The food is the same every day. There is no choice. It doesn't deserve that 26 euro.

The hotel is nice in a very convenient location.

Breakfast is the same every day. No choice. The pool and sauna are not working.

Room was good and what I expected and perhaps more. The location was good, just a short walk from the train station, and short walks to sites I wanted to visit. I wanted a quiet room and it was good. Slept well. Laundry service was good and back to me in the same day. Cost was fair.

No issues for me.

When I went to use sauna on night of arrival, there was a sign saying we had to contact reception to get it working. I understand this might have to do with energy costs in current climate. It was a slight inconvenience but I phoned reception next morning and got it working

The stuff is amazing! The facilities are great, sauna is warm (110С) and the swimming pool quite large. The room was big and so was the bath tub, I could stretch my legs easily (165cm height). Enough toiletteries. The location is central, between Diamant and Opera metro. Nearby - plenty of diamant shops and all kind of food. It’s quiet in the room. And I really liked the aesthetics of the hotel! It’s classy and there is good smell around… :) If you come with a train to Antwerp, you don’t need a taxi or public transportation to get there - just 3 minutes walk.

The twin beds were too narrow for my taste, if you rotate a lot during your sleep, choose double room even for single use. Too few electric sockets, haven’t found any at the bed. Only 2 cups of nespresso-like coffee are free, for 1 night it’s ok, but for 4 nights? No specific view from the window (but it is quiet at nights, that compensated). Haven’t seen a bathrobe and slippers in the room, maybe I didn’t notice? I wish that swimming pool and sauna worked longer hours… But these are small points which didn’t make my stay worse! And the wonderful stuff made all the inconvenience just evaporate :)

Close to the center of Antwerp & in the heart of the diamond district with many restaurants, cafés, museums & amazing train station & chocolate shop all within a short walk.

Bed sheets and pillows... It made me all itching while in bed.

Heating system was very bad. Room was quite cold for february. Wouldnt choose this hotel for winter season
