Charming traditional house literally by the Cathedral. Fabulous owners with tons of advice

A bit cold room on the arrival but it soon warmed up once we put the heating on.

The room was so beautiful and cozy.

Location was excellent! Very central. Bars and restaurants were a stone throw away! The member of staff that checked us in was very helpful and friendly.

No kettle in bedroom. The bedroom was freezing, the large room had 1 storage heater that stopped working during the night. There was no staff reception at night to assist with our heating difficulty. The mattress is very sort and uncomfortable. Room déco is outdated. There is no lift only a narrow staircase.

The hotel is located in the centre of Antwerp, within easy walking distance from restaurants and most attractions. The staff were very helpful and charming. It was beautifully decorated and a refreshing change from some of the chain hotels.

Just a minor suggestion: more wardrobe space to hang up clothing would assist.

Great location and a very quirky hotel woyld definitely stip here again.

Nothing, however it would be great if you light up your hotel sign its not easy to spot in the dark..

if I had to mention one thing (and there isn’t much that can be done about it) it’s that is was quite a noisy night as our room faced onto the alley and people were shouting and talking loudly until the wee hours.

Small room. IT was written 45 square meters on booking.com and IT was less than 18. No staff to comunicate. We had no possibility to order breakfast for the first day and other days also before 8AM. They didn't send me official invoice even after my 2 email reminders.They promissed Will do it same day afternoon after our check out.

Maarten was the most welcoming, hospitable and helpful host. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The stairs are quite difficult to navigate with heavy luggage.

The location and the kindness of the owners was great! Just 2-3 minutes walking from the main streets, it's perfect and you have lots of restaurants and bars near the hotel. The breakfast was also great, and the decoration of the room is lovely.

The beds were not very comfortable and the room was not very very clean. Another point that was not important for us is that there is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow. On weekends you can find the street a bit noisy during the night.

Double bed was two single beds pushed together with two single bed duvets instead of a double duvet

We loved the look and feel of this hotel, really nicely decorated and our room was a good size. It was close to everything so really convenient. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The toilet with the basin made it a little cramped but really not a huge issue.
