Plenty of social and private space for several families, dogs and visitors. We ran around the orchards, corn fields and trails. Great home-comfortable feel - indoors and outdoors. Owners were helpful with questions and requests. We plan to stay again!

Great location for families. Close to Hendersonville activities.

There was a little hick up with the AC but it was handled within 30 minutes after calling. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property so much last year that we rented it again this year and would absolutely stay again! The house is perfectly located just outside Hendersonville and a short drive to Asheville and Lake Lure. It's clean, the beds are comfortable, and the patio overlooking the apple orchard is our happy place!

This home is such a hidden little gem. We needed a place to stay to watch my daughter’s horse show in Asheville for the weekend and I wish I could’ve stayed longer. There was plenty of room for a family of four, pets, and in laws to stay. Also grandparents and friends came over for dinner. We will def be back

We were amazed with the view from this property and how well prepared the home was for our arrival - all beds made, towels in place and even a roll of paper towels ready in the kitchen. House plenty of room for our family of 9 and had multiple areas to gather or to separate out with the covered the porch, the living room and the den area by the kitchen. We can't wait to rent this home again.

The little ranch farmhouse was perfect for our group. We hike the trails with the pups, enjoyed sunsets with the long-range Mountain View’s, and were able to truly relax. It was a great “homemade” for outing ing Asheville / Biltmore / Hendersonville.

This home is just what we needed to relax after a beautiful, but very busy, family wedding at Point Lookout Winery in Hendersonville. There were nine family members staying at this location, ranging in ages from 5 months to 60+ years and there was room for everyone. We loved the patio overlooking the orchard and enjoyed the fire pit and were able to have even more family members over for a cookout the last night we were there. This home made a perfect weekend even better. We will definitely return!

Our extended family has rented several properties for gatherings. This is by FAR the best. Perfect sleeping arrangements. King size beds that are heaven to sleep on, INCREDIBLY stocked kitchen, plenty of room for gathering or taking some alone time, perfect location - close to Asheville and so many other activities. We will be rebooking most definitely.

We walked on the trail through the Apple trees and corn. Everyone said they needed the rest away from their jobs. Our grand kids loved playing with each other (ages almost 2 and 8 ). The house was large, had plenty of beds and baths. It was clean and the owners were Johnny on the Spot when we had questions. Rated 5 out of 5!!

This property is so charming and unique. It is an older farmhouse represented exactly the way it really is in the VRBO ad. It has everything you need plus a beautiful setting in the middle of an apple orchard. The family’s home is well maintained and our family enjoyed the stay. We especially liked the patio with the Mountain View behind the orchard and the tetherball in the backyard. One thing that really mattered to us that made our stay comfortable is the fact that there are three king-sized beds. Thanks for that! We recommend this property as a comfortable, spacious location.

Beautiful property perfect for our wedding weekend!

This lovely property offered the summer getaway we needed! The home is older, but is exceptionally clean and offered everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We built a fire every night on the patio (my favorite place!), while our daughter and her friend played tether ball. The house is a short drive to Sliding Rock, Biltmore, Sierra Nevada, Mills River Brewery (our fave!) and McCormick Field (Asheville Tourists baseball). I would absolutely stay in this home again!

The views were spectacular and it was so quiet and peaceful! We all want to come back!

This property checked off all of the boxes for us. There were 9 of us, ranging from 5 years old to 81. This home accommodated all of our needs. The kids loved the evenings spent on the front porch cooking smores and catching fireflies. The adults loved the well-stocked kitchen, plentiful seating areas, and the incredible view of the orchard and mountains in the distance. We can't wait to come back and do it all over again.

This house was exactly what we needed to stage the pickup of our kids from summer camp and reconnect as a family. We especially loved the back patio with its fabulous views and fire pit. And our dog may never forgive us for returning to city life. 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this property. It was very clean, in a wonderful location close to downtown Hendersonville and the interstate, and had everything we needed. Plus the property and the view were really amazing. It could do with a little updating of furniture and some paint touchups here and there, but that would only enhance the property.

My family and I greatly enjoyed staying in this home for a wedding in the area. The house has plenty of space, is beautifully decorated and the property has amazing reviews. The host was very communicative throughout the renting process. I would highly recommend this home for anybody traveling to the Hendersonville area. Bonus: the relaxing hammock in the backyard!

We had the best time in Hendersonville - especially on this amazing property!

The house had everything we needed and was just as advertised. We had a very enjoyable stay.

It was a perfect location for a small, three couple reunion after a hard year. The dining room, family room and patio were perfect places to gather, but there were also cozy spaces to spread out. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked, and our chefs had a blast cooking. It was close to hiking trails, breweries and the downtown area, but so quiet and star-filled at night. Thank you for making such a memorable trip possible!

Three generations enjoyed this lovely old farmhouse. The location is both beautiful and remote and close to groceries and downtown Hendersonville. We had everything we needed and then some. We didn't use all of the bedrooms or sitting areas. Everyone had a place for a rainy afternoon nap and evening dinner on the porch overlooking the orchard and mountains.

Charming apple farm cottage which has clearly seen the love of generations gathering between its walls. Beautiful updates to 1922 cottage include picture windows from the living and dining rooms, so if your plans to enjoy the patio over morning coffee (we basically lived out there and ate every meal there) are rained out, you can still enjoy the tranquil views from the comfort of the indoors at the large dining table, also perfect for puzzle building. The beds were comfortable and the split floorplan provided additional privacy. The master suite was huge, and the king-size bed faces the orchard, so you can wake up to that view. The water pressure was amazing, and there was plenty of warm water. Perfectly located for quick jaunts to any of the local vineyards (go see Marked Tree before it gets trendy and overcrowded- it's WONDERFULLY secluded and peaceful) and the new release of Beguile (raspberry mead) from Point Lookout Vineyards was incredible (live music, too). Burntshirt, a family favorite, was maybe a 3-minute drive. Chimney Rock was maybe a 35-minute drive, as was Looking Glass Falls and Sliding Rock. Our fur babies loved running around the expansive grounds, but dog parents, be warned- there is cream carpet EVERYWHERE- so come prepared. We basically stayed outside the whole time so it wasn't really an issue, and we kept their crates in the mud room, but had I not brought tons of beach towels (good precaution when traveling with kids and dogs for hiking, anyway), I really would have been in trouble. There's a good grocery store up the street (Ingles) and access was super easy right off 26. This place would be great for groups of friends or relatives catching up and wanting to spend quality time together while still trying to socially distance. We were traveling with a grandmother and a 9-year old, who both enjoyed the hikes and corn maze (again, maybe 7 minutes away) and HOT fresh apple cider donuts. When it rained, we enjoyed watching the passing storms from the wicker love seat and chairs under the covered porch on the patio. Alli was very responsive and offered friendly dining recommendations. We had a wonderful week getting away from it all, and will definitely miss it.

What a lovely stay! Everything was beautiful-the house and property. Plenty of space and very comfortable.

My family of 12 had a wonderful visit at the orchard property. The views were absolutely gorgeous and our kids and dogs enjoyed wandering around the property each morning and evening. There was so much room for all of us to sleep and hang out comfortably. The owner gave excellent suggestions on where to go apple picking and where to eat. We timed the visit perfectly and went to sky top orchard to pick apples and see the beautiful colors of fall. We also had lunch at Sierra Nevada and the atmosphere was perfect for our family which included 4 kids under the age of 15. We would definitely stay at this property again!!!

The house was much larger inside than it looks! Very spacious with plenty of room for each person to have their own space while also being comfortable enough to gather together in the living room or outside on the patio overlooking the orchard and mountains. The kitchen had every tool or gadget needed to prepare any meal you'd wish! The property itself was big enough to explore, giving you the feeling of privacy. All the while in a couple minutes you could be in town to take advantage of the many amenities Hendersonville offers. My family enjoyed relaxing in the hammock, playing tetherball(a game I hadn't seen since middle school!), hiking the property and exploring Hendersonville. In the evenings the patio served as a gathering place to have a campfire, and in the mornings the perfect place to sip coffee. I would very much recommend choosing this home away from home for your next mountain getaway! The owners were helpful and friendly, while also being very accommodating.

Attended a wedding with my entire family & needed a place big enough for 4 adults & 4 children. This property was perfect. Everyone has adequate room, the kids loved the bunkbeds & getting to run the grounds. Very clean and well furnished home. Felt like I was staying at my Grandma's house.
