Owner was wonderful with flexibility accomodating our arrival and departure. The condo is absolutely beautiful.Towels and linens were in great condition. We walked to Aquarium, Civil Rights Museum and Coca Cola Museum. We used Uber to go to Shakespeare Theater and interesting restaurants. The only concern was that older people might have a problem with steps. This is a three story condo--all of us are in our seventies--but we needed the exercise!

We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of space for us all and the beds were comfortable. The check in process is a little confusing but the directions were thorough. We were even able to bring an extra car and check in early which was much appreciated. We walked everywhere and the location felt safe and was an easy distance from so much. We left an item behind and the owners mailed it to us immediately which was so kind. It was a wonderful place even prettier in person! We will be back!

This review is our 2nd. We really like this property: Location, quiet, comfy, clean, functional kitchen and WIFI. Atlanta is great place to visit - 20min in any direction is great hiking (see the Doll park! Go along the River! so many choices!). And of course, Georgia Tech is right next door.

This is my second time in this property, we have enjoyed our stay every time we come! Looking forward to the next visit.

The property was quite spacious for the six people in my family, three blocks from Bobby Dodd Stadium, private garage for a car and able to park an extra car in the street nearby, nicely decorated and the surrounding neighborhood seemed safe.

The luxury townhouse was as advertized for our family of five. It was convenient to Mercedes Benz stadium to catch the football game, and for vsisiting Centenial Park attractions. Very comfortabkle with room to spread out.

The property physically was even better than described, and very upscale inside. Was beautiful and quiet and very functional. Kitchen had everything you could want - including nice selection of KCUPs ;-) Was quiet. And location is perfect if you are there for Georgia Tech - no car needed. We had car because we wanted to take son shopping and go visit different places (Meadery!!) Atlanta has so much to do, eat, and drink. The beds were SO comfortable - which you will need after a day of walking and playing in Atlanta. I like clean roomy bathrooms - need met! I like nice TV to watch while cooking - need met. I like good quality WIFI - need met! While curtains are private - they still don't block out all the light. while quiet (no ear plugs needed) - I needed to wear eye mask. The process of getting keys/access was unique (we do VRBO a lot). Ultimately, we had all the information we needed, but was a little unnerving because owner has unique process. Worked out just fine in the end though.

As the title suggest the property was just as we expected. The descriptions are accurate and was a great location for our extended weekend stay. We were within walking distance of downtown including the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke, Centennial Olympic Park. If you are planning on attending a Georgia Tech game this is where you want to stay as you are less than a block away from Bobby Dodd stadium. Also you are just a few minutes from the Varsity so even though you have a full kitchen you may want to plan a meal (or two) at the Varsity. If you are looking to travel further than downtown the North avenue Marta station is just minutes away opening up a large world of possibilities. Parking at the property is a huge plus! We moved the car twice to go shopping and then to visit the F.R.I.E.N.D.S experience and it was very nice to be able to pull back to a secure reserved spot. The location of the property was in a safe neighborhood. Even when walking back from downtown late at night we did not feel unsafe at any time. Of course use common sense such as not walking alone, being aware of your surroundings, etc. as this is still a large city and unfortunately crime does happen. We will definitely be looking to book this property again the next time we are in Atlanta.

This property worked out perfectly for my family! The only downside was the fireplace didn’t work and the weather was perfect for one! However, this townhome is perfect for a large family and the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner!

This property has everything as advertised and was easy to check-in, get comfortable, and access many nearby shopping locations. The property is well managed and kept very clean.

This property was located right near the Georgia Tech university and within walking distance from the World of Coca-Cola and the Aquarium. We stayed here because of a trade show at the Georgia Congress Centre with was also within a 20-25 min walk. The house has plenty of space and was very comfortable.

Location was great. The unit was clean and spacious. I highly recommend this rental.

The accommodations were as described and photographed, but I did not receive a confirmation email with arrival instructions, and upon arrival, it took nearly 1.5 hours to get in contact with an associate of the owner. From that point forward, it was a smooth and pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! This house was more than enough for our group of 5. Clean, easy check-in, and comfortable. Loved being super close to Centinneal Park. And being able to park in a garage made it super convenient - especially when we came home in the middle of a storm. There was a short power outage the first night which caused the downstairs ac to go out. No worries, the upstairs ac kept working. Called the property manager the next morning and it was fixed by the time we returned that afternoon. I would stay here again!!!!

This was a great place, very clean and comfortable. The convenience of the location was perfect and quick to get onto the interstate.

Great facility, clean, immaculate , well appointed

Stayed in this townhouse with 3 other friends celebrating one of our 50th birthdays, and attending 420 festival. The place is easy walking distance from the park, and provided an excellent home base. We cooked every night after the festival, and found the kitchen to be adequate for our needs. Plenty of space as well. Hosts were easy to work with too. We will happily be back if we are in need in the area. Thanks!

Townhouse had plenty of room for 4 adults with separate living room and family rooms. There is space to be on your own or to be with the group. Easy check in instructions with free parking provided . Highly recommend for groups attending conferences.

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhome. We were in town for Springboard Diving Nationals which were held at the Ga Tech pool. It was so nice to be only 1 mile from the pool and also within walking distance of popular tourist attractions. The beds were comfortable. The townhouse was clean and in good upkeep. We had our daughter’s coach staying with us and we had plenty of room to not feel like we were on top of each other. We took advantage of some of the snacks and drinks provided, which was a nice treat after a long day spent at the pool. Would definitely recommend and would like to stay again if we visit Atlanta again. Thanks so much!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in this property. The location was perfect -- near the Georgia Tech campus and within easy walking distance to Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium, and many more sites of interest. The townhouse is beautiful and spacious -- decorated with comfortable furnishings and every imaginable convenience. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. All the members of my family congratulated me for picking the perfect place! Thanks for sharing your home with us -- we look forward to returning on our next trip to Atlanta.

We have really enjoyed our time at this townhouse. We appreciate the proximity to downtown, midtown, the MARTA train station nearby, and the spacious, comfortable, modern accommodations. We had an issue with the faucet on the upstairs hallway bathroom that was fixed within a reasonable time during our stay. Only thing I wish was different was I wish the windows would open to get fresh air. At least there is a back balcony, and the front living area has a door that opens for fresh air.

We stayed in this HUGE townhouse for 6 nights over DragonCon. It is absolutely gorgeous inside. As stated before, the place is massive. It's 3 stories, although the 3rd floor doesn't have any furniture in it (yet, I'm guessing). 2 roomy living rooms, a dining table that seats 8, and an oversized kitchen perfect for eating in and socializing. All 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The master is larger than the other two, and comes with it's own bathroom which has a shower and a big jacuzzi tub. The other 2 bedrooms are roomy, and share a bath. All of the appliances are top tier, and are amazingly quiet. Please do not let any previous reviews put you off of this place. To address the "stranger in the lower level" accusation - The owner does have an apartment in the basement, which is rented out to a student. The door into his place is locked whenever someone is in residence upstairs. We passed him once on the front stairs, and he seemed a very nice fellow. Andrew, the owner, came in to meet us when we arrived, letting us know that the a/c had gone out that day, and he had some guys working on it. It took them until the evening to fix it, but it worked like a charm the entire week we were there. Andrew was friendly, and gracious. I highly recommend this property. I'm dearly hoping it will be available when we go back for DC in 2019!

Great facilities in this apartment, which is tastefully furnished, comfortable and 15-20 minute walk to Downtown. Loved the washing machine and dryer and owner leaves plenty of snacks, soda and coffee pods. Great for families or couples in a group. Highly recommended.

Great spot! We really enjoyed the stay. Amenities were great, full kitchen and super easy to work with the owner on arrival and departure. 3 Bedrooms made it really convenient to have our group. Master bedroom and bathroom were great. Easy to get around and close to everything. Highly recommend this place if you need to be close to aquarium, GWCC, or any of the stadiums. For those that have written reviews about owner not being easy to work with, it's all nonsense. Owner responded quickly and was super helpful.

We loved this townhouse! It had so much space. We were with another couple, so there was plenty of space so everyone did not feel cramped. The kitchen had plenty of tools so we could cook at home. Unfortunately the weather was not as nice as we had hoped...otherwise we would have been able to walk to several places downtown. It is gated. It was exactly as described...it was better than my own house! Thank you so much! Deposit was returned very promptly. No complaints here!

I was in Atlanta for a convention with two other colleagues. Our stay in this three bedroom home was perfect for our group. The kitchen / great room was very comfortable and ideal to enjoy our morning coffee and breakfast before the busy day. Was so nice to arrive at the townhouse with coffee , real cream and snacks provided. A great touch! The beds were very comfortable. An added bonus was an additional living room with cozy furniture. We didn't find any restaurants and large grocery stores within walking distance- had to take short uber rides. Would stay here again.
