Internet sans fil haut débit gratuit, piscines (y compris piscine chauffée toute l'année et utilisation gratuite des piscines de MGM en saison). Accès facile au casino MGM, au centre de conventions et à la station de monorail via une passerelle à température contrôlée avec trottoir roulant. De plus, à seulement quelques pas du centre-ville, du Cosmopolitan et de la planète Hollywood depuis la porte d'entrée principale sur Harmon Avenue.

This property is in a great location, very walkable to anywhere. Very close to MGM Grand, Starbucks located in adjacent tower. Would definitely stay here again!

Place wasn’t very clean, faucet handle broken. Pull out bed old and uncomfortable. It would be great if it was remodeled with two queen beds. Plenty of room for that.

We had a wonderful stay, close to the Strip and Sphere. Couldn't ask for a better experience in Vegas.

On our last night I happen to pull the top sheet and the comforter had hot pink lipstick on it, which was not mine there was also a little blood marks on the comforter it was really really disgusting. Rooms were OK. Nice size nice little kitchenette carpet was yucky and stained nasty and so is the bench at the end of the bed. I don’t think I’ll be staying in this hotel ever again.

This is my second time at Mark place. I loved the room, the excellent view, right next to elevator, the check in check out process it’s so smooth. Every body it’s so nice. First time was my 25th wedd aniversary. And this time we come to celebrate my 30th. Thanks Mark.

We enjoyed staying at the MGM Signature Residences. Great location and the unit was clean. My only negative comment is that I wish Tower 3 had a food and coffee option within the tower. We had to go to Tower 2 and Tower 1 for snacks and coffee.

We love that Signature is a little detached from the Strip but an easy walk to so much! Love the condo and it is just as described!

We had a great stay at the MGM Signature. The host was very helpful and communicative. The unit was spacious and clean. We had a nice view of the sphere. We'll definitely be back.

Great, clean, and quiet stay. I enjoyed the bed, the massive jacuzzi tub and wide shower. The convenience of the fridge saved money since we bought snacks and liquor. Plus leftovers were able to be stored and kept. I loved that you had dishes and silverware as this is often missed at traditional hotels. I appreciated everything was thought through. Lovely view from our room. Parking was probably the one thing we had a few difficulties with as we came back a few nights late and the entrance to Tower 3 was blocked off. Other than that, absolutely beautiful! I’d stay again. Thank you.

This room in the MGM Signature towers was a convenient spot to stay for me and my son. Easy access to TopGolf, the MGM pool and Monorail. After we discovered the construction for the upcoming F1 race made walking to the Strip via the street (Harmon Ave.) a little tricky, we opted to use the walkway through the towers/MGM Hotel. Traffic delays due to the road construction added 10-15 minutes to each Lyft/shuttle trip, so plan ahead. The construction is temporary, so that part of this review hopefully will not be applicable after the race in November 2023.

every night and everybody slamming the doors all night.

It was great to come back to our room after a long day of classes and networking and relax in comfort. We loved having a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.

This property worked perfect for us. Loved the jacuzzi tub after long days of walking, doing activities. Definitely would use this room again.

Wonderful place to stay in Vegas. The 3 signature towers are all connected and can access the MGM grand, it's just a further walk but worked our great. The monorail begins at the MGM and ends quite a ways down the strip with many stops so very convenient.
The room was lovely. We did not need the kitchenette but looked fully stocked. It appears this unit has been recently refurbished. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was roomy and updated.
Overall, I would stay here again or recommend it to fam and friends. The staff and valet service was friendly and helpful which made our trip extra special.

This was the perfect location for our anniversary trip. It was convenient to cut through the MGM to access the strip. We spent most of our time outside of downtown, and it was easy to get in and out without getting stuck in traffic. Close enough to everything, but not too close.

This condo was perfect for our family of 3. It was nice being away from the casino, away from the smokers and late nighters. The only downside for us was the close proximity to the elevator. You could hear people coming and going throughout the night and they were loud (having fun, of course).

Would definitely stay here again on my next visit. I used the mono rail to get down the strip which is more convenient then walking or using Ubers. It’s a really nice quiet place to stay compared to some of the hotels on the strip.

Perfect location for us - 2 adults in the 50´s.
You can walk inside in air conditioning all the way through the building/casino directly to Las Vegas Strip.
Close to everything we needed and we chose to use Deuce and Taxi for the few things we couldn't walk to. Very easy!
We will definitely come back and will definitely rent one of the owners apartments next time.

Great location and easy check in process. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed to make this a nice getaway. Would definitely recommend.

Great room near but not in the bussle of The Strip. Free use of the MGM pools though Signature pools were more relaxing. Valet parking is understaffed leading to longer waiting times in retrieving car and on occasion leading to a complete traffic jam backed up onto the main street and a wait of more than 30 minutes just to drop the car off. Self parking would be better, since the valets expect to be paid every time you need your car retrieved.

Great room at the Signature
Stayed for two nights while watching NBA Summer League at UNLV.
The room is clean and spacious, exactly how it was described. I appreciated the info packet I received ahead of my stay; detailing the check-in/out process, and everything I needed to know about my room and amenities.
I continue to come back to The Signature when I’m in LV because of no smoking policy and no gambling in the towers - allowing for good rest when needed, and being just a short in-door walk to MGM casino, pools, and all the wonders of Vegas. I’ll look to book this room again next summer!

It was really nice staying with my mom in this condo. Very spacious bathroom and room. Extremely comfortable bed. Walking distance to the mgm property and strip.

Great stay in Vegas!
This property worked great for our family of 4. The kids loved the view and we had ample space for us. Pools were great. So convenient to have the kitchenette in a town that you normal can't even find a fridge in a room! It was great to have parking included. We just wish it was self parking. The Valet in our tower was never open and there were times we needed to put things in or take them out of the car but would have had to wait on the car to be brought out. Overall it was great and we would stay here again.
