quick to respond to all of my questions. We hope to visit again! Thank you Jeff and Jill!
